Obviously, the reaction torque generated by the rotary rock breaking of the drilling tool in the well damages the whole drill string and the ground equipment, and the drilling process can be smoothly implemented only by firstly meeting the environment condition of the reaction torque. The independent drill bit is used for crushing rock and simultaneously needs surrounding rock to provide corresponding anti-torsion moment for the rock contacted with the drill bit, so that the requirement on surrounding rock of the well wall is high. If the drill bit encounters broken stratum, the inherent binding force of surrounding rock can not provide enough anti-torque for the rock contacted by the drill bit to form a block structure to separate from the well wall, and the circulating slurry rotates along with the drill string to generate local turbulence to stir the well wall, so that the well hole is expanded, and when the drill bit encounters hard large-particle gritty, the drill bit easily enters the water gap of the drill bit due to sliding of the gravel and is bridged with other gravels to generate great torque, so that the collapse of cutting teeth of the drill bit is easily caused. Aiming at the technical difficulties and defects of more accidents and high cost in the prior well, the underground torque self-balancing cabled drilling tool system is necessary to provide, so as to fundamentally solve the reactive torque hazard generated by rotary drilling of a drill string, change the disturbance intensity of unidirectional broken rock of a drill bit to surrounding rock, simplify ground drilling equipment and matched tools and technological methods, realize the purposes of less accidents in the well, low drilling cost, low energy consumption, high drilling efficiency and the like, and the drill bit plays a decisive role in improving the drilling rate of mechanical drilling when being used as a tool for breaking rock in drilling operation, and the service life and the performance of the drill bit directly influence the quality, the speed and the comprehensive cost of drilling engineering. The precondition for the self-balancing of the torque of the underground double drill bits is that the drilling pressure of the inner drill bit and the outer drill bit is regulated in real time. The function can be realized through the electric push rod, the existing electric push rods on the market are basically solid, the push-out force is large, the pull-back force is small, and the requirement of a torque self-balancing drilling tool system cannot be well met, so that a set of hollow electric push-pull system capable of storing cables or circulating drilling fluid is very necessary.
