一种AH级截止阀密封结构,包括填料压盖、柔性石墨组合填料、阀盖、金属O形圈、弹簧蓄能圈、阀体、波纹管、阀杆,所述波纹管固定在阀杆上,所述填料压盖处设有柔性石墨组合填料,所述柔性石墨组合填料中部设有隔环,所述隔环径向上设有检漏口,所述检漏口同时贯通填料压盖和阀盖一端,所述阀盖与阀体间同时设有金属O形圈和弹簧蓄能圈。本发明的有益效果是,隔环不仅起到了增强密封的作用,还能够通过隔环在检漏口处检测到氦气的泄漏量。当填料失效时,在检漏口接入循环水通过隔环实现水封,从而保证阀门满足逸散性要求。阀体与阀盖之间设有金属O形圈和弹簧蓄能圈,形成端面密封和径向密封的双重密封结构,进一步确保阀门满足逸散性要求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种AH级截止阀密封结构。
背景技术
高温气冷堆是以石墨为慢化剂,氦气为冷却剂具有固有安全特性的先进反应堆。由于高温气冷堆中的氦气与核燃料直接接触,具有辐射性(外泄漏量超过一定值后有核辐射效应),因此在高温气冷堆对氦气泄漏量的要求非常高,需满足ISO15848的AH级别(1×10-7 Pa•m3/s)。
但是由于氦气具有很强的渗透性,为了实现阀门的氦气级密封,目前市面上的民用波纹管截止阀大多采用阀杆双重密封结构来实现低逸散泄漏的目的。这种结构的主密封结构是阀杆波纹管的密封,当波纹管失效后,再在填料压盖中采用专门的柔性石墨组合填料来实现密封。这种双重密封结构的波纹管截止阀再利用氦气进行逸散性试验检验时发现泄漏量可达1×10-6Pa•m3/s,但是还不能满足在高温气冷堆中对氦气泄漏量的要求。
发明内容
为克服上述现有技术问题,本发明提供了一种AH级截止阀密封结构。
本发明的技术方案是,一种AH级截止阀密封结构,包括填料压盖、柔性石墨组合填料、阀盖、金属O形圈、弹簧蓄能圈、阀体、波纹管、阀杆,所述波纹管固定在阀杆上,所述填料压盖处设有柔性石墨组合填料,所述柔性石墨组合填料中部设有隔环,所述隔环径向上设有检漏口,所述检漏口同时贯通填料压盖和阀盖一端,所述阀盖与阀体间同时设有金属O形圈和弹簧蓄能圈。
本发明的有益效果是,隔环不仅起到了增强密封的作用,还能够通过隔环在检漏口处检测到氦气的泄漏量。当填料失效时,在检漏口接入循环水通过隔环实现水封,从而保证阀门满足逸散性要求。
阀体与阀盖之间设有金属O形圈和弹簧蓄能圈,形成端面密封和径向密封的双重密封结构,进一步确保阀门满足逸散性要求。

如图1所示,一种AH级截止阀密封结构,包括填料压盖、柔性石墨组合填料、阀盖、金属O形圈、弹簧蓄能圈、阀体、波纹管、阀杆,所述波纹管固定在阀杆上,所述填料压盖处设有柔性石墨组合填料,所述柔性石墨组合填料中部设有隔环,所述隔环径向上设有检漏口,所述检漏口同时贯通填料压盖和阀盖一端,所述阀盖与阀体间同时设有金属O形圈和弹簧蓄能圈。

1.一种AH级截止阀密封结构,包括填料压盖、柔性石墨组合填料、阀盖、金属O形圈、弹簧蓄能圈、阀体、波纹管、阀杆,所述波纹管固定在阀杆上,所述填料压盖处设有柔性石墨组合填料,其特征在于,所述柔性石墨组合填料中部设有隔环,所述隔环径向上设有检漏口,所述检漏口同时贯通填料压盖和阀盖一端,所述阀盖与阀体间同时设有金属O形圈和弹簧蓄能圈。
