发明内容
发明目的:针对现有技术中存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种爬地海棠编织造型用伤口愈合剂,具有针对性强,大大提高爬地海棠在编织造型生产中的存活率,降低生产成本的优点。本发明还有一个目的是提供一种爬地海棠编织造型用伤口愈合剂的制备方法。
技术方案:为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种爬地海棠编织造型用伤口愈合剂,由甘油40-50份,高锰酸钾5-10份,赤霉素13-18份,壳聚糖季铵盐2-7份,维生素C 5-10份,山梨酸钾1-5份,除菌剂1-5份、腐植酸5-10份,草木灰水1-5份,红菌富硒肽酶10-15份,辛硫磷乳剂10-15份,磷酸钙7-13份,硫酸钾7-13份,硫酸亚铁3-8份,硫酸铵3-8份和水60-70份组成;所述草木灰水由草木灰和水混合制成,草木灰与水的体积比为1∶(15-20),所述除菌剂为链霉素、甲基托布津或苯醚甲环唑。

(1)将水和草木灰水加入到反应容器中,因为爬地海棠更适宜在偏酸性的化境进行生长,所以应首先把草木灰在大量水中进行充分的稀释,降低它的碱性作用,在进行接下来其他成分的充分溶解;
(2)将红菌富硒肽酶、辛硫磷乳剂、磷酸钙、硫酸钾、硫酸亚铁和硫酸铵分别加入步骤(1)的混合溶液中,在控温超声辅助搅拌至完全溶解;温度为30-40℃,超声功率为15-30kHz;在混合过程中采用超声辅助的形式,可以提高组分的分散性,可以使得组分功效发挥到最大;
(3)向步骤(2)的混合溶液中加入甘油、高锰酸钾、赤霉素、壳聚糖季铵盐、维生素C、山梨酸钾、除菌剂和腐植酸,继续控温搅拌,至到愈合剂呈膏体状,温度为20-25℃,控制含水率为40%-50%;控制愈合剂的含水率并且将愈合剂制备为膏体状,可以较少愈合剂有效成分的蒸发或者流失,并且膏体状也方便进行涂敷在爬地海棠的伤口。

(3)向步骤(2)的混合溶液中加入甘油46份、高锰酸钾6份、赤霉素13份、壳聚糖季铵盐6份、维生素C 6份、山梨酸钾4份、甲基托布津4份和腐植酸6份,继续控温搅拌,至到愈合剂呈膏体状,温度为22℃,控制含水率为45%。

以上爬地海棠编织造型用伤口愈合剂的制备方法,按照没个产品的组分含量进行制备,包括以下步骤;
(1)将水和草木灰水加入到反应容器中;
(2)将红菌富硒肽酶、辛硫磷乳剂、磷酸钙、硫酸钾、硫酸亚铁和硫酸铵分别加入步骤(1)的混合溶液中,在控温超声辅助搅拌至完全溶解;温度为34℃,超声功率为23kHz;
(3)向步骤(2)的混合溶液中加入甘油、高锰酸钾、赤霉素、壳聚糖季铵盐、维生素C、山梨酸钾、除菌剂和腐植酸,继续控温搅拌,至到愈合剂呈膏体状,温度为22℃,控制含水率为45%。
实施例2
在本实施例中使用的葫芦花瓶采用申请号为CN2014303137666,发明名称为植物造型模具(吉祥葫芦瓶)中公开的模具,葫芦花瓶总高为2米。依靠爬地海棠天然的依附生长特性,可以实现爬地海棠编扎绑靠在模具上进行生长,接下来根据枝条的延伸生长可完全根据模具的形状引导与造型。植物的枝条受模具绑靠引导性地强制自然生长,可按设计的模具形状弯曲错纵盘缠,自然编扎成形。一共进行4组葫芦花瓶造型的制作,分别对照组、实验组一组、实验二组和实验三组;对照组只进行编织造型,但是对于在这个过程中产生的植物伤口不进行处理,而对于实验组一组、实验二组和实验三组,在植物编织造型生长的过程中,对新产生的爬地海棠的损伤部分分别进行涂敷实施例1中的产品一、产品二和产品三。
在编织过程中每次编织进度为:垂直高度为50cm,以最接近根部的优先完成的编织部位,作为植物造型伤口愈合程度以及爬地海棠的整体生长状况的统计样本,爬地海棠整体生长状况主要从爬地海棠患病情况、叶片颜色和状态进行综合考虑。并且每隔15天进行一次统计,共进行4次记录。采用评分制度:伤口愈合程度由差到好分别采用1-5分进行打分,整体生长状况由差到好分别采用1-5分进行打分,结果如表1和表2所示。
由表1和表2可知,对照组无论是爬地海棠的伤口愈合程度还是生长状况均比实验组差很多,说明本发明的爬地海棠编织造型用伤口愈合剂可以明显的改观在爬地海棠编织造型过程中对植物造成的损伤。由表1可知,实验组一组和实验组三组在初始的15天时,伤口愈合情况不如实验组二组,但是实验组一组和实验组二组在时间不断延长的过程中,伤口愈合程度的评分逐渐增加,说明愈合剂的效用在不断的增强,最终评分都为17分,是对照组的两组还多;对于实验组三组,在最后15天时,伤口愈合效果不如实验组二组和实验组三组,但是还是远比对照组要好很多。综合可知,本发明愈合剂效果显著,并且不同愈合剂产品之间因为成分的不同会带来不同的效果。
由表2可知,对照组的爬地海棠生长状况也是远远的差于实验组;实验组三组的生长状况均是随着时间的延长生长状况越来越好,最终结果以评分16分稍高于另外两组而取得了最好的结果,说明产品二对植物编织爬地海棠效果更好。是对照组的两组还多;对于实验组三组,在最后15天时,伤口愈合效果不如实验组二组和实验组三组,但是还是远比对照组要好很多。综合可知,本发明愈合剂效果显著,并且不同愈合剂产品之间因为成分的不同会带来不同的效果;并且在实验过程中观察爬地海棠的生长状况发现,实验组爬地海棠患病的情况非常少,而且病害不会长时间持续,可以推测愈合剂中的抗病成本起到一定的作用。

Claims (8)

1.一种爬地海棠编织造型用伤口愈合剂,其特征在于,由甘油40-50份,高锰酸钾5-10份,赤霉素13-18份,壳聚糖季铵盐2-7份,维生素C 5-10份,山梨酸钾1-5份,除菌剂1-5份、腐植酸5-10份,草木灰水1-5份,红菌富硒肽酶10-15份,辛硫磷乳剂10-15份,磷酸钙7-13份,硫酸钾7-13份,硫酸亚铁3-8份,硫酸铵3-8份和水60-70份组成;所述草木灰水由草木灰和水混合制成,草木灰与水的体积比为1∶(15-20),所述除菌剂为链霉素、甲基托布津或苯醚甲环唑。
2.根据权利要求1所述的爬地海棠编织造型用伤口愈合剂,其特征在于,由甘油42份、高锰酸钾10份、赤霉素18份、壳聚糖季铵盐4份,维生素C 9份,山梨酸钾2份,链霉素2份、腐植酸9份、草木灰水2份、红菌富硒肽酶11份、辛硫磷乳剂11份、磷酸钙9份、硫酸钾8份、硫酸亚铁4份、硫酸铵4份和水60份组成;所述草木灰水由草木灰和水混合制成,草木灰与水的体积比为1∶15。
3.根据权利要求1所述的爬地海棠编织造型用伤口愈合剂,其特征在于,由甘油46份、高锰酸钾6份、赤霉素13份、壳聚糖季铵盐6份,维生素C 6份,山梨酸钾4份,甲基托布津4份、腐植酸6份、草木灰水3份、红菌富硒肽酶14份、辛硫磷乳剂13份、磷酸钙11份、硫酸钾11份、硫酸亚铁6份、硫酸铵6份和水65份组成;所述草木灰水由草木灰和水混合制成,草木灰与水的体积比为1∶18。
4.根据权利要求1所述的爬地海棠编织造型用伤口愈合剂,其特征在于,由甘油50份、高锰酸钾10份、赤霉素15份、壳聚糖季铵盐4份,维生素C 7份,山梨酸钾4份,苯醚甲环唑3份、腐植酸8份、草木灰水2份、红菌富硒肽酶13份、辛硫磷乳剂13份、磷酸钙10份、硫酸钾10份、硫酸亚铁5份、硫酸铵5份和水70份组成;所述草木灰水由草木灰和水混合制成,草木灰与水的体积比为1∶20。
5.权利要求1-4任一所述的爬地海棠编织造型用伤口愈合剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤;
(1)将水和草木灰水加入到反应容器中;
(2)将红菌富硒肽酶、辛硫磷乳剂、磷酸钙、硫酸钾、硫酸亚铁和硫酸铵分别加入步骤(1)的混合溶液中,在控温超声辅助搅拌至完全溶解;温度为30-40℃,超声功率为15-30kHz;
(3)向步骤(2)的混合溶液中加入甘油、高锰酸钾、赤霉素、壳聚糖季铵盐、维生素C、山梨酸钾、除菌剂和腐植酸,继续控温搅拌,至到愈合剂呈膏体状,温度为20-25℃,控制含水率为40%-50%。
6.根据权利要求5所述的爬地海棠编织造型用伤口愈合剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)温度为34℃,超声功率为23kHz。
7.根据权利要求5所述的爬地海棠编织造型用伤口愈合剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)温度为22℃,控制含水率为45%。
8.根据权利要求5所述的爬地海棠编织造型用伤口愈合剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤;
(1)将65份水和3份草木灰水加入到反应容器中;
(2)将红菌富硒肽酶14份、辛硫磷乳剂13份、磷酸钙11份、硫酸钾11份、硫酸亚铁6份和硫酸铵6份分别加入步骤(1)的混合溶液中,在控温超声辅助搅拌至完全溶解;温度为34℃,超声功率为23kHz;
(3)向步骤(2)的混合溶液中加入甘油46份、高锰酸钾6份、赤霉素13份、壳聚糖季铵盐6份、维生素C 6份、山梨酸钾4份、甲基托布津4份和腐植酸6份,继续控温搅拌,至到愈合剂呈膏体状,温度为22℃,控制含水率为45%。
