充电桩机构包括与行走底盘连接的充电桩支撑架、安装在充电桩支撑架上的监视摄像头、安装在充电桩支撑架上的线伸缩检测架、两个安装在线伸缩检测架上的线弹簧固定架、与线弹簧固定架固定连接的线弹簧、与两个线弹簧固定连接的线固定架、与线固定架连接的线固定架滑块、与线伸缩检测架连接且与线固定架滑块滑动连接的线固定架滑轨、安装在线固定架滑轨两端的线伸缩检测限位开关、与线固定架连接的充电线,
充电头旋转机构包括安装在充电桩支撑架上的充电接头固定架、安装在充电接头固定架上的充电接头旋转电机安装架、安装在充电接头旋转电机安装架上的充电接头旋转电机、与充电接头旋转电机旋转端连接的充电接头绝缘架、安装在充电接头绝缘架上的霍尔传感器,分别与充电线和充电接头绝缘架上的充电接头,
充电转接头机构包括安装在充电接头上的充电转接头、安装在充电转接头上的磁石固定架、安装在磁石固定架上的磁石。可通过遥控将充电头移动至电动车附近,并在取下后自动对齐充电头,简化充电步骤。
在本实施方案中,提前将充电转接头机构安装在电动车充电头上,将车停至指定位置后,打开手机APP激活设备,通过互联网遥控设备,利用监视摄像头观察路线,通过控制行走步进电机将充电接头与充电转接头对齐,期间通过线伸缩检测限位开关的检测和收线电机旋转配合伸长充电线,当充电接头与充电转接头对齐后通过充电接头旋转电机旋转通过霍尔传感器检测磁石,将充电接头旋转至能与充电转接头连接的角度,进行充电接头和充电转接头的对接。

1.一种可遥控并可自动对齐充电头接口的充电桩,包括底座(1),其特征在于,所述底座(1)位于地面上方,所述底座(1)上方设有收纳机构,所述收纳机构内部设有行走机构,所述行走机构上方设有充电行走检测机构,所述充电行走检测机构内设有充电头旋转机构,所述充电头旋转机构一端设有充电转接头机构,
所述收纳机构包括收线机构、保护机构,
所述行走机构包括位于底座(1)上方的行走底盘(2)、两个安装在行走底盘(2)上的行走步进电机安装架(3)、安装在行走步进电机安装架(3)上的行走步进电机(4)、套装在行走步进电机(4)旋转端上的行走动力轮(5)、两个安装在行走底盘(2)上的行走从动轮支架(6)、若干个安装在行走从动轮支架(6)上的行走从动轮轴承(7)、安装在行走从动轮轴承(7)上的行走从动轮(8)、套装在行走动力轮(5)和若干个行走从动轮(8)上的行走履带(9),
所述充电行走检测机构包括与行走底盘(2)连接的充电桩支撑架(10)、安装在充电桩支撑架(10)上的监视摄像头(11)、安装在充电桩支撑架(10)上的线伸缩检测架(12)、两个安装在线伸缩检测架(12)上的线弹簧固定架(13)、与线弹簧固定架(13)固定连接的线弹簧(14)、与两个线弹簧(14)固定连接的线固定架(15)、与线固定架(15)连接的线固定架滑块(16)、与线伸缩检测架(12)连接且与线固定架滑块(16)滑动连接的线固定架滑轨(17)、安装在线固定架滑轨(17)两端的线伸缩检测限位开关(18)、与线固定架(15)连接的充电线(19),
所述充电头旋转机构包括安装在充电桩支撑架(10)上的充电接头固定架(20)、安装在充电接头固定架(20)上的充电接头旋转电机安装架(21)、安装在充电接头旋转电机安装架(21)上的充电接头旋转电机(22)、与充电接头旋转电机(22)旋转端连接的充电接头绝缘架(23)、安装在充电接头绝缘架(23)上的霍尔传感器(24),分别与充电线(19)和充电接头绝缘架(23)上的充电接头(25),
所述充电转接头机构包括安装在充电接头(25)上的充电转接头(26)、安装在充电转接头(26)上的磁石固定架(27)、安装在磁石固定架(27)上的磁石(28)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可遥控并可自动对齐充电头接口的充电桩,其特征在于,所述保护机构由位于底座(1)上方固定连接的保护底座(1)、位于保护底座(1)上方连接的保护支架(29)、与保护支架(29)连接的保护箱(30)、与保护箱(30)连接的绝缘涂层(31)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可遥控并可自动对齐充电头接口的充电桩,其特征在于,所述收线机构包括安装在保护箱(30)上的收线电机固定架(32)、安装在收线电机固定架(32)上的收线电机(33)、套装在收线电机(33)上的收线动力齿轮(34)、安装在保护箱(30)上连接的收线轮轴(35)、套装在收线轮轴(35)上的收线轮轴承(36)、套装在收线轮轴承(36)上且与充电线(19)连接的收线轮(37)、套装在收线轮轴承(36)上的收线从动齿轮(38)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可遥控并可自动对齐充电头接口的充电桩,其特征在于,所述底座(1)上方分别设有控制器(39)和电池盒(40)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种可遥控并可自动对齐充电头接口的充电桩,其特征在于,所述控制器的电源输入端与电池和电性连接,
所述控制器的电源输出端分别与行走步进电机、监视摄像头、线伸缩检测限位开关、充电线、充电接头旋转电机、霍尔传感器、收线电机电性连接,
所述控制器的信号输出端分别与行走步进电机、充电线、充电接头旋转电机、收线电机电性连接,
所述控制器的信号输入端分别与监视摄像头、线伸缩检测限位开关、霍尔传感器电性连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种可遥控并可自动对齐充电头接口的充电桩,其特征在于,所述收线动力齿轮(34)与收线从动齿轮(38)紧密啮合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种可遥控并可自动对齐充电头接口的充电桩,其特征在于,所述电池盒(40)拥有充电功能。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种可遥控并可自动对齐充电头接口的充电桩,其特征在于,所述控制器(39)拥有电容触摸屏。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种可遥控并可自动对齐充电头接口的充电桩,其特征在于,所述控制器(39)拥有无线信号接收发送功能。
