Abstract

本发明涉及化工技术领域,尤其涉及一种纳米水性防水耐腐蚀涂料。该涂料包含以下质量份数的原料:乙醇1~20份;石英粉1~20份;金刚砂粉1~20份;氧化铝粉1~20份;氧化聚乙烯1~15份;甲基丙烯酸树脂30~90份;聚氨酯0~40份;γ‑缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷1~5份;云母氧化铁1~20份;聚二甲基硅氧烷1~8份;羧甲基纤维素1~8份;十二碳醇酯1~10份。该涂料可保护天然石材表面免受水、酸、碱、有机溶剂等的化学或电化学腐蚀。粘附力强,不易开裂脱落,高亮度,高硬度。使用水作为稀释剂,制造成本低廉。无苯系物、甲醛、VOC等挥发性物质,绿色环保。

Description

一种纳米水性防水耐腐蚀涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及化工技术领域,尤其涉及一种纳米水性防水耐腐蚀涂料。
背景技术
装饰行业日渐青睐石材作为主要装饰材料,使得石材防护显得尤为重要。大家的石材防护意识和积极性也逐渐提高。
现有的石材防护方法主要有打蜡或使用酸类反应试剂与石材反应达到翻新效果。打蜡技术依靠水溶涨性低分子塑料材料,在石材表面形成覆盖层保护底材。但是硬度低,易变色,须经常抛光补蜡,耗费巨大资源,而且在每次起蜡过程中使用含有合金砂的黑色起蜡垫,严重伤害石材表面,而高溶剂强碱性的起蜡水会渗入石材形成龟裂。使用酸类反应试剂容易导致石材变薄变脆,发生开裂、变色等现象,同时不具备耐墨水,红酒,醋等的腐蚀和渗透能力,不能长期有效保证石材的美丽外观。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种纳米水性防水耐腐蚀涂料,该涂料不和石材发生化学反应,粘附力强,不易开裂脱落,完全水性涂料经济环保,耐腐蚀性强,硬度光亮度高,制造成本低廉。
本发明提出的一种纳米水性防水耐腐蚀涂料,包含以下质量份数的原料:

进一步的,所述纳米水性防水耐腐蚀涂料,包含以下质量份数的原料:包含以下质量份数的原料:乙醇4份,石英粉2份,金刚砂粉2份,氧化铝粉2份,氧化聚乙烯7份,甲基丙烯酸树脂63份,聚氨酯5份,γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷3份,云母氧化铁3份,聚二甲基硅氧烷3份,羧甲基纤维素3份,十二碳醇酯3份。
本发明的另一目的是提出上述涂料的制备方法,将各原料混合均匀。
本发明的另一目的是提出一种涂覆上述方法制得的涂料的基材,所述基材包括天然石材或人造石材。
本发明的另一目的是提出上述涂料在石材防护中的应用。
借由上述方案,本发明至少具有以下优点:本发明耐腐蚀性能好,可保护天然石材表面免受水、酸、碱、有机溶剂等的化学和电化学腐蚀。粘附力强,不易开裂脱落,高亮度,高硬度。使用水作为稀释剂,制造成本低廉。无苯系物、甲醛、VOC等挥发性物质,绿色环保。
具体实施方式
下面将结合实施例对本发明的实施方案进行详细描述,但是本领域技术人员将会理解,下列实施例仅用于说明本发明,而不应视为限定本发明的范围。
实施例中未注明具体条件者,按照常规条件或制造商建议的条件进行。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市购获得的常规产品。
实施例1
一种纳米水性防水耐腐蚀涂料,包含以下质量份数的原料:
乙醇5份,石英粉5份,金刚砂粉5份,氧化铝粉5份,氧化聚乙烯8份,甲基丙烯酸树脂50份,聚氨酯10份,γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷2份,云母氧化铁1份,聚二甲基硅氧烷3份,羧甲基纤维素4份,十二碳醇酯2份。
将上述原料混合后,制得涂料。将涂料用于天然大理石的表面防护,刷涂2~3遍,每遍不超过0.5毫米。效果如下:
实验条件:温度20℃,湿度:45%。
1、耐化学腐蚀性能
将水、红酒、醋、酱油、咖啡各滴一滴在涂料固化后的天然大理石表面,干燥后擦掉,观察涂层表面是否留有痕迹。
(1)涂料固化时间:2小时
不具备耐化学腐蚀能力,红酒、醋、酱油、咖啡均留有痕迹。
(2)涂料固化时间:120小时
耐化学腐蚀能力优异,水、红酒、醋、酱油、咖啡均没有痕迹。
2、光亮度
在涂料完全固化后(固化时间120小时)使用光度测试仪进行测量,参照《GB/T13891-1992》。测试结果如下:
(1)4000号抛光垫抛光后,光度80度以上。
(2)6000号抛光垫抛光后,光度85度以上。且遇水后光度75度以上。
3、硬度
使用铅笔硬度测试仪进行测量,参照《GB/T 6739-1996涂膜硬度铅笔测定法》。
(1)涂料固化2小时后:铅笔硬度2H。
(2)涂料固化120小时后:铅笔硬度6H。
4、耐磨度
测试方法:使用摩擦试验机模拟橡胶鞋底进行测试。
测试效果:耐磨5000次以上。
实施例2
涂料的制备方法、性能的测试方法与实施例1相同,原料配比及涂料性能见表1、表2。

涂料的制备方法、性能的测试方法(涂料固化时间为120小时)与实施例1相同,改变γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷的用量,其他原料用量不变,对涂料性能的影响见表3。

3.根据权利要求1所述的纳米水性防水耐腐蚀涂料,其特征在于:包含以下质量份数的原料:乙醇3份,石英粉3份,金刚砂粉3份,氧化铝粉3份,氧化聚乙烯8份,甲基丙烯酸树脂55份,聚氨酯15份,γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷2份,云母氧化铁2份,聚二甲基硅氧烷2份,羧甲基纤维素2份,十二碳醇酯2份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的纳米水性防水耐腐蚀涂料,其特征在于:包含以下质量份数的原料:乙醇4份,石英粉2份,金刚砂粉2份,氧化铝粉2份,氧化聚乙烯7份,甲基丙烯酸树脂63份,聚氨酯5份,γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷3份,云母氧化铁3份,聚二甲基硅氧烷3份,羧甲基纤维素3份,十二碳醇酯3份。
5.权利要求1至4任一项所述的涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:将各原料混合均匀。
6.一种涂覆权利要求5所述方法制得的涂料的基材,其特征在于:所述基材包括天然石材或人造石材。
7.权利要求5所述的制备方法得到的涂料在石材防护中的应用。
