Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
To facilitate understanding of the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present invention, the winding drum and the terms related to the embodiments of the present invention will be described first. Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a winding drum according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, the roll comprises a cylinder 1a, and a first external web 1b and a second external web 1c at both ends of the cylinder 1a, respectively. The cylinder 1a may be cylindrical. The first and second outer webs 1b, 1c each extend in the circumferential direction of the cylinder 1 a. The rope groove 1d is positioned on the outer wall of the cylinder body 1a between the first outer web plate 1b and the second outer web plate 1 c.
The effective length of the rope groove refers to the axial distance (shown in the direction X in fig. 1) from the rope entry point of the first layer of steel rope to the climbing start point of the second layer of steel rope. In fig. 1, L represents the effective length of the rope groove.
The thread pitch of the rope grooves refers to the distance between the centers of the adjacent rope grooves. In fig. 1, P denotes the pitch of the rope groove.
The rope inlet point of the first layer of steel wire rope refers to the first point of contact with the rope groove when the steel wire rope is wound on the rope groove on the winding drum. The rope groove where the rope inlet point of the first layer of steel wire rope is located is a circle of rope groove which is closest to one end (assumed to be the A end) of the cylinder. In this embodiment, it is assumed that the rope groove at the rope entry point of the first layer of steel rope is the closest rope groove circle to the first outer web 1 b.
The climbing starting point of the second layer of steel wire rope means that the steel wire rope enters the effective area of the rope groove from the rope entering point of the first layer of steel wire rope and reaches the terminal point of the first layer of steel wire rope after being wound by the effective length, namely the starting point of the second layer of steel wire rope. The rope inlet point of the first layer of steel wire rope and the climbing starting point of the second layer of steel wire rope are respectively positioned at two ends of the barrel body of the winding drum. When the rope groove where the rope entering point of the first layer of steel wire rope is located is a circle of rope groove closest to one end of the cylinder, the rope groove where the climbing starting point of the second layer of steel wire rope is located is a circle of rope groove closest to the other end (assumed as the end B) of the cylinder. In this embodiment, it is assumed that the rope groove where the climbing start point of the second layer of steel wire rope is located is a circle of rope groove closest to the second outer web 1 c. It should be noted that the climbing start point of the second-layer wire rope is not the start point of the climbing block. Theoretically, the starting point of the second-layer wire rope climbing is the last point of contact with the rope groove, and the wire rope starts to climb from this point.
The height of the rope climbing block refers to the length of the rope climbing block in the transverse direction of the winding drum. The transverse direction of the winding drum is vertical to the axial direction of the winding drum. Referring to fig. 1, the rope climbing block 1e is positioned in a circle of rope grooves closest to the second external web plate 1c and fixed on the side wall of the second external web plate 1 c. The rope climbing block 1e is generally wedge-shaped, and the length of the rope climbing block 1e is longer and is generally larger than half of the circumference of the cross section of the winding drum. The height of the rope climbing block 1e gradually increases in the length direction of the rope climbing block 1 e. Due to limited processing, the minimum height of the rope climbing block 1e is greater than 0, which means that the climbing starting point of the second layer of steel wire rope is a certain distance away from the rope climbing block 1 e. The steel wire rope starts to wind for a certain distance along the rope winding direction from the climbing starting point of the second layer of steel wire rope and then reaches the rope climbing block 1 e.
The embodiment of the invention provides a rope climbing block positioning and installing method, and referring to fig. 2, the method comprises the following steps.
Step 101, determining a climbing starting point D21 of a second layer of steel wire rope on the winding drum based on the effective length L of the rope groove on the winding drum, the thread pitch P of the rope groove and the rope entering point D11 of the first layer of steel wire rope on the winding drum.
And 102, determining a starting reference point D22 of the rope climbing block on the winding drum based on a climbing starting point D21 of the second-layer steel wire rope, the radius R of the cross section of the winding drum, the radius R of the steel wire rope and the minimum height h of the rope climbing block.
Wherein, the start reference point D22Is located in the winding direction of the climbing start point D21 of the second-layer wire rope.
And 103, installing the rope climbing block based on the starting reference point D22 of the rope climbing block on the winding drum.
Determining a climbing starting point of a second layer of steel wire rope on the winding drum based on the effective length of the rope groove on the winding drum, the thread pitch of the rope groove and the rope entering point of a first layer of steel wire rope on the winding drum, wherein the rope entering point of the first layer of steel wire rope and the climbing starting point of the second layer of steel wire rope are respectively positioned at two ends of a drum body of the winding drum; the climbing starting point of the second layer of steel wire rope is a certain distance away from the starting reference point of the rope climbing block on the winding drum, so that the starting reference point of the rope climbing block on the winding drum is determined based on the climbing starting point of the second layer of steel wire rope, the radius of the cross section of the winding drum, the radius of the steel wire rope and the minimum height of the rope climbing block, and the starting reference point is positioned in the rope winding direction of the climbing starting point of the second layer of steel wire rope; finally, installing the rope climbing block based on the initial datum point of the rope climbing block on the winding drum; like this, earlier through the theoretical meter accurate determination climb the rope piece initial position (be originated benchmark) and install again and climb the rope piece on the outer web of reel, reduced and climbed the rope piece and fix a position the degree of difficulty on the outer web of reel, improved the positioning accuracy who climbs the rope piece, avoided because of climbing the rope piece location inaccurate, take place indiscriminate rope phenomenon when leading to the wire rope winding, cause wire rope to twist reverse to tie a knot and damage wire rope, influence wire rope's life.
The foregoing steps are described in detail below. The rope entering point of the first layer of steel wire rope on the winding drum is assumed to be D11, the climbing starting point of the second layer of steel wire rope on the winding drum is assumed to be D21, the radius of the cross section of the winding drum is R, the radius of the steel wire rope is R, the minimum height of the rope climbing block is h, and the starting reference point of the rope climbing block on the winding drum is D22.
Illustratively, step 101 may include the following steps.
Firstly, calculating the effective winding number N of the first layer of steel wire rope according to the effective length L of the rope groove and the thread pitch P of the rope groove.
And if the effective winding number of the first layer of steel wire rope is N, the N is L/P.
And secondly, calculating a central angle alpha between the radius of the rope entering point D11 of the first layer of steel wire rope passing through the target circle and the radius of the projection point of the climbing starting point D21 of the second layer of steel wire rope passing through the target circle based on the effective winding turns N of the first layer of steel wire rope.
Wherein the target circle is the cross section of the reel and passes through the rope entry point D11 of the first layer of steel wire ropes. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a target circle provided in an embodiment of the present invention, and with reference to fig. 3, a central angle α is calculated by the following formula: α ═ N × 360 °. N is the number of effective turns N of the first layer of cord in integer digits, then (N-N) represents the number of effective turns N of the first layer of cord in decimal digits.
And thirdly, determining a climbing starting point D21 of the second layer of steel wire rope on the winding drum based on the central angle alpha.
Referring to fig. 1, a first external web plate 1B and a second external web plate 1c are respectively arranged at two ends of a cylinder body 1a of the winding drum, a rope entering point D11 of the first external web plate and a first layer of steel wire rope is positioned at the same cylinder body end (end a), and a climbing starting point D21 of the second external web plate and a second layer of steel wire rope is positioned at the same cylinder body end (end B). Based on this, the third step may exemplarily include the following steps.
And a step a of determining a projection point D12 of a climbing start point D21 of the second-layer steel wire rope on a target circle based on the central angle alpha.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, a position reached by rotating the rope entering point D11 of the first-layer steel rope on the target circle by an angle α in the rope winding direction is a projection point D12 of the climbing start point D21 of the second-layer steel rope on the target circle.
And b, determining a climbing starting point D21 of the second layer of steel wire rope on the winding drum based on the projection point D12, wherein the climbing starting point D21 of the second layer of steel wire rope on the winding drum is the intersection point of the outer circle generatrix L11 of the winding drum, through which the projection point D12 passes, and the inner side of the second outer web plate.
Wherein the second outer web inner side refers to a side of the second outer web facing the first outer web. Specifically, an excircle generatrix L11 is scribed on the excircle surface of the drum body by taking the projection point D12 as a starting point, and the excircle generatrix L11 is a starting line of a rope entering point D21 of a first layer of steel wire rope to a second layer of steel wire rope in a transition mode. The intersection point of the outer circle generatrix L11 and the inner side of the second outer web plate is the climbing starting point D21 (see FIG. 4) of the second layer of steel wire rope.
Illustratively, step 102 may include the following steps.
And step 1021, calculating the distance S from the climbing start point D21 of the second-layer steel wire rope to the start reference point D22 in the rope winding direction based on the radius R of the cross section of the winding drum, the radius R of the steel wire rope and the minimum height h of the rope climbing block.
Wherein, the starting reference point D22 is the contact position between the small end (the end with the lowest height) of the rope climbing block and the rope groove and the second external web plate respectively. Illustratively, step 1021 may include the following steps.
First, with the distance S as the arc length of the cross section of the drum where the climbing start point D21 of the second-layer wire rope is located, the central angle β corresponding to the distance S on the cross section of the drum is calculated based on the radius r of the wire rope and the minimum height h of the rope climbing block.
Fig. 4 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a drum where the climbing start point D21 of the second-layer wire rope is located. In the present embodiment, the starting reference point D22 is located on the cross section of the drum where the climbing start point D21 of the second-layer wire rope is located. Fig. 5 is a schematic view of the installation of the rope climbing block on the winding drum. Referring to fig. 5, S ═ β · R can be obtained from the calculation formula of the arc length S.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a geometric model for calculating the distance S according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the calculation principle of the distance S is described below. As is known, the steel cord is moved in the direction of roping through an angle of 2 pi at the same time as it is moved in the axial direction of the drum through a distance of 2 r. Second layer of steel, see FIG. 4The climbing starting point D21 of the wire rope moves a distance r beta/pi along the axial direction of the winding drum to the starting datum point D22. The theoretical height of the rope climbing block at the climbing starting point D21 of the second layer of steel wire rope is 0, and the distance from the center of the second circle of steel wire rope close to the second outer web plate at the B end of the winding drum to the second outer web plate at the B end is 3 r. When the climbing starting point D21 of the second layer of steel wire rope moves along the rope winding direction by the arc length S to reach the starting reference point D22, the distance from the center of the second circle of steel wire rope close to the second outer web plate at the end B of the winding drum to the starting reference point D22 is (3r-r beta/pi). For the right triangle EFG in fig. 6, EF ═ 2r, FG ═ 3r-r β/pi-r, GE ═ h, according to the pythagorean theorem: (2r)2=h2+(3r-r*β/π-r)2The central angle β shown in the formula (1) can be obtained.
Figure BDA0002038923560000081
Next, the distance S is calculated based on the radius R of the cross section of the roll and the central angle β corresponding to the distance S.
Referring to fig. 5, S ═ β · R can be obtained from the calculation formula of the arc length S. The values of R, R and h in the formula are labeled in the scroll map and are known.
And step 1022, determining a starting reference point D22 of the rope climbing block on the winding drum based on the climbing starting point D21 of the second-layer steel wire rope and the distance S.
Specifically, the position reached by the movement distance S on the rope groove in the rope winding direction with the climbing start point D21 of the second-layer steel wire rope as a start point is the start reference point D22 of the climbing block on the drum.
Illustratively, step 103 may include the following steps.
And step 1031, taking a winding drum excircle generatrix L22 where the starting datum point D22 is located as a starting datum line, aligning the lower end face of the rope climbing block with the starting datum line, and attaching the rope climbing block to the side wall of the second outer web plate adjacent to the starting datum point D22.
Specifically, with the starting reference point D22 as a starting point, an outer circle generatrix L22 is scribed on the outer circumferential surface of the winding drum, and the outer circle generatrix L22 is a starting datum line of the small end (the end with the smallest height) of the rope climbing block on the outer circumference of the winding drum. With the starting datum line L22 of the small end of the climbing rope block on the outer circumference of the drum body as the starting line, referring to FIG. 7, the plane on one side of the climbing rope block 1e is attached to the side wall of the second outer web plate 1c, and the position of the climbing rope block 1e is adjusted along the circumferential direction, so that the small end of the climbing rope block 1e is aligned with the datum line L22.
And 1032, fixing the climbing rope block on the barrel of the winding drum and the side wall of the second outer web plate.
Wherein, can directly install after step 1031 and climb the rope piece, can also detect the position of climbing the rope piece of fixing a position out, when the testing result satisfies the condition, install again and climb the rope piece. Based on different detection modes, the embodiment of the invention provides three fixing modes of the rope climbing block.
The first mode is to detect the joint gaps between the rope climbing block and the inner walls of the winding drum body and the second outer web plate respectively. The first way may include: and measuring gaps at the joint of the climbing rope block and the winding drum barrel and the second outer web plate respectively. When the gap at the joint of the climbing rope block and the barrel of the winding drum and the gap at the joint of the climbing rope block and the second outer web all meet the target gap range, the climbing rope block is fixed on the barrel of the winding drum and the side wall of the second outer web. Illustratively, the target gap ranges from 0-0.1 mm. A feeler gauge can be used to measure the size of the gap.
Referring to fig. 8, when one side surface of the climbing rope block 1e is attached to the inner wall of the second external web plate 1c, and the small end of the climbing rope block 1e is aligned with the datum line L22, a clearance at the attachment position of the climbing rope block 1e, the drum body 1a and the inner wall of the second external web plate 1c is measured by a feeler gauge, and the required clearance is less than 0.1 mm.
When at least one of the gap between the rope climbing block and the joint of the drum body and the gap between the rope climbing block and the joint of the second outer web plate does not meet the target gap range, the rope climbing block is locally polished. And detecting after coping until the detection result meets the condition.
The second way is to detect whether the rope climbing block meets the requirement of three-point contact. The second way may include: determining at least one measuring point, wherein the measuring point is positioned on the surface of the rope climbing block for contacting the steel wire rope climbing from the first layer to the second layer; placing a first measuring bar on a measuring point, wherein the first measuring bar is used for simulating a steel wire rope climbing from a first layer to a second layer; placing a second measuring rod into a rope groove adjacent to the rope climbing block, wherein the second measuring rod is used for simulating a steel wire rope in the rope groove adjacent to the rope climbing block; when the first measuring bar is respectively tangent to the side wall of the second external web plate, the surface of the rope climbing block, which is used for contacting the steel wire rope climbing from the first layer to the second layer, and the outer circular surface of the second measuring bar, the rope climbing block is fixed on the barrel of the winding drum and the side wall of the second external web plate.
For example, whether the rope climbing block 'low point section' area meets the 'three-point contact' requirement can be detected. The measuring points are all located at low point sections, which refer to the parts of the climbing rope block with a width (W shown in fig. 8) larger than the diameter 1/2 of the first measuring rod, which is the same as the diameter of the steel wire rope. (when the width of the climbing rope block is less than the diameter 1/2 of the first gauge bar, the first gauge bar cannot be tangent to the climbing rope block, as shown below). Preferably, five measuring points can be determined, wherein the five measuring points are positioned at the low point section of the rope climbing block, and the distances between two adjacent measuring points in the five measuring points are equal.
Referring to fig. 8 again, the second measuring rod 3 is arranged in a rope groove of the winding drum adjacent to the rope climbing block 1e, the first measuring rod 2 is arranged on the radial end face of the rope climbing block 1e, and whether the first measuring rod 2 is in simultaneous contact (tangency) with the inner side wall x of the second external web plate 1c of the winding drum body 1a, the radial end face y of the rope climbing block 1e and the outer circular face z of the second measuring rod 3 in the low point section area of the rope climbing block 1e is detected, so that the requirement of three-point contact is met.
With reference to fig. 5, the "low point section" region of the rope climbing block is detected by using a measuring bar simulation to meet the requirement of "three-point contact", and optionally, a plurality of (at least 5) equal points are taken from the "low point section" of the rope climbing block 1e for detection.
Further, when a plurality of detection points in the low point section area of the rope climbing block can meet the requirement of three-point contact, the rope climbing block is welded and fixed on the barrel body of the winding drum and the second outer web plate.
When a plurality of detection points in the low point section area of the rope climbing block cannot meet the requirement of three-point contact at the same time, the rope climbing block is locally polished until the requirement of three-point contact is met.
The third mode is the combination of the first mode and the second mode, firstly measures the gaps of the joint parts of the climbing rope block and the inner walls of the drum body and the second outer web plate respectively, and then detects whether the low point section area of the climbing rope block meets the requirement of three-point contact. The third mode comprises the following steps: when the gap at the joint of the climbing rope block and the drum body and the gap at the joint of the climbing rope block and the second outer web plate both meet the target gap range, the first measuring rod and the second measuring rod are adopted to detect whether the measuring points meet the requirement of three-point contact.
Further, when a plurality of detection points in the low point section area of the rope climbing block cannot meet the requirement of three-point contact at the same time, the rope climbing block is locally polished, then the detection steps are repeated until the plurality of detection points in the low point section area of the rope climbing block can meet the requirement of three-point contact, and finally the rope climbing block is welded and fixed on the drum body and the second outer web plate.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the initial position of the rope climbing block on the outer circle of the winding drum is accurately determined through mathematical modeling and theoretical calculation, the positioning difficulty of the rope climbing block on the outer circle of the winding drum is reduced, the positioning precision of the rope climbing block is improved through clearance gauge measurement and measuring rod simulation detection, and the phenomenon that the rope is disordered when the steel wire rope is wound due to inaccurate positioning of the rope climbing block is avoided, so that the steel wire rope is twisted and knotted, the steel wire rope is damaged, and the service life of the steel wire rope is influenced.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
