一种防松脱的轴向止动装置,包括轴用钢丝挡圈、轴用挡圈、离合器轴、返回弹簧、活塞、摩擦片座、离合器摩擦片;其特征在于:所述的活塞用于压紧离合器摩擦片;该活塞与使活塞快速回位的返回弹簧相连接,所述返回弹簧置于摩擦片座离合器轴之间。并用离合器轴上的轴用挡圈来防止返回弹簧的脱落,所述的轴用钢丝挡圈安装在轴用挡圈上的环槽内,它将原本直接装在离合器轴上的轴用钢丝挡圈嵌入,使轴用钢丝挡圈能够双向定位,防止受力变形或者受力不均导致钢丝挡圈逃出等特点。

一种防松脱的轴向止动装置
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种液压湿式离合器领域的活塞返回止动装置,即液压湿式离合器的摩擦片返回弹簧部分的设计结构。
背景技术
在现有常规的设计中,活塞返回弹簧的止动是通过一个轴用挡圈和一个轴用钢丝挡圈安装在离合器轴上,其中轴用挡圈和轴用钢丝挡圈并列设置,轴用挡圈套在离合器轴上,轴用钢丝挡圈嵌在离合器轴上的凹槽里,缺点是由于轴用钢丝挡圈是不封闭的,且径向方向没有任何的防脱结构,所以在工作过程中由于力的作用很容易产生变形,并逃出凹槽从离合器轴上脱落下来,从而使弹簧止动失效,导致整个离合器甚至整个产品设备运行受损。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足即由于轴用挡圈和轴用钢丝挡圈并列设置,钢丝挡圈为导致钢丝挡圈在工作过程中由于受力的作用产生变形,逃出凹槽从离合器轴上脱落下来,从而使弹簧止动失效,导致整个离合器甚至整个产品设备运行受损的情况。
发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的,一种防松脱的轴向止动装置,包括轴用钢丝挡圈、轴用挡圈、离合器轴、返回弹簧、活塞、摩擦片座、离合器摩擦片;其特征在于:所述的活塞用于压紧离合器摩擦片;该活塞与用于使活塞快速回位的返回弹簧相连接,所述返回弹簧置于摩擦片座离合器轴之间。并用离合器轴上的轴用挡圈来防止返回弹簧的脱落,所述的轴用钢丝挡圈安装在轴用挡圈上的环槽内。
作为优选:所述的轴用钢丝挡圈安装在轴用挡圈上和离合器轴环槽组成的封闭环槽内,轴向上轴用钢丝挡圈和轴用挡圈共同承受返回弹簧的轴向弹力,径向上,轴用挡圈对轴用钢丝挡圈实现了径向定位,承受轴用钢丝挡圈在变形时产生的径向力,既能起到轴向止动作用,又能防止在受力过程中的变形脱落。
本发明将轴用挡圈与轴用钢丝挡圈的结合面处向返回弹簧方向车一道环槽,将原本直接装在离合器轴上的轴用钢丝挡圈嵌入,使轴用钢丝挡圈能够双向定位,防止受力变形或者受力不均导致钢丝挡圈逃出等特点。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明作详细的介绍:图1所示,本发明所述的一种防松脱的轴向止动装置,包括轴用钢丝挡圈1、轴用挡圈2、离合器轴3、返回弹簧4、活塞5、摩擦片座6、离合器摩擦片7;其特征在于:所述的活塞5用于压紧离合器摩擦片7;该活塞与用于使活塞5快速回位的返回弹簧4相连接,所述返回弹簧4置于摩擦片座6离合器轴3之间。并用离合器轴3上的轴用挡圈2来防止返回弹簧4的脱落,所述的轴用钢丝挡圈1安装在轴用挡圈2上的环槽内,所述的轴用钢丝挡圈1安装在轴用挡圈2上和离合器轴环槽组成的封闭环槽内,轴向上轴用钢丝挡圈1和轴用挡圈2共同承受返回弹簧的轴向弹力,径向上,轴用挡圈2对轴用钢丝挡圈1实现了径向定位,承受轴用钢丝挡圈1在变形时产生的径向力,既能起到轴向止动作用,又能防止在受力过程中的变形脱落。
所述的轴用挡圈为内圈过盈套装在离合器轴上,在保证过盈量的情况下,在与轴用钢丝挡圈的结合面方向车一环槽,离合器同一轴向位置割轴用钢丝挡圈标准环槽,将轴用钢丝挡圈嵌入由钢丝挡圈和离合器轴组成的环槽内,即对轴用钢丝挡圈实现轴向和径向双向定位。在离合器脱排时,返回弹簧力作用在活塞上,使得活塞能够迅速回位,加速离合器的脱排,与此同时,同样大小的力也作用在返回弹簧的轴向止动装置上,即作用在轴用挡圈和轴用钢丝挡圈上,由于过盈和凹槽台肩的作用,可以有效实现轴向止动,由于轴用挡圈的径向包围止动作用,有效防止了钢丝挡圈受力变形导致的挡圈从离合器轴上脱落以至于影响整个产品设备的可靠性。

1.一种防松脱的轴向止动装置,包括轴用钢丝挡圈(1)、轴用挡圈(2)、离合器轴(3)、返回弹簧(4)、活塞(5)、摩擦片座(6)、离合器摩擦片(7);其特征在于:所述的活塞(5)用于压紧离合器摩擦片(7);该活塞(5)与使活塞(5)快速回位的返回弹簧(4)相连接,所述返回弹簧(4)置于摩擦片座(6)离合器轴(3)之间,并用离合器轴(3)上的轴用挡圈(2)来防止返回弹簧(4)的脱落,所述的轴用钢丝挡圈(1)安装在轴用挡圈(2)上的环槽内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防松脱的轴向止动装置,其特征在于所述的轴用钢丝挡圈(1)安装在轴用挡圈(2)上和离合器轴环槽组成的封闭环槽内,轴向上轴用钢丝挡圈(1)和轴用挡圈(2)共同承受返回弹簧的轴向弹力,径向上,轴用挡圈(2)对轴用钢丝挡圈(1)实现了径向定位,承受轴用钢丝挡圈(1)在变形时产生的径向力,既能起到轴向止动作用,又能防止在受力过程中的变形脱落。
