Abstract
The invention relates to a preparation method and a color fixing method of an environment-friendly color fixing agent for natural pigments, belonging to the technical field of dye color fixing agents. The preparation is prepared from the following components: zein, an ethanol aqueous solution, citric acid, glycerol, polyvinyl butyral, sodium chloride, JFC-1 and peregal O-25. The color fixing agent prepared by the invention is nontoxic, the main raw materials can be naturally degraded, the color fixing effect is excellent, the color fixing agent has no great influence on the bright hue in the natural dye, the color fixing agent is a post-treatment agent developed aiming at the undesirable dyeing fastness after the dyeing of the natural pigment, the color fixing agent is green and environment-friendly, and the fiber fabric dyed by the natural dye can be widened.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of color fixing agents, and relates to a preparation method and a color fixing method of an environment-friendly color fixing agent for natural pigments.
Background
The natural pigment is extracted from natural animals and plants, and the natural pigment dye prepared from the plant pigment is non-toxic, good in environmental compatibility and biodegradable without chemical synthesis, thereby avoiding harm to ecology and human bodies. The fabric dyed by the dye has the advantages of rich hand feeling, simple and natural color and natural fragrance, and the fabric dyed by part of the plant dye has the effects of insect prevention and sterilization, is one of approaches for realizing cleaning, dyeing and finishing and obtaining ecological textiles, meets the requirements of people on returning to the nature, and promotes the development of the processing technology of the ecological textiles.
However, the development of the textile industry is severely restricted by the lower dyeing fastness of natural pigment dyes, particularly the washing fastness. Therefore, research on fixation of pigment dyes is necessary.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problem of poor color fastness of natural pigments, the invention aims to provide a preparation method and a color fixing method of an environment-friendly color fixing agent for natural pigments, and aims to provide a solution for the problem of poor washing fastness in the existing natural dye dyeing process.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is carried out according to the following steps:
firstly, completely dissolving zein in an ethanol solution to prepare a transparent and light yellow solution; secondly, adding a plasticizer and an auxiliary agent into the alcohol soluble protein solution, heating to dissolve the plasticizer and the auxiliary agent to prepare a post-treatment solution, and finishing the preparation of the color fixing agent; and finally, padding the dyed cloth in the post-treatment liquid, and drying to finish the color fixation by using the color fixing agent.
Furthermore, the mass fraction of the prepared alcohol soluble protein solution is 30-50 parts, the solvent ethanol solution is 80-90% water solution, and the dissolving temperature is 30-40 ℃.
Furthermore, the plasticizer is one of citric acid, glycerol and polyvinyl butyral, the auxiliary agent is one or more of sodium chloride, JFC-1 and peregal O-25, the dissolving temperature is 35-85 ℃, and the dissolving time is 20-30 min.
Furthermore, the plasticizer comprises, by mass, 5-35 parts of citric acid, 5-45 parts of glycerol, 10-30 parts of polyvinyl butyral, 1-8 parts of an auxiliary agent sodium chloride, 1-10 parts of JFC-1 and 1-10 parts of peregal O-25.

The invention has the advantages that intermolecular hydrogen bonds are generated by amino groups, carboxyl groups and hydroxyl groups on amino acid rich in zein and dye molecules, the intermolecular hydrogen bonds are crosslinked with hydrogen bonds on cellulose molecules, and an alcohol soluble protein film can be formed on the surface of the fiber after an ethanol solvent is evaporated, so that the dissolving difficulty of the dye is increased, and the wet treatment fastness of the plant pigment on the cellulose fiber is improved.
The color fixing agent prepared by the invention is nontoxic, the main raw materials can be naturally degraded, the color fixing effect is excellent, the color fixing agent has no great influence on the bright hue in the natural dye, the color fixing agent is a post-treatment agent developed aiming at the undesirable dyeing fastness after the dyeing of the natural pigment, the color fixing agent is green and environment-friendly, and the fiber fabric dyed by the natural dye can be widened. The energy consumption is reduced, the cost is reduced, the application and development of the natural pigment in the textile industry are more favorably widened, and a new idea is provided for improving the problems faced by the natural pigment dye at present.
