Abstract
本发明公开了一种防割护颈及其制作方法,所述防割护颈由纱线针织而成,所述纱线包括耐切割纱线;所述耐切割纱线主要由芯材(也可称为芯纱)和包覆在芯材外的包覆纱(也可称为包覆纱线)组成,所述芯材为无机纤维或金属丝,所述包覆纱为有机纤维。本发明的防割护颈具有很好的耐切割、耐冲击性能,并且具有很好的灵活性和舒适度,穿戴方便快捷。

技术领域
本发明涉及个体防护装备技术领域,具体涉及一种防割护颈及其制作方法。
背景技术
公安干警、应急救援、野外探险等工作人员在执行任务时往往需要佩带或穿着个体防护装备,用于抵挡利刃对身体的伤害。颈部的安全直接关系工作人员的生命安全,因此对颈部的防护尤为关键。现有的防割护颈的结构复杂、舒适性较差,而且穿戴所需时间较长。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明旨在提供一种防割护颈及其制作方法,具有很好的耐切割、耐冲击性能,并且具有很好的灵活性和舒适度,穿戴方便快捷。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种防割护颈,所述防割护颈由纱线针织而成,所述纱线包括耐切割纱线;所述耐切割纱线主要由芯材和包覆在芯材外的包覆纱组成,所述芯材为无机纤维或金属丝,所述包覆纱为有机纤维。
进一步地,所述无机纤维包括玻璃纤维、石英纤维、陶瓷纤维或玄武岩纤维。
进一步地,金属丝包括不锈钢丝、镍合金丝、钛合金丝、锰合金丝或钨合金丝。
进一步地,有机纤维包括芳纶纤维、超高分子量聚乙烯纤维、PBO纤维、PBI纤维、聚酯纤维、高强尼龙纤维、线性聚乙烯纤维或聚硫醚纤维。
进一步地,所述防割护颈的针织结构采用单面平纹结构、罗纹结构或双面平纹结构。
本发明还提供上述防割护颈的制作方法,具体为:
S1、制作耐切割纱线:将芯材和包覆纱采用包缠工艺或倍捻工艺制作成耐切割纱线;
S2、采用步骤S1制作得到的耐切割纱线,通过针织得到防割护颈;或,采用步骤S1制作得到的耐切割纱线,通过针织得到防割布,采用所述防割布通过裁剪和缝制得到防割护颈。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1.高强高模的有机纤维,如芳纶纤维或超高分子量聚乙烯纤维,其强度高,更好地提高了防割护颈的强度,使其耐冲击、耐切割性能更好。
2.无机或金属丝作为芯材提高了耐切割纱线的抗剪切性能,用其编织而成的防割护颈的耐切割性能更好。
3.本发明的防割护颈采用针织工艺,因此具有很好的弹性,从而具有很好的灵活性和舒适度,同时针织的毛圈结构也使得防割护颈更为厚实,有助于提高其防割性能、耐磨性能、防刺性能。
4、本发明的防割护颈弹性好,因此穿戴方便快捷。可以直接按设计要求针织成防割护颈,或先针织成防割布,再通过裁剪、缝制等步骤制成防割护颈。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述,需要说明的是,本实施例以本技术方案为前提,给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程,但本发明的保护范围并不限于本实施例。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种防割护颈,所述防割护颈由纱线针织而成,所述纱线包括耐切割纱线;如图1所示,所述耐切割纱线主要由芯材1和包覆在芯材1外的包覆纱2组成,所述芯材1为无机纤维或金属丝,所述包覆纱2为有机纤维。
进一步地,所述无机纤维可采用玻璃纤维、石英纤维、陶瓷纤维或玄武岩纤维等硬质材料制成的纤维。
进一步地,金属丝可采用不锈钢丝、镍合金丝、钛合金丝、锰合金丝或钨合金丝等金属或合金丝。
进一步地,有机纤维可采用芳纶纤维、超高分子量聚乙烯纤维、PBO纤维、PBI纤维、聚酯纤维、高强尼龙纤维、线性聚乙烯纤维、聚硫醚纤维等有机纤维。
进一步地,所述防割护颈的针织结构采用单面平纹结构、罗纹结构或双面平纹结构。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种如实施例1所述的防割护颈的制作方法,具体为:
S1、制作耐切割纱线:以直径为0.02mm的不锈钢丝为芯材,400D超高分子量聚乙烯纤维为包覆材料,捻度为400圈/10cm;
S2、采用步骤S1制作得到的耐切割纱线,通过针织机编织得到防割护颈。
本实施例制作得到的防割护颈,其耐切割性能达到3级、耐磨性能达到3级,耐撕裂性能达到3级,耐穿刺性能达到3级。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种如实施例1所述防割护颈的制作方法,具体为:
S1、制作耐切割纱线:以72tex的玻璃纤维为芯材,200D超高分子量聚乙烯纤维为包覆材料,捻度为400圈/10cm;
S2、采用步骤S1制作得到的耐切割纱线,通过针织得到防割布,然后通过裁剪、缝制等方式用防割布制成防割护颈。
本实施例编织得到的防割护颈的耐切割性能达到4级、耐磨性能达到4级,耐撕裂性能达到3级,耐穿刺性能达到3级。
实施例4
本实施例提供一种实施例1所述的防割护颈的制作方法,具体为:
S1、制作耐切割纱线:以72tex的玄武岩纤维为芯材,1.5D芳纶短纤为包覆材料,捻度为300捻/10cm;
S2、采用步骤S1制作得到的耐切割纱线,通过针织机编织得到防割护颈。
本实施例中制作得到的防割护颈,其耐切割性能达到4级、耐磨性能达到4级,耐撕裂性能达到3级,耐穿刺性能达到3级。

1.一种防割护颈,其特征在于,所述防割护颈由纱线针织而成,所述纱线包括耐切割纱线;所述耐切割纱线主要由芯材和包覆在芯材外的包覆纱组成,所述芯材为无机纤维或金属丝,所述包覆纱为有机纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防割护颈,其特征在于,所述无机纤维包括玻璃纤维、石英纤维、陶瓷纤维或玄武岩纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防割护颈,其特征在于,金属丝包括不锈钢丝、镍合金丝、钛合金丝、锰合金丝或钨合金丝。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防割护颈,其特征在于,有机纤维包括芳纶纤维、超高分子量聚乙烯纤维、PBO纤维、PBI纤维、聚酯纤维、高强尼龙纤维、线性聚乙烯纤维或聚硫醚纤维。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防割护颈,其特征在于,所述防割护颈的针织结构采用单面平纹结构、罗纹结构或双面平纹结构。
6.一种上述任一权利要求所述的防割护颈的制作方法,其特征在于,具体为:
S1、制作耐切割纱线:将芯材和包覆纱采用包缠工艺或倍捻工艺制作成耐切割纱线;
S2、采用步骤S1制作得到的耐切割纱线,通过针织得到防割护颈;或,采用步骤S1制作得到的耐切割纱线,通过针织得到防割布,采用所述防割布通过裁剪和缝制得到防割护颈。
