And thus, underground complex accidents, such as burial caused by formation collapse, borehole shrinkage or drill blockage caused by borehole wall chipping, are inevitably caused in the drilling process. When accidents such as burial or hard clamping of the drill bit occur, the drill bit cannot normally rotate, so that a reverse torque force is formed on the underground power drilling tool such as a screw motor. When high-speed slurry acts on the screw, the motor rotor cannot normally rotate due to reverse torque at the drill bit, so that the screw motor cannot normally work, and finally the slurry pump is pressurized. The invention aims to provide an anti-sticking pump nipple of a downhole power drilling tool, which is used for solving the problem that the pump circulation processing is complicated because pressure is blocked when a drill encounters complex working conditions such as sticking. The nipple can simultaneously meet the requirements of two working conditions of composite drilling and sliding drilling of the underground power drilling tool, and meanwhile, the pin can be sheared in two modes of lifting or pumping-out pressure-holding when the drilling meets the above complex working conditions, so that the transmission separation of the drill bit and the underground power drilling tool is realized. The pressure holding condition can not appear under the pump-on circulation state, is favorable to handling the underground complex condition.

The device comprises a transmission joint 1, a sealing joint 2, a lower single-action assembly 3, a suspension joint 4, an upper single-action assembly 5, an outer shell 6, an upper joint 7 and a pin 8.
The transmission joint 1, the sealing joint 2, the suspension joint 4, the outer shell 6 and the upper joint 7 are hollow high-strength metal round tubes, wherein the upper joint 7, the outer shell 6 and the sealing joint 2 are in threaded connection in sequence from left to right, and other main body parts are all positioned in the three parts.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the left end of the upper joint 7 is provided with a drill rod fastener 71 for connecting with a downhole power drilling tool such as an upper screw motor or a turbine drilling tool, the outer side of the right end of the upper joint is provided with threads, the threads are connected with the left end of the outer shell 6 in a threaded manner, and the right end surface of the upper joint is provided with a first S-shaped section shaft 72, and the diameter of the first S-shaped section shaft is slightly smaller than that of the left threaded portion of the first S-shaped section shaft.
Rectangular threads are turned at two ends of the outer shell 6, the left end of the outer shell is in threaded connection with the right end of the upper joint 7, and a plurality of pin holes are circumferentially formed in the middle right side of the outer shell and used for installing pins.
The left end of the sealing joint 2 is provided with rectangular threads which are in threaded connection with the right end of the outer housing 6, and the inner wall is provided with a sealing ring (not shown in the figure) for sealing the high pressure fluid inside the outer housing 6.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the driving joint 1 is a hollow tube, the left end of the hollow tube is provided with a second S-shaped section shaft 11, the section of the second S-shaped section shaft 11 is complementary with the section of the first S-shaped section shaft 72 at the right end of the joint 7, two sections are meshed with each other for transmitting torque, and the length of the second S-shaped section shaft 11 is slightly smaller than that of the first S-shaped section shaft 72;
the right end of the transmission joint 1 is a large-diameter joint, a drilling tool buckle 12 is arranged in the transmission joint and can be in threaded connection with a lower drilling tool joint, and the outer diameter of the right end joint is the same as that of the outer shell 6; rectangular threads are arranged at the right side of the S-shaped section at the left end of the transmission joint 1; meanwhile, a plurality of pin holes are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction on the right side of the S-shaped section at the left end of the transmission joint 1.
The upper single-action assembly 5 and the lower single-action assembly 3 are two groups of radial ball bearings with the same size, wherein the upper single-action assembly 5 is sleeved at the S-shaped section shaft at the right end of the upper joint 7, the lower single-action assembly 3 is arranged at the S-shaped section shaft at the left end of the transmission joint 1, and the upper single-action assembly 5 and the lower single-action assembly 3 play a double role in limiting and centering the upper joint 7 and the transmission joint 1.
The suspension joint 4 is a hollow pipe body, rectangular threads are arranged in the hollow pipe body in a turning mode, the outer diameter of the hollow pipe body is smaller than the inner diameter of the outer shell 6 and larger than the outer diameter of the left pipe body of the transmission joint 1, the suspension joint 4 is connected with the left end of the transmission joint 1 through the rectangular threads, the right end face of the suspension joint 4 is contacted with the left end face of the lower single-action assembly 3, the left end of the suspension joint is contacted with the right end face of the upper single-action assembly 5, and the suspension joint has a limiting effect on the two groups of single-action assemblies.
The pin 8 is a solid rod made of high-strength brittle materials, uniformly distributed throughout the body and penetrating through pin holes on the outer shell 6 and the transmission joint 1, and mainly plays a limiting role on the lower single-acting assembly 3 and the transmission joint 1, so that the S-shaped section separation of the transmission joint 1 and the upper joint 7 is avoided.
During normal operation, the pin 8, the first S-shaped section shaft 72 and the second S-shaped section shaft 11 bear torque at the same time, and drive the lower drilling tool to rotate; when the bottom hole power drill is used under the complex working conditions such as the drilling sticking and burying (at the moment, the drill bit cannot rotate, and thus the outer shell 6 cannot rotate), the upper joint 7 can be forced to drive the transmission joint 1 to rotate in a pump-opening mode, so that the pin 8 is sheared; or shear pin 8 by lifting the drilling tool (when the drilling tool is stuck, the drilling tool cannot rotate, cannot be lifted or put down, and is equivalent to the fixing of the drilling tool position, when the drilling tool is lifted, the pin bears lifting tension), after the pin 8 is sheared, the lifting drilling tool and the upper joint 7 go upward, and the transmission joint 1 is not moved, so that the upper joint 7 and the transmission joint 1 are separated from the S-shaped section; at this time, when the pump is started for circulation, the upper power drilling tool drives the upper joint 7 to rotate, and the transmission joint 1 connected with the drill bit at the lower part does not rotate along with the upper power drilling tool, so that the condition of pressure-building caused by drill clamping or drill burying can be effectively avoided, and the pump circulation is facilitated to treat underground complex accidents; simultaneously, under the combined action of the two parts of the suspension joint 4 and the sealing joint 2, the transmission joint 1 and the outer head connected with the lower end of the transmission joint can be prevented from falling to the bottom of the well.
