In some embodiments, the scanning assembly 1260 includes a first scanning element 1261, a second scanning element 1262, a first fixing member 1263, and a second fixing member 1265, wherein each of the first scanning element 1261 and the second scanning element 1262 can be an image sensor, the first scanning element 1261 and the second scanning element 1262 are disposed opposite to each other to define a scanning channel, and the first scanning element 1261 and the second scanning element 1262 are opposite to each other in a photosensitive surface thereof so as to be capable of capturing images of both surfaces of a sheet medium passing through the scanning channel. It will be appreciated that the scanning path partially overlaps the ticket collection path 1290 and sheet media passing through the ticket collection path 1290 will also pass through the scanning path.
The first fixing part 1263 and the second fixing part 1265 are respectively disposed at two opposite sides of the first scanning element 1261, and are also disposed at two opposite sides of the second scanning element 1262, the first fixing part 1263 is fixedly connected to side surfaces of the first scanning element 1261 and the second scanning element 1262, and the second fixing part 1265 is also fixedly connected to side surfaces of the first scanning element 1261 and the second scanning element 1262, so as to fix relative positions of the first scanning element 1261 and the second scanning element 1262. For example, the first fixing member 1263 is fixed to the side surfaces of the first scanning element 1261 and the second scanning element 1262 by two screws, and the second fixing member 1265 is fixed to the side surfaces of the second scanning element 1262 by two screws. The first fixing part 1263 and the second fixing part 1265 are arranged to position the relative position relationship between the first scanning element 1261 and the second scanning element 1262, so that the problem that the relative positions of the first scanning element 1261 and the second scanning element 1262 are easy to shift when an open-close design is adopted can be avoided, and the scanning precision is improved.
In some embodiments, a middle portion of the first fixing member 1263 extends toward the second fixing member 1265 to form a first positioning protrusion 1264, the size of the first positioning protrusion 1264 is adapted to the size of the scanning channel, the first positioning protrusion 1264 extends into the scanning channel, and two sides of the first positioning protrusion 1264 abut against the first scanning element 1261 and the second scanning element 1262, respectively. A second positioning protrusion 1266 is formed at the middle of the second fixing part 1265 extending towards the first fixing part 1263, the second positioning protrusion 1266 extends into the scanning channel, and two sides of the second positioning protrusion 1266 abut against the first scanning element 1261 and the second scanning element 1262 respectively. The first positioning protrusion 1264 and the second positioning protrusion 1266 are disposed to extend into the scanning channel to support the first scanning element 1261 and the second scanning element 1262, so that the relative positions of the first scanning element 1261 and the second scanning element 1262 can be more accurately positioned, and the scanning accuracy is improved.
In some embodiments, the distance between the first and second positioning protrusions 1264 and 1266 gradually decreases in a direction in which the entrance of the scanning passage points to the exit, i.e., a ticket collecting direction of the ticket collecting passage 1290, in other words, the first and second positioning protrusions 1264 and 1266 are formed with an outward inclined slope near the entrance of the scanning passage, for example, the first positioning protrusion 1264 is formed with a slope B as shown in fig. 8. The slopes of the first positioning protrusion 1264 and the second positioning protrusion 1266 provide a space for direction correction of the sheet medium, so that when the moving direction of the sheet medium deviates from the scanning channel, the sheet medium can also enter the scanning channel through the slopes and correct the moving direction along with the slopes, thereby reducing the risk of ticket jamming.
Referring to fig. 2, 9 and 10, fig. 9 is a schematic view of a deviation rectifying assembly 1250 in some embodiments, and fig. 10 is a schematic view of a part of the structure of the deviation rectifying assembly 1250 in some embodiments. In some embodiments, the deviation rectifying assembly 1250 includes a deviation rectifying wheel 1251 and a plurality of deviation rectifying tongues 1252, the deviation rectifying tongues 1252 are disposed on the outer circumferential surface of the deviation rectifying wheel 1251 at intervals along the circumferential direction of the deviation rectifying wheel 1251, and the deviation rectifying tongues 1252 extend along the radial direction of the corresponding position of the deviation rectifying wheel 1251. When the deviation rectifying wheel 1251 rotates, the deviation rectifying tongue piece 1252 can be driven to partially swing into the ticket collecting channel 1290, so that the sheet medium is rectified. Further, in some embodiments, the correction tabs 1252 are disposed on one half of the outer circumferential surface of the correction wheel 1251, in other words, the other half of the outer circumferential surface of the correction wheel 1251 is not provided with the correction tabs 1252, and the angle between the two correction tabs 1252 farthest from each other in the circumferential direction of the correction wheel 1251 is less than or equal to 180 °. With such an arrangement, when the sheet medium enters the ticket collecting channel 1290, the deviation rectifying wheel 1251 can rotate until the half circumference without the deviation rectifying tongue 1252 is close to the ticket collecting channel 1290, and the deviation rectifying tongue 1252 does not extend into the ticket collecting channel 1290, so that the sheet medium can smoothly move to the position of the deviation rectifying tongue 1252 in the smooth ticket collecting channel 1290. In some embodiments, the deskewing assembly 1250 can include two sets of deskewing wheels 1251 and deskewing tabs 1252 positioned side-by-side to enhance the deskewing action on the sheet media.
In some embodiments, the deskew assembly 1250 also includes a swing 1253 and a plurality of floating wheels 1254 disposed on the swing 1253. It will be appreciated that a drive wheel (not shown) is also provided on the side of the ticket collecting channel 1290 opposite the floating wheel 1254, and the floating wheel 1254 and the drive wheel are respectively provided on opposite sides of the ticket collecting channel 1290 for driving the sheet medium to move within the ticket collecting channel 1290. In some embodiments, the deskewing assembly 1250 further includes an electromagnet 1255, and an output of the electromagnet 1255 is coupled to the oscillating member 1253 to drive the oscillating member 1253 to oscillate, thereby driving the driven pulley to lift off of the sheet media or to lower against the sheet media. For example, the oscillating member 1253 extends perpendicularly to the output shaft of the electromagnet 1255, the output shaft of the electromagnet 1255 can rotate in the axial direction to swing the oscillating member 1253 to lift or lower, and the floating wheels 1254 are provided at intervals along the extending direction of the oscillating member 1253.
The specific operation of the deviation correcting assembly 1250 is as follows: when the sheet medium moves in the ticket collecting channel 1290 to the position of the deviation correcting assembly 1250, the deviation correcting wheel 1251 rotates to the position where the deviation correcting tongue 1252 is separated from the ticket collecting channel 1290, the deviation correcting tongue 1252 does not block the sheet medium, and the sheet medium enters the position where the deviation correcting assembly 1250 is located. The output shaft of the electromagnet 1255 rotates to lift the oscillating member 1253, so that the floating wheel 1254 is disengaged from the sheet medium, and the sheet medium stops moving. The deviation rectifying wheel 1251 is then rotated so that the deviation rectifying tongue 1252 enters the ticket collecting channel 1290 to rectify the sheet media. After the deviation correction is completed, the output shaft of the electromagnet 1255 rotates in the opposite direction to drive the floating wheel 1254 to put down, and the floating wheel 1254 presses against the sheet medium, so that the sheet medium can continuously move in the ticket collecting channel 1290. Therefore, the deviation rectifying tongue piece 1252 and the electromagnet 1255 can not only realize the deviation rectifying and moving of the sheet medium, but also not influence the deviation rectifying of the sheet medium.
The financial medium accepting device 10 according to any of the above embodiments may be assembled with a selling device to form a financial self-service device (not shown), the selling device is used to distribute sheet media to users, and the financial medium accepting device 10 is used to accept sheet media, so that the selling and accepting are integrated, and the financial business is handled more intelligently.
