The sunscreen spray disclosed by the invention is prepared by compounding a physical sunscreen agent (titanium dioxide) and a chemical sunscreen agent (octyl methoxycinnamate, methylene bis-benzotriazolyl tetramethyl butylphenol and butyl methoxy dibenzoyl methane), so that the sunscreen spray has a good skin feel and a good sunscreen effect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to sunscreen spray.
Background
The unitary spray, binary spray, adopted by the current common sunscreen spray package is a safer form, and has the following advantages compared with the unitary spray:
1. safety first, the propellant of the unitary spray is generally flammable and explosive components such as dimethyl ether, propane and butane, and is forbidden to take airplanes and high-speed rails. The propellant of the binary spray adopts compressed air or nitrogen, has higher safety, and can be used for carrying high-speed rails and airplanes.
2. Sealing property: a unitary package is poorly sealed, and is free of a pouch-protecting body package. The binary package has high sealing performance, and the multiple protection material body packaging system is formed by a valve, four layers of vacuum bags and an aluminum can.
3. Purity of the material body: the unitary package is a mixture of gas and materials, the material body is not pure enough, the product quality cannot be optimized, and the poor sealing property can cause other gas bacteria to enter the interior to pollute the interior, so that the material body deteriorates. And the propellant may cause irritation to the skin. The binary package is that the gas material is separated, and the material body is filled into food grade sacks by a vacuum aseptic technique.
4. The spraying effect is as follows: the unitary package has poor atomization effect of the sprayed material, large impact force and relatively unsatisfactory skin absorption. The material body sprayed by the binary package is in a uniform and continuous nano atomized state and is easier to be absorbed by skin.
5. The spraying convenience degree is as follows: the monadic bottle is packed with sediment, and needs to be shaken before use, and needs to be pressed for many times during use, and the bottle body can only keep a fixed angle of horizontal standing during spraying. The binary package has no sediment, and can be sprayed along with holding, and can be sprayed to the bottom once being pressed smoothly, so that the multi-pressing is not needed, and the all-round spraying can be carried out without any dead angle.
6. Utilization rate: the unitary package is wasted with residue. The utilization rate of the binary package is as high as 98 percent.
And the adoption of binary spraying sunscreen spraying is less and has poor effect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide a sunscreen spray.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a sunscreen spray comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1-9.5% of titanium dioxide, 2-10% of octyl methoxycinnamate, 0.5-7.5% of methylene bis-benzotriazolyl tetramethyl butyl phenol and 0.1-5% of butyl methoxy dibenzoyl methane.
The sunscreen spray is suitable for being prepared into a spray formulation by reasonably blending a physical sunscreen agent (titanium dioxide) and a chemical sunscreen agent (octyl methoxycinnamate, methylene bis-benzotriazolyl tetramethyl butylphenol and butyl methoxydibenzoyl methane), and has good skin feel and a good sunscreen effect.
