The top end of the first frame 210 is provided with a first inlet and outlet 212 for the paper money to enter and exit the paper money box 211, the second frame 230 is provided with a processing device, the lower part of the processing device is provided with a second inlet and outlet for the paper money to enter and exit, when the second frame 230 is positioned at a retraction position relative to the first frame 210, the locking mechanism 100 locks the position of the second frame 230, at the moment, the first inlet and outlet 212 and the second inlet and outlet are opposite and communicated, and therefore the smoothness of conveying the paper money between the processing device and the paper money box 211 is guaranteed.
Other structures of the cash recycling device 200 can be found in the prior art and will not be described in detail herein.
By using the lock mechanism 100 in embodiment 1, the position of the second frame 230 of the cash recycling device 200 relative to the first frame 210 can be locked, which facilitates ensuring stable relative positions therebetween. When the first frame 210 and the second frame 230 are locked, the first frame and the second frame can be kept locked relatively, and movement is avoided, so that smoothness of conveying of paper money between the processing device and the paper money box 211 is guaranteed; the second frame 230 may also be unlocked and easily removed relative to the first frame 210 when it is desired to move or service the second frame 230.
The locking mechanism 100 of the present invention has a simple and reliable structure, and a wide application range, and makes the cash recycling device 200 more flexible to use. Meanwhile, the locking condition of the system where the locking mechanism 100 is located can be known by combining the action of the detection assembly 50, so that the cash recycling device is more convenient to use and is beneficial to ensuring the normal operation of the cash recycling device 200.

Claims (10)

1. A locking mechanism for locking the position of a second frame (230) relative to a first frame (210), characterized by:
the locking mechanism comprises a locking piece arranged on the first frame (210), a locking assembly (30) arranged on the second frame (230) and a detection assembly (50);
the locking assembly (30) comprises a base frame (31) fixedly connected with the second frame (230), and a locking member (33) rotatably connected with the base frame (31), wherein the locking member (33) comprises a connecting part, and the connecting part and the locking member can be connected with or separated from each other;
the detection assembly (50) comprises a detection piece (51) and a sensor (52) arranged on the base frame (31), wherein the detection piece (51) and the locking piece (33) are coaxially pivoted on the base frame (31);
when the connecting part is connected with the locking piece, the locking piece (33) is located at a locking position, the locking piece is abutted against the detection piece (51), and the sensor (52) generates a first signal; when the connecting portion is separated from the lock member, the lock member (33) is located at an unlocking position, the lock member is separated from the detection member (51), and the sensor (52) generates a second signal different from the first signal.

The locking mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the locking assembly (30) further comprises a rotating shaft (35) mounted on the base frame (31), the rotating shaft (35) is in turn inserted into the locking member (33) and the detecting member (51), and the locking member (33) and the detecting member (51) are both rotatable relative to the base frame (31) about an axis of the rotating shaft (35).
3. The locking mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the detection member (51) comprises a detection portion (511), an engagement portion (512) and a first positioning portion (513), and the base frame (31) comprises a first limiting portion (313);
the detection part (511) and the first positioning part (513) are arranged on one side, away from the locking piece, of the detection piece (51), the detection part (511) is arranged adjacent to the first positioning part (513), and the matching part (512) is arranged on one side, close to the locking piece, of the detection piece (51);
when the locking member (33) is located at the locking position, the matching part (512) is in abutting matching with the locking member so as to separate the detecting member (51) from the sensor (52); when the locking piece (33) is located at an unlocking position, the first positioning portion (513) is in butt fit with the first limiting portion (313) so that the detection portion (511) is matched with the sensor (52).

The locking mechanism according to claim 1, characterized in that the locking assembly (30) further comprises a first elastic member (351) and a second elastic member (352), wherein both ends of the first elastic member (351) are respectively connected with the locking member (33) and the base frame (31), and the locking member (33) always has a tendency to rotate towards the locking position;
one end of the second elastic element (352) is connected with the detecting element (51), and the other end is connected with the base frame (31) or the locking element (33), so that the detecting element (51) always has a rotation trend matched with the sensor (52).
5. The locking mechanism as claimed in claim 4, wherein the first elastic member (351) and the second elastic member (352) are torsion springs, and both are sleeved on a rotating shaft (35), and the rotating shaft (35) is supported on the base frame (31).

The locking mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the base frame (31) comprises a base plate (311) and side plates (312), the locking member (33) comprises a first plate (331) and a second plate (332), two of the side plates (312) and the first plate (331) are provided, two of the side plates (312) are vertically connected with the base plate (311), the base plate (311) and the two of the side plates (312) are connected in a U shape, two of the first plates (331) are vertically connected with the second plate (332), and the second plate (332) and the two of the first plates (331) are connected in a U shape; the locking member (33) is disposed inside the base frame (31).
7. The locking mechanism of claim 6 wherein the locking member (33) further comprises an operating portion (3321), the operating portion (3321) being disposed at an end remote from the locking member;
the base frame (31) comprises a second limiting portion (314), the second plate (332) comprises a second positioning portion (3322), the second limiting portion (314) is connected with the base plate (311) and is located on one side, close to the operating portion (3321), of the base plate (311), the second positioning portion (3322) is arranged adjacent to the operating portion (3321), and the second positioning portion (3322) can be in butt fit with the second limiting portion (314) so that the locking member (33) is limited at a locking position.
8. A cash recycling apparatus comprising a first frame (210), a second frame (230) and the locking mechanism of any of claims 1 to 7, the second frame (230) being movable relative to the first frame (210), the second frame (230) having an extended position or a retracted position, the locking mechanism being for locking the second frame (230) in the retracted position.
9. A cash recycling apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the second frame (230) is slidably connected to the first frame (210) by a slide rail, the slide rail extending in a horizontal direction and the lock extending in a vertical direction; the locking member is disposed adjacent to a downstream end of the first frame (210) and the locking assembly (30) is disposed adjacent to a downstream end of the second frame (230) in a direction of extension of the second frame (230).
10. The recycling apparatus of claim 8, wherein said first frame (210) is a fixed frame, and said first frame (210) comprises a plurality of cassettes (211), and the top end of said first frame (210) is provided with a first entrance (212) for entering and exiting the cassettes (211);
the second frame (230) is movably arranged above the first frame (210), the second frame (230) is provided with a processing device, and the lower part of the processing device is provided with a second inlet and a second outlet for the paper money to enter and exit;
when the second frame (230) is in a retracted position, the locking mechanism locks the position of the second frame (230), and the first port (212) and the second port are opposite and in communication.
