本发明提供了一种电动汽车充电桩的充电接口结构,包括插座及插头,所述插座包括插座壳体,所述插座壳体设有与所述插头一端适配的插座安装槽,所述插座安装槽内设有插座电磁线圈及插座连接端子,所述插座安装槽侧壁设有插座内磁芯,所述插头包括插头壳体,所述插头壳体与所述插座安装槽适配的一端设有插头安装槽,所述插头安装槽内设有插头磁体及与所述插座连接端子适配的插头连接端子,所述插头侧壁还设有与所述插座内磁芯适配的霍尔传感器。本发明结构简单,设有防拔机构可以防止他人擅自拔出插座,而且在连接端子上设有温度传感器,可以实时检测充电过程中端子的电接触不良导致的温度异常状况,更加安全可靠。

Description

电动汽车充电桩的充电接口结构
技术领域
本发明涉及电动汽车领域,尤其涉及一种电动汽车充电桩的充电接口结构。
背景技术
目前,电动汽车在充电时,为了防止突然中断充电,都会在充电接口处设置防拔机构,常见的有以下两种:1、充电插头或充电插座的壳体设有锁体,锁体中设置有锁芯,锁芯的端部设置有锁片,锁片上设置有与防拔机构相配合的锁定凸台,可通过转动锁芯,使得锁芯端部的锁片上的锁定凸台朝向防拔机构中的翘动式防拔卡钩,阻止翘动式防拔卡钩的正常翘动,从而有效地防止非专业人员擅自将充电插头从充电插座中拔出,但是由于充电插头大多在户外使用,由于机械锁芯存在雨水、尘土对机械装置的可靠工作造成的影响,必须要有严格的防护措施,锁芯的机械磨损会增加维护工作量;另外使用者还要随身带着钥匙,对于使用者来说会感到很不方便;2、充电接口的旋转式防拔结构,包括:插头和插座,插座壳体连接端的圆周面上设置有至少一个螺旋槽,插头壳体的端部设置有活动套,活动套内壁的圆周面上设置有滚珠,活动套的里侧端面上设置有止转孔,插头壳体中设置有止转销、翘板和支座以及与支座相连的滑板,插头壳体的内壁上设置有止转槽,止转销设置在止转槽中,止转销与支座相连,滑板的里端开设有驱动孔,翘板的一端伸入驱动孔中,翘板的中部活动设置在插头壳体内壁上的销轴上,插头壳体还穿设有按键,按键的按动端伸入插头壳体中、与翘板的另一端抵靠在一起,但是这种充电接口易受使用环境中的沙土等杂物的影响不易锁紧,而且由于设计中有一个按键和跷板钩组成的机械锁止结构,使用过程中有较大的磨损,故障率较高,而对于女性使用者来说会增加使用难度。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的问题,本发明提供了一种结构简单、操作方便且防拔的电动汽车充电桩的充电接口结构。
本发明提供了一种电动汽车充电桩的充电接口结构,包括插座及插头,所述插座包括插座壳体,所述插座壳体设有与所述插头一端适配的插座安装槽,所述插座安装槽内设有插座电磁线圈及插座连接端子,所述插座安装槽侧壁设有插座内磁芯,所述插头包括插头壳体,所述插头壳体与所述插座安装槽适配的一端设有插头安装槽,所述插头安装槽内设有插头磁体及与所述插座连接端子适配的插头连接端子,所述插头侧壁还设有与所述插座内磁芯适配的霍尔传感器。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述插头连接端子上设有温度传感器。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述插头壳体上还设有插头到位指示灯、插头锁定指示灯及充电状态指示灯。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述插座连接端子包括充电端子及通信端子。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述插座还设有自动防护门。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,设有防拔机构可以防止他人擅自拔出插座,而且在连接端子上设有温度传感器,可以实时检测充电过程中端子的电接触不良导致的温度异常状况,更加安全可靠。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明公开了一种电动汽车充电桩的充电接口结构,包括插座及插头,所述插座包括插座壳体1,所述插座壳体1设有与所述插头一端适配的插座安装槽,所述插座安装槽内设有插座电磁线圈11及插座连接端子,所述插座安装槽侧壁设有插座内磁芯12,所述插头包括插头壳体2,所述插头壳体2与所述插座安装槽适配的一端设有插头安装槽,所述插头安装槽内设有插头磁体21及与所述插座连接端子适配的插头连接端子22,所述插头侧壁还设有与所述插座内磁芯12适配的霍尔传感器23,当插头完全插入到插座内时,霍尔传感器23与插座内磁芯12位置相对应,此时插座内的插座电磁线圈11会通电将插头内的插头磁体21吸附锁紧,这样在充电过程中就不会被他人擅自将充电插头拔出。
所述插头连接端子22上设有温度传感器24,可以实时检测端子的温度,一端出现异常就会终止充电,保证充电安全。
所述插头壳体2上还设有插头到位指示灯25、插头锁定指示灯26及充电状态指示灯27,提醒使用者注意。
所述插座连接端子包括充电端子及通信端子,通信端子用于控制信号的传输,充电端子用于充电。
所述插座还设有自动防护门13,起到防水防尘的效果,使用时才打开。
该充电接口结构充电时,首先手动打开充电座自动防护门13,将插头插入插座壳体1连接,当插座壳体1的插座内磁芯12于安装于插头内的霍尔传感器23位置相对应后,霍尔传感器23会向充电桩发出”位置OK”信号,插头插到位指示灯由红色(常亮)转为绿色(常亮);同时插座电磁线圈11通电产生电磁力锁定插头磁体21,插头锁定指示灯26由红色(常亮)转为绿色(常亮);充电桩发出“连接OK”信号与车辆充电控制器建立信号连接,充电桩对车辆进行充电,充电状态指示灯27显示绿色(闪烁)。充电过程中实时通过插头连接端子22上的温度传感器24检测插头与插座的导电电极温度,若出现异常将终止充电,充电状态指示灯27转显示红色(闪烁),提醒使用者注意。充电完成后充电状态指示灯27指示灯由绿色(闪烁)转为绿色(常亮)。充电过程中或结束后,使用者关闭充电桩电源,插座内电磁线圈失电,插头锁定指示灯26红色(常亮)才能拔出充电插头。
本发明结构简单,成本低,便于操作,在充电过程中防止被他人擅自将充电插头从充电插座中拔出的充电接口,本发明的防拔机构,可通过关闭充电装置终止充电后使插座内的电磁锁定机构解除锁定,也可以由车辆的中央控制器将充电结束信号通过充电插头上的信号接口使充电装置终止充电后使插座内的电磁锁定机构解除锁定。

1.一种电动汽车充电桩的充电接口结构,其特征在于:包括插座及插头,所述插座包括插座壳体,所述插座壳体设有与所述插头一端适配的插座安装槽,所述插座安装槽内设有插座电磁线圈及插座连接端子,所述插座安装槽侧壁设有插座内磁芯,所述插头包括插头壳体,所述插头壳体与所述插座安装槽适配的一端设有插头安装槽,所述插头安装槽内设有插头磁体及与所述插座连接端子适配的插头连接端子,所述插头侧壁还设有与所述插座内磁芯适配的霍尔传感器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动汽车充电桩的充电接口结构,其特征在于:所述插头连接端子上设有温度传感器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电动汽车充电桩的充电接口结构,其特征在于:所述插头壳体上还设有插头到位指示灯、插头锁定指示灯及充电状态指示灯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电动汽车充电桩的充电接口结构,其特征在于:所述插座连接端子包括充电端子及通信端子。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电动汽车充电桩的充电接口结构,其特征在于:所述插座还设有自动防护门。
