Description
本发明涉及一种用于密封热成型容器的站,特别是用于包装线,例如FFS(成型-填充-密封)包装线。
已知的解决方案基于线性机器,例如举例来说US 6094890中所描述的解决方案。然而,这些解决方案有与在生产线中的部署精确相关联的一系列限制。例如,这些限制之一是极其低下的灵活性,这是因为机器间距与容器的直径相关的事实,使得当更改容器变成必需时,机器必须进行大量修改,这尤其影响机器的总长度,其结果是,设计用于加工具有一定直径的容器的机器不可以加工具有更大直径的容器,除非以完全不经济或与最初分配给机器的空间不相容的更改为代价。
从US 3,964,237中已知提供了一种包装线,其中,为了获得热成型容器,使用热塑性片状坯件,特别是盘状物,其被单个地加热、热成型、填充和封闭。
从US 3,964,237中已知的解决方案的优点在于其不同于其他传统解决方案,其他传统解决方案需要基于由卷轴(spool)供给的热塑性材料的片材模制多个容器,为了获得相同数量的容器,这种卷轴占据的体积比US 3,964,237的片状坯件占据的体积大得多。
从US 3,964,237中已知的解决方案的缺点是其以低速运行。特别地,US 3,964,237的密封站间歇地操作,首先移动盘状物,然后将容器移动到机器的各种固定站,这要求盘状物或容器在每个站执行相关联的操作时是静止的。
US 3,755,987公开了一种用盖子密封地封闭容器的机器,该机器包括带有多个密封头的滚筒,这些密封头与转盘的中心轴线径向地间隔开。
本发明的目标是提供一种用于包装线特别是FFS包装线的密封站,其能够密封填充有产品、优选松散产品、甚至更优选松散食品的容器,并且能够在一个或更多个上述方面改进现有技术。
在这个目标中,本发明的目的是以比传统解决方案更快的速度密封容器,该容器是通过热成型由片状坯件形成的。
本发明的另一个目的是能够连续密封热塑性片状坯件。
另一个目的是在密封本身后便于密封容器的操纵。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种用于密封热塑性容器的站和相应的方法,其可用于连续操作的FFS(成型-填充-密封)包装线中。
此外,本发明的另一个目的是以与任何现存解决方案不同的方式克服现有技术的缺点。
本发明的又一目的是提供一种高度可靠、易于实施且成本低的密封站。
将在下文中变得更加明显的这个目标以及这些和其他目的通过用于包装线的用于密封热塑性容器的站来实现,其特征在于,该站包括可以围绕中心轴线连续旋转的密封转盘,该密封转盘包括与所述中心轴线径向地间隔开的多个密封头,每个密封头适于:

参照附图,用于包装可用松散材料填充的容器的FFS包装线总体上由附图标记1表示,该线包括热塑性片状坯件G的储存库2、用于将坯件供给到后续的用于加热坯件的站4的站3、用于从这样的坯件开始热成型容器的站5、以及用于用松散材料填充容器的站6、用于密封填充容器的站7(填充容器通过由用于供应密封件的站9提供的密封件来密封)。
热塑性片状坯件包括可热成型塑料材料的“代表(token)”或完全由可热成型塑料材料的“代表”构成,例如热塑性聚合物,优选适合于食品的类型,例如PS、HIPS、PET或者类似物。通常,每个热塑性片状坯件在平面图中可以具有任何形状,例如圆拱形(round)、方形、矩形、椭圆形、多边形,其对应于希望提供的最终容器的平面或该最终容器的口部的边沿(rim)的平面。在优选和图示的实施例中,每个坯件G适于形成单个容器,并且具有但不限于盘状形状。
优选地,站7中的待密封的容器是桶(tubs),适于例如在先前的填充站6中被填充颗粒或流体形式的可食用物质,例如酸奶,以便随后用“可剥离的”片材盖(例如塑料/铝层压材料)密封,该“可剥离的”片材盖在下文中被称为封闭密封件。
密封站7包括密封转盘71,如图2和图3中详细示出的,密封转盘71可以围绕中心轴线H连续旋转,并且具有多个密封头72,密封头72与中心轴线H径向间隔开,并且还在图4-图9中详细示出;为了简单起见,图2和图3仅示出了一个密封头72。

在第一周边区域73中可以有输入星形传送器83,输入星形传送器83适于将容器C供给到密封转盘71,并且在第二周边区域74中可以有用于供给封闭密封件的转盘91,该转盘适于至少连续地将封闭密封件S供给到密封转盘71,而在第三周边区域75中可以有输出星形传送器84。
参照操作中密封转盘71的旋转方向,第一周边区域73优选位于第二周边区域74的下游。
特别地,密封转盘71可以包括连接到密封头72的下支撑环701、连接到环701和中心毂703的上腔室702、以及用于支撑径向凸轮(未示出)以移动密封头72的部件的固定的隔壁705。
密封转盘71围绕中心轴线H的连续旋转可以例如通过转盘71的毂703上的直接驱动马达来实现或者由通过传动装置连接到该毂的马达来实现。
每个密封头72可以包括用于夹持和定位的组件720、用于拾取和密封的组件750和邻接组件(abutment assembly)770。
用于夹持和定位的组件720被配置成在操作期间的各种时刻至少支撑和移动从相应的第一区域73和第二区域74到达的容器C和封闭密封件S。
用于拾取和密封的组件750被设计成至少拾取封闭密封件S,并执行将该密封件和容器C相互稳定联接的操作。为此,用于拾取和密封的组件750至少配备有:
-拾取活塞751;
-用于移动活塞的装置752;
-用于启动活塞的装置753;
-用于密封的装置755。
用于移动活塞的装置752和用于启动活塞的装置753优选是气动的。活塞751包括带有吸盘夹持装置754的头部,并适于拾取和保持封闭密封件S,使得容器C可以沿着其竖直轴线移动,用于由密封装置755执行的后续联接动作。
邻接组件770被设计成至少与上述用于拾取和密封的组件750配合,以便在封闭密封件S和容器C之间相互联接和固定的操作期间推动该组件750和/或充当邻接件。
可选地,邻接组件770也被设计成或者仅被设计成支撑封闭密封件S(然后其被活塞751拾取)和/或容器C。
在这种联接操作中,密封件S和容器C的周边边缘被彼此压靠,并且为此,其被置于邻接组件770和密封装置755之间。
每个密封头72与专用立柱760相关联,每个密封头72的部件中的所有或一些在立柱760上移动和/或被支撑在立柱760上。立柱760固定在环701上,并且竖直延伸,其中立柱760的轴线平行于密封转盘71的旋转轴线H。
关于所示实施例深入到更多细节,现在还参考附图4-图9,每个用于夹持和定位的组件720可以在相应的柱760上可滑动地移动,并且为此目的包括可以在柱760上滑动的导向套筒721。
此外,在所示的优选实施例中,用于夹持和定位的组件720包括大体上弧形的相互相对的钳(pincers)722,和用于移动钳的第一凸轮随动辊723,在密封站72由于密封转盘71的旋转而处于旋转移动时,该第一凸轮随动辊723与专用固定凸轮(未示出)配合,该专用固定凸轮确定钳722在两个极限位置之间的移动:静止位置,在静止位置,钳722闭合在一起(如图5、图6、图8、图9所示),和释放位置,在释放位置,钳722是分开的(如图4和图7所示)。
因此钳722可以借助于第二凸轮随动辊724平行于柱760平移,第二凸轮随动辊724连接到套筒721,并且在密封转盘71的旋转移动期间与专用固定凸轮(未示出)配合。
下面的邻接组件770包括仿形支撑件(contoured support)771和可以在柱760上滑动的专用套筒773;为此,套筒773连接到相应的凸轮随动辊772,凸轮随动辊772在站72基于密封转盘71而处于旋转移动时与专用的固定凸轮(未示出)配合。
对抗凸轮随动辊772作用于套筒773的是致动器774,优选气动致动器774,该致动器774与柱760同轴装配,并且包括可变容积腔室775,在该可变容积腔室775中,气密隔壁776在通过开口778供给到该腔室的压缩空气的压力下移动。在操作中,凸轮(未示出)向下移动凸轮随动辊772,与隔壁776施加的相反推力形成对比,并以这种方式保持辊772和对应凸轮之间的恒定夹持接触状态。套筒773以及因此在最终分析中的仿形支撑件771平行于柱760竖直移动。
作为液压致动器774的替代方案,可以有弹簧或其他适用于对抗辊772起作用的等效解决方案。
此外,当容器C和密封件S成为一体时,液压致动器774压缩容器C和密封件S。
凸轮(未示出)固定到固定的外部隔壁705,该隔壁不与密封转盘71的环701一起旋转。
仿形支撑件771和钳722具有大体互补的形状,以便当其靠近在一起时,界定大体连续的搁置表面,封闭密封件S(如图5和图6所示)和在随后的步骤中容器C两者都周边地搁置在该搁置表面上(图8和图9)。
简要回到邻接组件770,其进一步包括防旋转装置,该防旋转装置又设置有可以与柱760一起旋转的导向件779,并且设置有平行于柱760的长形槽(oblong slot),并且与套筒773成一体的滑动器(runner)780在该长形槽中滑动。
现在转向描述用于拾取和密封的组件750,在这种情况下,我们具有拾取活塞751,拾取活塞751在同轴圆柱形导向件758中在缩回状态(图4、图5、图7、图8、图9)和延伸状态(即用于拾取)之间移动,在延伸状态中,拾取活塞751沿邻接组件770的方向突出,以便取回封闭密封件S。
活塞在两种状态之间的位移通过移动装置752(其优选是气动的)实现:在该实施例中,移动装置包括作用于活塞751和对抗活塞751起作用的气动致动器7521和对比弹簧(contrasting spring)7522。
活塞的启动装置753被设计成启动具有吸盘夹持装置754的头部,以便从钳722中取回封闭密封件S。如果活塞的启动装置753是气动的,则活塞751的主体设置有连接到吸盘754的通道,以便产生部分真空,这使得保持封闭密封件成为可能。
关于用于密封的装置755,其可以根据要求和意图在封闭密封件S和容器C之间提供的密封类型而变化。
在优选的解决方案中,密封装置755包括周边加热唇缘,该周边加热唇缘沿邻接组件770的方向突出,并且被设计成与封闭密封件S的边缘接触,以便将其稳定地联接到容器C。
关于封闭密封件S,在优选实施例中,这是常规的,并且其包括柔性片材(单层或多层),该柔性片材在指向容器C的面上设有可热封膜(heat-sealable film)。例如,该膜可以由可热活化的粘合剂层制成和/或由合适的热塑性材料制成。封闭密封件S的形式和实施两者都可以根据应用和需要而变化。
现在转向描述密封转盘71连续旋转期间密封站7的操作,为了简单起见,参见单个密封头,封闭密封件S首先例如通过站9被供给到头72(图4)。封闭密封件S最初仅搁置在置于钳722之间的固定弯曲表面上,而钳722处于打开状态,以便于封闭密封件S在钳722之间径向插入的步骤。在该步骤中,仿形支撑件771可以如图4所示靠近钳定位,或者,在可选择的实施例中,仿形支撑件771可以处于降低的位置。
稍后(图5),钳722闭合,并且可选地,仿形支撑件771朝向钳722执行平移运动。封闭密封件S周边地搁置在钳722和仿形支撑件771两者上,以便对于为随后的拾取步骤保持稳定。
在这种拾取步骤(图6)中,使活塞751的吸盘夹持装置754下降,直到吸盘夹持装置754与封闭密封件S接触。大体上同时,用于启动活塞的装置753被致动,从而确保吸盘夹持装置754被正确地联接到封闭密封件S。

随后(图8),钳722闭合,从而支撑容器C,并且钳722朝向用于拾取和密封的组件750移动,结果是朝向悬挂在吸盘754上的封闭密封件S移动容器C,并且优选地使封闭密封件S和容器C接触。
稍后(图9),邻接组件770朝向用于拾取和密封的组件750移动,从而将封闭密封件S和容器C的口部的周边边缘抵着用于密封的装置755压缩。
在这种情况下,用于密封的装置755被启动,从而实现容器C与封闭密封件S的密封。
当如此密封的容器C到达第三区域75时,该容器C随后由站7卸载,例如朝向输出星形传送器84卸载。

-在所述密封转盘的所述旋转期间,保持并联接所述封闭密封件和所述容器;
-将用所述封闭密封件密封的所述容器释放到第三区域,所述第三区域在所述密封转盘外部并且与第一区域和第二区域成角度地间隔开,
其中,每个密封头包括用于夹持和定位的组件、用于拾取和密封的组件以及邻接组件,其中,所述方法包括以下步骤:
-借助于用于夹持和定位的所述组件,在操作期间的各个时刻支撑和移动从相应的所述第一区域和所述第二区域到达的所述容器和所述封闭密封件;
-借助于用于拾取和密封的所述组件,拾取所述封闭密封件并执行将所述封闭密封件和所述容器相互联接的操作;
-借助于所述邻接组件,支撑所述封闭密封件和所述容器,并且在所述封闭密封件和所述容器之间相互联接和固定的操作期间,与用于拾取和密封的组件配合。
Claims (12)
1.一种用于包装线的密封热塑性容器(C)的密封站(7),包括密封转盘(71),所述密封转盘(71)能够围绕中心轴线(H)连续旋转,所述密封转盘(71)包括多个密封头(72),所述多个密封头(72)与所述中心轴线(H)径向地间隔开,每个密封头(72)适于:
-在所述密封转盘(71)外部的第一输入周边区域(73)处接纳待密封的至少一个容器(C);
-在所述密封转盘(71)外部的第二输入周边区域(74)处接纳至少一个封闭密封件(S);
-在所述密封转盘(71)的所述旋转期间,保持所述封闭密封件(S)和所述容器(C),并将所述封闭密封件(S)和所述容器(C)联接在一起;
-在第三输出周边区域(75)处释放完整的带有所述封闭密封件(S)的所述容器(C),所述第三输出周边区域(75)在所述密封转盘(71)的外部并且与所述第一输入周边区域(73)和所述第二输入周边区域(74)成角度地隔开,
其中,每个密封头(72)包括用于拾取和密封的组件(750)和邻接组件(770),其中:
-所述用于拾取和密封的组件(750)适于至少拾取所述封闭密封件(S),并适于执行将所述封闭密封件和所述容器(C)相互联接的操作;
-所述邻接组件(770)适于至少支撑所述封闭密封件(S)和所述容器(C),并且适于在所述封闭密封件(S)和所述容器(C)之间相互联接和固定的操作期间与所述用于拾取和密封的组件(750)配合;
其特征在于,每个密封头还包括用于夹持和定位的组件(720),所述用于夹持和定位的组件(720)适于在操作期间的各个时刻至少支撑和移动从相应的所述第一输入周边区域(73)和所述第二输入周边区域(74)到达的所述容器(C)和所述封闭密封件(S)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密封站(7),其特征在于,所述密封转盘(71)还包括:
-下支撑环(701),所述下支撑环(701)连接到所述密封头(72),和
-上腔室(702),所述上腔室(702)通过中心毂(703)连接到所述下支撑环(701),并且包括用于支撑径向凸轮以移动所述密封头(72)的部件的固定的外部隔壁(705)。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的密封站(7),其特征在于,每个密封头(72)还包括支撑柱(760),在支撑柱(760)上安装有所述用于夹持和定位的组件(720)、所述用于拾取和密封的组件(750)和所述邻接组件(770),使得所述用于夹持和定位的组件(720)、所述用于拾取和密封的组件(750)和所述邻接组件(770)能够滑动。
4.根据权利要求3所述的密封站(7),其特征在于,所述用于拾取和密封的组件(750)至少配备有:
-拾取活塞(751),其适于拾取所述封闭密封件(S);
-移动所述拾取活塞的移动装置(752),其适于将所述拾取活塞朝向/远离所述邻接组件(770)移动;
-启动所述拾取活塞的启动装置(753),其适于启动活塞夹持状态,在所述活塞夹持状态,所述拾取活塞与所述封闭密封件(S)暂时联接;
-密封装置(755)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的密封站(7),其特征在于,所述拾取活塞的所述移动装置(752)和所述启动装置(753)为气动的,所述拾取活塞(751)包括头部,所述头部具有用于拾取和保持所述封闭密封件(S)的吸盘夹持装置(754)。
6.根据权利要求4或权利要求5所述的密封站(7),其特征在于,所述密封装置(755)包括周边加热唇缘,所述周边加热唇缘沿所述邻接组件(770)的方向突出,并且被设计成与所述封闭密封件(S)的边缘接触,以便将所述封闭密封件(S)稳定地联接到所述容器(C)。
7.根据权利要求3所述的密封站(7),其特征在于,所述用于夹持和定位的组件(720)能够在相应的所述支撑柱(760)上移动,并且包括:
-导向套筒(721),其能够在所述支撑柱(760)上滑动;
-相互相对的钳(722);
-第一凸轮随动辊(723),其用于移动所述钳,所述第一凸轮随动辊(723)铰接到所述钳,以便导致所述钳(722)在静止位置和释放位置之间移动,在所述静止位置,所述钳(722)闭合在一起,在所述释放位置,所述钳(722)是分开的;
-第二凸轮随动辊(724),其至少用于导致所述钳(722)平行于所述支撑柱(760)平移。
8.根据权利要求3所述的密封站(7),其特征在于,所述邻接组件(770)包括:
-仿形支撑件(771);
-套筒(773),其能够在所述支撑柱(760)上滑动;
-凸轮随动辊(772),其连接到所述套筒,以便引起所述套筒(773)在所述支撑柱(760)上的移动;
-致动器(774),其对抗所述凸轮随动辊(772)起作用并连接到所述套筒(773)。
9.根据权利要求7所述的密封站(7),其特征在于,所述邻接组件(770)包括:
-仿形支撑件(771);
-套筒(773),其能够在所述支撑柱(760)上滑动;
-凸轮随动辊(772),其连接到所述套筒,以便引起所述套筒(773)在所述支撑柱(760)上的移动;
-致动器(774),其对抗所述凸轮随动辊(772)起作用并连接到所述套筒(773)。
10.根据权利要求8或9所述的密封站(7),其特征在于,所述致动器(774)为气动的。
11.根据权利要求9所述的密封站(7),其特征在于,所述仿形支撑件(771)和所述钳(722)具有大体上互补的形状,以便当所述仿形支撑件(771)和所述钳(722)靠近在一起时,界定用于所述封闭密封件(S)或所述容器(C)的周边搁置的大体上连续的搁置表面。
12.一种通过封闭密封件(S)连续地密封容器(C)的方法,包括以下步骤:
-使密封转盘(71)围绕中心轴线(H)连续地旋转,所述密封转盘(71)具有多个密封头(72),所述多个密封头(72)与所述中心轴线(H)径向地间隔开;
-在所述密封转盘(71)外部的第二输入周边区域(74)处向所述密封头(72)供给封闭密封件(S),使得经过所述第二输入周边区域(74)的每个密封头(72)接纳相应的封闭密封件(S);
-在所述密封转盘(71)外部的第一输入周边区域(73)处将待密封的容器(C)供给到所述密封头(72),使得经过所述第一输入周边区域(73)的每个密封头(72)接纳相应的容器(C);
-在所述密封转盘(71)的所述旋转期间,保持并联接所述封闭密封件(S)和所述容器(C);
-将用所述封闭密封件(S)密封的所述容器(C)释放到第三输出周边区域(75),所述第三输出周边区域(75)在所述密封转盘(71)外部并且与所述第一输入周边区域(73)和所述第二输入周边区域(74)成角度地间隔开,
其中,每个密封头(72)包括用于拾取和密封的组件(750)以及邻接组件(770),其中,所述方法包括以下步骤:
-借助于所述用于拾取和密封的组件(750),拾取所述封闭密封件(S)并执行将所述封闭密封件(S)和所述容器(C)相互联接的操作;
-借助于所述邻接组件(770),支撑所述封闭密封件(S)和所述容器(C),并且在所述封闭密封件(S)和所述容器(C)之间相互联接和固定的操作期间,与所述用于拾取和密封的组件(750)配合;
其特征在于,每个密封头(72)还包括用于夹持和定位的组件(720),
并且所述方法还包括以下步骤:
-借助于所述用于夹持和定位的组件(720),在操作期间的各个时刻支撑和移动从相应的所述第一输入周边区域(73)和所述第二输入周边区域(74)到达的所述容器(C)和所述封闭密封件(S)。
