When the angle plate detection jig is used for detecting the angle plate, the angle plate detection jig can be inserted into the detected angle plate suite from top to bottom, and whether the gap between the angle plate of the detected angle plate suite and the corresponding jig hole in the angle plate detection jig meets the process requirement or not is detected; if the detection meets the process requirements, judging that the angle plate of the measured angle plate suite is qualified; otherwise, judging that the angle plate of the measured angle plate kit is unqualified. the distance detectors are arranged on one side, facing the top of the corresponding angle plate, of the jig hole and used for measuring the distance to the top of the angle plate;
the detection control circuit is used for acquiring distance values measured by each distance detector; when the obtained distance values are judged to be smaller than the threshold value, the detection result is confirmed that the gap between the top of the angle plate and the jig hole meets the process requirement; otherwise, confirming that the detection result is that the gap between the top of the angle plate and the jig hole does not meet the process requirement.
2. The angle plate detection jig of claim 1, further comprising:
the distance detectors are arranged on one side of the jig hole, which faces to the side edge of the angle plate corresponding to the jig hole, and are used for measuring the distance to the side edge of the angle plate; and
the detection control circuit is also used for acquiring distance values measured by each distance detector arranged on the side edge of the corresponding angle plate facing the jig hole; when the obtained distance values are judged to be equal, the detection result is confirmed that the gap between the side edge of the angle plate and the jig hole meets the process requirement; otherwise, confirming that the detection result is that the gap between the side edge of the angle plate and the jig hole does not meet the process requirement.
3. The angle plate detection jig of claim 2, further comprising: a display screen; and
the detection control circuit is also used for judging that the angle plate is unqualified when the detection result is that the gap between the top of the angle plate and the jig hole does not meet the process requirement or the gap between the side edge of the angle plate and the jig hole does not meet the process requirement; otherwise, judging that the angle plate is qualified; and outputting a judgment result through the display screen.
4. An angle plate detection system, comprising: a measured angle plate kit and the angle plate detection tool of any one of claims 1-3.
5. An angle plate detection method, characterized by comprising:
after an angle plate detection jig is inserted into a measured angle plate suite from top to bottom, whether a gap between a jig hole in the angle plate detection jig and a corresponding angle plate in the measured angle plate suite meets process requirements is detected;
if the detection meets the process requirements, judging that the angle plate of the measured angle plate suite is qualified; otherwise, judging that the angle plate of the measured angle plate kit is unqualified;
wherein, angle board detection tool includes: the jig comprises a plate and a plurality of jig holes which are formed downwards along the edge of the plate and respectively correspond to each angle plate of the measured angle plate suite;
the width dimension of the jig hole in the direction parallel to the bottom plate of the measured angle plate kit is the same as the width dimension of the angle plate corresponding to the jig hole; the height dimension of the jig hole in the direction perpendicular to the bottom plate of the measured angle plate kit is the same as the height dimension of the angle plate corresponding to the jig hole; the distance between two adjacent jig holes is consistent with the distance between two corresponding adjacent angle plates;
angle board detection tool still includes: the detection control circuit is arranged on the jig hole, and the at least two distance detectors are arranged on one side of the top of the jig hole facing the corresponding angle plate; and
detect whether the tool hole in the angle board detection tool and the clearance between the angle board that corresponds in the measured angle board external member satisfies the technological requirement, specifically include:
the distance detector measures the distance to the top of the angle plate;
the detection control circuit acquires distance values measured by each distance detector; when the obtained distance values are judged to be smaller than the threshold value, the detection result is confirmed that the gap between the top of the angle plate and the jig hole meets the process requirement; otherwise, confirming that the detection result is that the gap between the top of the angle plate and the jig hole does not meet the process requirement.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the detecting whether the gap between the jig hole of the angle plate detecting jig and the corresponding angle plate of the measured angle plate kit meets the process requirements further comprises:
and detecting whether the gap between the jig hole in the angle plate detection jig and the side edge of the corresponding angle plate in the detected angle plate kit meets the process requirement.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the angle plate inspection fixture further comprises: at least two distance detectors are arranged on one side of the jig hole, which faces to the side edge of the corresponding angle plate; and
detect whether the clearance between the tool hole in the angle board detection tool and the side of the angle board that corresponds in the measured angle board external member satisfies the technological requirement, specifically include:
