Abstract
本发明公开了一种不添加抗生素的全发酵鸡饲料,包括以下质量比成份:25‑30份玉米、12‑15份豆粕、10‑12份鱼粉、15‑18份红薯皮、3‑6份山楂干皮、1‑3份黄芪、1‑2份茯苓、6‑10份麦芽、0.2‑0.3份辣椒素、2‑3份多糖物质、2‑4份营养素;本发明通过对配合鸡饲料进行全发酵,可以增加鸡饲料的有机酸含量,大幅度提高鸡对鸡饲料的消化吸收率,发酵生成了大量有益活菌,原料中的病原菌被有效杀灭,通过甘草、桔梗、蒲公英、板蓝根、陈皮和金银花等中药物质可以有效提高鸡饲料的抗病菌性,辣椒素可以刺激肉鸡味蕾,能优化吸收,本发明的鸡饲料中不添加抗生素和激素,人在食用鸡肉后不会危害身体健康。

技术领域
本发明涉及动物饲料领域,尤其涉及一种不添加抗生素的全发酵鸡饲料。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对食品安全的要求越来越高,特别对肉类食品的要求发生了根本性的改变,在肉鸡的传统饲养过程中,习惯性使用抗生素添加剂或含抗生素的药物,肉鸡长期食用抗生素添加剂后,导致动物体内存在药物残留,交叉感染、微生物耐药性不断增加,长期使用抗生素,动物对疾病的抵抗力会越来越差,导致治疗使用抗生素剂量越来越大,更加严重地影响肉鸡的肉质安全和品质,人食用含有抗生素的食物后,也会增加体内微生物的抗药性,影响人体健康,同时现有的鸡饲料大多数均不是全发酵饲料,非全发酵饲料有机酸含量较低,鸡食用后消化吸收率也较低,不利于鸡的生长发育需求。因此,本发明提出一种不添加抗生素的全发酵鸡饲料,以解决现有技术中的不足之处。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提出一种不添加抗生素的全发酵鸡饲料,通过对配合鸡饲料进行全发酵,可以增加鸡饲料的有机酸含量,大幅度提高鸡对鸡饲料的消化吸收率,发酵生成了大量有益活菌,原料中的病原菌被有效杀灭,并通过甘草、桔梗、蒲公英、板蓝根、陈皮和金银花等中药物质可以有效提高鸡饲料的抗病菌性,辣椒素可以刺激肉鸡味蕾,提高肉鸡肠道蠕动活性以及提高肠粘膜的渗透性,能优化吸收,提高鸡饲料的利用率,通过组成成分中的植物油可以鸡在食用本发明鸡饲料后,对鸡的肠道粘膜进行保护,本发明的鸡饲料中不添加抗生素和激素,人在食用鸡肉后不会危害身体健康。
本发明提出一种不添加抗生素的全发酵鸡饲料,包括以下质量比成份:25-30份玉米、12-15份豆粕、10-12份鱼粉、15-18份红薯皮、 0.5-0.7份盐、0.2-0.5份蛋氨酸、0.3-0.6份赖氨酸、3-6份山楂干皮、1-3份黄芪、1-2份茯苓、6-10份麦芽、2-4份甘草、5-7份石榴皮、0.5-0.8份火炭母干粉、0.1-0.3份胆酸、2-4份桔梗、3-4份陈皮、2-3份紫草、3-4份板蓝根、1-2份白头翁、2-3份马齿苋、2-3 份金荞麦全草、5-8份蒲公英、1-3份鱼腥草、0.2-0.3份辣椒素、 2-3份多糖物质、2-4份营养素、2-4份金银花和1-2份植物油。
进一步改进在于:包括以下质量比成份:28份玉米、13份豆粕、 11份鱼粉、17份红薯皮、0.6份盐、0.35份蛋氨酸、0.45份赖氨酸、 5份山楂干皮、1.5份黄芪、1.5份茯苓、7份麦芽、3份甘草、6份石榴皮、0.65份火炭母干粉、0.13份胆酸、3份桔梗、3.5份陈皮、 2.5份紫草、3.5份板蓝根、1.5份白头翁、2.5份马齿苋、2.5份金荞麦全草、7份蒲公英、2份鱼腥草、0.25份辣椒素、2.5份多糖物质、3份营养素、3份金银花和1.5份植物油。
进一步改进在于:所述植物油为茶籽油、菜籽油或大豆油中的任意一种。
进一步改进在于:所述营养素包括维生素C、维生素A、维生素 E和硒。
进一步改进在于:所述多糖物质包括云芝多糖、黄芪多糖、香菇多糖、细菌脂多糖、银耳多糖、枸杞多糖、香菇多糖、酵母多糖、裂裥多糖和菌脂多糖。
进一步改进在于:所述辣椒素包括从胡椒粒中提取出的胡椒碱和从胡椒中提取出的6,7-二氢辣椒碱。
本发明的有益效果为:通过对配合鸡饲料进行全发酵,可以增加鸡饲料的有机酸含量,大幅度提高鸡对鸡饲料的消化吸收率,发酵生成了大量有益活菌,原料中的病原菌被有效杀灭,且通过组成成分中的中药成分甘草、桔梗、蒲公英、板蓝根、陈皮和金银花等中药物质可以有效提高鸡饲料的抗病菌性,鸡在食用本发明的鸡饲料后会降低患病率,免疫力得到显著提高,对多种鸡病具有优良的治疗效果,还能有效促进生长、提高鸡肉质量,辣椒素可以刺激肉鸡味蕾,提高肉鸡肠道蠕动活性,辣椒素能够提高肠粘膜的渗透性,能提高肉鸡肠道对鸡饲料养分的吸收率,能优化吸收,提高鸡饲料的利用率,通过组成成分中的植物油可以鸡在食用本发明鸡饲料后,对鸡的肠道粘膜进行保护,多糖物质能提高免疫力,本发明的鸡饲料中不添加抗生素和激素,人在食用鸡肉后不会危害身体健康。

一种不添加抗生素的全发酵鸡饲料,包括以下质量比成份:25 份玉米、12份豆粕、10份鱼粉、15份红薯皮、0.5份盐、0.2份蛋氨酸、0.3份赖氨酸、3份山楂干皮、1份黄芪、1份茯苓、6份麦芽、 2份甘草、5份石榴皮、0.5份火炭母干粉、0.1份胆酸、2份桔梗、 3份陈皮、2份紫草、3份板蓝根、1份白头翁、2份马齿苋、2份金荞麦全草、5份蒲公英、1份鱼腥草、0.2份辣椒素、2份多糖物质、 2份营养素、2份金银花和1份植物油。
所述植物油为茶籽油。
实施例二
一种不添加抗生素的全发酵鸡饲料,包括以下质量比成份:28 份玉米、13份豆粕、11份鱼粉、17份红薯皮、0.6份盐、0.35份蛋氨酸、0.45份赖氨酸、5份山楂干皮、1.5份黄芪、1.5份茯苓、7 份麦芽、3份甘草、6份石榴皮、0.65份火炭母干粉、0.13份胆酸、 3份桔梗、3.5份陈皮、2.5份紫草、3.5份板蓝根、1.5份白头翁、 2.5份马齿苋、2.5份金荞麦全草、7份蒲公英、2份鱼腥草、0.25 份辣椒素、2.5多糖物质、3份营养素、3份金银花和1.5份植物油。
所述植物油为茶籽油。
实施例三
一种不添加抗生素的全发酵鸡饲料,包括以下质量比成份:30 份玉米、15份豆粕、12份鱼粉、18份红薯皮、0.7份盐、0.5份蛋氨酸、0.6份赖氨酸、6份山楂干皮、3份黄芪、2份茯苓、10份麦芽、4份甘草、7份石榴皮、0.8份火炭母干粉、0.3份胆酸、4份桔梗、4份陈皮、3份紫草、4份板蓝根、2份白头翁、3份马齿苋、3 份金荞麦全草、8份蒲公英、3份鱼腥草、0.3份辣椒素、3份多糖物质、4份营养素、4份金银花和2份植物油。
对本发明中的全发酵鸡饲料与现有市场上的非全发酵饲料进行喂养试验对比:
选择200只同一批次、出生天数为10天的仔鸡进行试验,其中 100只作为对照组,100只作为实验组,对照组喂养市面上现有的普通非全发酵饲料,实验组喂养本发明全发酵鸡饲料,喂养周期为90 天,得出表1饲养结果:

根据表1可以得出,通过本发明的鸡饲料对肉鸡进行喂养,相同喂养周期下,本发明鸡饲料更能促进肉鸡生长,试验组毛色光亮,身体状况较好,饲养过程中降低了鸡呼吸道疾病和喙肛、喙羽等现象的发生、提高了饲料的转化率,肉鸡平均增重量远高于普通鸡饲料喂养的肉鸡的增重量,同时喂养周期内实验组肉鸡未出现患病情况,喂养出的肉鸡抵抗病菌能力好,鸡在食用本发明的全发酵鸡饲料后,对全发酵鸡饲料消化吸收率高与普通非全发酵鸡饲料。
对食用本发明鸡饲料的肉鸡进行屠宰后,对鸡肉进行检测得出表 2:

根据表2可以得出,本发明鸡饲料喂养出的肉鸡的鸡肉安全无公害,无抗生素和激素大量残留,安全性高,人体食用无害,同时肉质好,食用口感好、味道鲜美。
根据实施例一、实施例二和实施例三可以得出,本发明中通过如下质量比成份:25-30份玉米、12-15份豆粕、10-12份鱼粉、15-18 份红薯皮、0.5-0.7份盐、0.2-0.5份蛋氨酸、0.3-0.6份赖氨酸、 3-6份山楂干皮、1-3份黄芪、1-2份茯苓、6-10份麦芽、2-4份甘草、5-7份石榴皮、0.5-0.8份火炭母干粉、0.1-0.3份胆酸、2-4份桔梗、3-4份陈皮、2-3份紫草、3-4份板蓝根、1-2份白头翁、2-3 份马齿苋、2-3份金荞麦全草、5-8份蒲公英、1-3份鱼腥草、0.2-0.3 份辣椒素、2-3份多糖物质、2-4份营养素、2-4份金银花和1-2份植物油制成的鸡饲料安全性最好,无抗生素以及激素,同时可以有效促进肉鸡生长以及抗病菌能力,人体食用无害,同时肉质好,食用口感好、味道鲜美。

1.一种不添加抗生素的全发酵鸡饲料,其特征在于,包括以下质量比成份:25-30份玉米、12-15份豆粕、10-12份鱼粉、15-18份红薯皮、0.5-0.7份盐、0.2-0.5份蛋氨酸、0.3-0.6份赖氨酸、3-6份山楂干皮、1-3份黄芪、1-2份茯苓、6-10份麦芽、2-4份甘草、5-7份石榴皮、0.5-0.8份火炭母干粉、0.1-0.3份胆酸、2-4份桔梗、3-4份陈皮、2-3份紫草、3-4份板蓝根、1-2份白头翁、2-3份马齿苋、2-3份金荞麦全草、5-8份蒲公英、1-3份鱼腥草、0.2-0.3份辣椒素、2-3份多糖物质、2-4份营养素、2-4份金银花和1-2份植物油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种不添加抗生素的全发酵鸡饲料,其特征在于:包括以下质量比成份:28份玉米、13份豆粕、11份鱼粉、17份红薯皮、0.6份盐、0.35份蛋氨酸、0.45份赖氨酸、5份山楂干皮、1.5份黄芪、1.5份茯苓、7份麦芽、3份甘草、6份石榴皮、0.65份火炭母干粉、0.13份胆酸、3份桔梗、3.5份陈皮、2.5份紫草、3.5份板蓝根、1.5份白头翁、2.5份马齿苋、2.5份金荞麦全草、7份蒲公英、2份鱼腥草、0.25份辣椒素、2.5份多糖物质、3份营养素、3份金银花和1.5份植物油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种不添加抗生素的全发酵鸡饲料,其特征在于:所述植物油为茶籽油、菜籽油或大豆油中的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种不添加抗生素的全发酵鸡饲料,其特征在于:所述营养素包括维生素C、维生素A、维生素E和硒。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种不添加抗生素的全发酵鸡饲料,其特征在于:所述多糖物质包括云芝多糖、黄芪多糖、香菇多糖、细菌脂多糖、银耳多糖、枸杞多糖、香菇多糖、酵母多糖、裂裥多糖和菌脂多糖。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种不添加抗生素的全发酵鸡饲料,其特征在于:所述辣椒素包括从胡椒粒中提取出的胡椒碱和从胡椒中提取出的6,7-二氢辣椒碱。
