Abstract

At present, in the drilling operation of various mechanical drilling machines of coal mines, the connection mode of taper threads or rectangular threads is generally adopted to transmit torque for drilling and locking anchor rod and anchor cable operation, a drill rod receives resultant force such as pressure, torsion, pulsating impact force and the like in the working process, the stress condition is complex, the working condition is relatively bad, the common threaded connection mode has poor impact resistance, the transmission capability of large torque is relatively weak, and various failure modes such as drill rod fracture, thread failure and the like are easily caused; and the drill rod connected in the common thread form is adopted, if accidents such as drill rod blocking and drill burying occur in the drilling process, the drill rod needs to be reversely rotated when the drill rod is withdrawn, and the tripping phenomenon can occur. In addition, many drilling machines adopt left-handed threads to be connected with a drill rod, but the anchor rod locking, the anchor rope stirring and the locking adopted in the pit generally adopt a right-handed mode, so that the left-handed connection mode cannot meet the requirements of underground construction and operation.

The drill shank, the reducer sleeve and the hexagonal connecting sleeve are all made of high-strength materials and are subjected to finish machining after heat treatment, so that the drill shank is high in fatigue limit, strong in impact resistance and good in toughness, and the requirements of underground use are met.
