背景技术
在园艺绿化乔木的移植过程,需要对树木的树冠进行修剪,对于一些大型树木,往往需要将一些粗壮树枝或树干直接截除,从而降低树木生根期的蒸发量,提高树木的移植成活率。这些枝干的截除端面通常需要使用植物愈伤剂进行处理,愈伤剂中含有部分植物激素和除菌物质,可以促进植物伤口愈合,避免感染细菌或真菌。另外,城市园林管理和果园苗木管理中,对于一些因为自然灾害或正常修剪造成的伤口,也需要及时进行愈伤处理。
目前市场上出售的各种植物伤口愈合剂、愈合膏等,不仅商品价格高,而且使用效果较差。部分愈伤剂仅含有杀菌物质,只能防止伤口感染,对植物愈伤促进效果不明显;某些愈伤剂粘着力较差,使用后经雨水冲刷容易脱落,失去使用效果;还有些愈伤剂非常容易干燥,干燥后会在伤口表面结膜,不仅不能让药物有效渗透,还会影响植物的气孔正常呼吸。
因此,市场上目前正亟需一种能迅速激活植物免疫系统,促进细胞分裂和生长代谢,抑制病菌兹生繁衍,修复植物枝干皮层伤口,加速伤口愈合的高效愈伤剂;来解决树木的伤口愈合问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种促进植物愈合的高效愈伤剂,该愈伤剂中含有多种植物激素和杀菌物质,并且具有良好的透气性和保水性,可以使得伤口的愈合效果更好,愈伤速度更快。
为了达到上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种促进植物愈合的高效愈伤剂,按照质量份数,愈伤剂的成分包括:壳聚糖季铵盐10-15份、甘油13-17份,明胶4-6份,去离子水50-60份,碳酸钙介质7-10份,2,4-D丁酯0.01-0.02份,赤霉素0.01-0.03份,萘乙酸钠0.02-0.04份,山梨酸钾2-3份,维生素C 1-3份,化学除菌剂2-4份,乙醇2-3份,凹凸棒粘土6-8份,聚丙烯酰胺2-4份,增粘剂3-5份。
优选地,按照质量份数,该愈伤剂的成分包括:壳聚糖季铵盐12-13份、甘油15-16份,明胶5-6份,去离子水56-57份,碳酸钙介质8-9份,2,4-D丁酯0.015-0.018份,赤霉素0.019-0.025份,萘乙酸钠0.026-0.034份,山梨酸钾2.5-2.7份,维生素C 1.6-2.5份,化学除菌剂3-4份,乙醇2.5-2.7份,凹凸棒粘土7-8份,聚丙烯酰胺3-4份,增粘剂4-5份。
本发明中,碳酸钙介质的制备方法为:向15%的氢氧化钙料浆中通入二氧化碳气体,并向料浆中加入10%的过硫酸钙溶液和25%的水合肼溶液充分搅拌,过硫酸钙溶液的加入量为料浆容积的5%,水合肼溶液的加入量为料浆容积的8%,二氧化碳气体的通入量以使得料浆酸碱度呈中性为止,然后将料浆过滤,干燥,干燥后粉碎再与占干物质质量5%的聚丙烯酸钠分散剂混合均匀,最后将混合物用5-6倍体积的去离子水分散制得悬浮液,悬浮液喷雾干燥,制得所需碳酸钙介质。

(4)向前述混合物质C中加入凹凸棒粘土、聚丙烯酰胺和增粘剂,充分搅拌均匀后得到所需高效愈伤剂。
该高效愈伤剂的使用方法为:将愈伤剂均匀涂抹于清洁并平滑修整后的植物伤口处,然后用纱布或其它透气性包扎带进行包扎即可。
本发明具有如下的有益效果:
该型愈伤剂中使用了精确配比的2,4-D丁酯、赤霉素和萘乙酸钠,这些植物生长调节剂可以促进植物伤口的愈合,愈伤剂中还添加了多种抗菌、防腐物质,来防止树木伤口在愈伤过程中发生感染,提高植物的愈伤效率。

本实施例中,碳酸钙介质的制备方法为:向15%的氢氧化钙料浆中通入二氧化碳气体,并向料浆中加入10%的过硫酸钙溶液和25%的水合肼溶液充分搅拌,过硫酸钙溶液的加入量为料浆容积的5%,水合肼溶液的加入量为料浆容积的8%,二氧化碳气体的通入量以使得料浆酸碱度呈中性为止,然后将料浆过滤,干燥,干燥后粉碎再与占干物质质量5%的聚丙烯酸钠分散剂混合均匀,最后将混合物用5.5倍体积的去离子水分散制得悬浮液,悬浮液喷雾干燥,制得所需碳酸钙介质。
其中,成分中使用的壳聚糖季铵盐为2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵壳聚糖和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵壳聚糖的的混合物,二者的质量份数比为3:1。化学除菌剂为嘧菌酯、甲基托布津、咪鲜胺的混合物。凹凸棒粘土的目数为350目;增粘剂为醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液。
本实施例提供的高效愈伤剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将碳酸钙介质、赤霉素、山梨酸钾、维生素C和化学除菌剂混合均匀,得到混合料A;
(2)将2,4-D丁酯和萘乙酸钠加入到乙醇中溶解并搅拌均匀,然后将溶液和混合料A一起加入到去离子水中,充分搅拌混合均匀,得到悬浮液B;
(3)向悬浮液B中依次加入甘油、壳聚糖铵盐和明胶,在42℃的水浴温度下,充分搅拌均匀后,得到含有凝胶状成分的混合物质C;
(4)向前述混合物质C中加入凹凸棒粘土、聚丙烯酰胺和增粘剂,充分搅拌均匀后得到所需高效愈伤剂。
该高效愈伤剂的使用方法为:将愈伤剂均匀涂抹于清洁并平滑修整后的植物伤口处,然后用纱布或其它透气性包扎带进行包扎即可。

Claims (9)

1.一种促进植物愈合的高效愈伤剂,其特征在于:按照质量份数,所述愈伤剂的成分包括:壳聚糖季铵盐10-15份、甘油13-17份,明胶4-6份,去离子水50-60份,碳酸钙介质7-10份,2,4-D丁酯0.01-0.02份,赤霉素0.01-0.03份,萘乙酸钠0.02-0.04份,山梨酸钾2-3份,维生素C 1-3份,化学除菌剂2-4份,乙醇2-3份,凹凸棒粘土6-8份,聚丙烯酰胺2-4份,增粘剂3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种促进植物愈合的高效愈伤剂,其特征在于:按照质量份数,所述愈伤剂的成分包括:壳聚糖季铵盐12-13份、甘油15-16份,明胶5-6份,去离子水56-57份,碳酸钙介质8-9份,2,4-D丁酯0.015-0.018份,赤霉素0.019-0.025份,萘乙酸钠0.026-0.034份,山梨酸钾2.5-2.7份,维生素C 1.6-2.5份,化学除菌剂3-4份,乙醇2.5-2.7份,凹凸棒粘土7-8份,聚丙烯酰胺3-4份,增粘剂4-5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种促进植物愈合的高效愈伤剂,其特征在于:所述碳酸钙介质的制备方法为:向15%的氢氧化钙料浆中通入二氧化碳气体,并向料浆中加入10%的过硫酸钙溶液和25%的水合肼溶液充分搅拌,过硫酸钙溶液的加入量为料浆容积的5%,水合肼溶液的加入量为料浆容积的8%,二氧化碳气体的通入量以使得料浆酸碱度呈中性为止,然后将料浆过滤,干燥,干燥后粉碎再与占干物质质量5%的聚丙烯酸钠分散剂混合均匀,最后将混合物用5-6倍体积的去离子水分散制得悬浮液,悬浮液喷雾干燥,制得所需碳酸钙介质。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种促进植物愈合的高效愈伤剂,其特征在于:所述壳聚糖季铵盐为2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵壳聚糖和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵壳聚糖的的混合物,二者的质量份数比为3:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种促进植物愈合的高效愈伤剂,其特征在于:所述化学除菌剂为嘧菌酯、甲基托布津、咪鲜胺中的一种或任意多种的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种促进植物愈合的高效愈伤剂,其特征在于:所述凹凸棒粘土的目数为350-400目。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种促进植物愈合的高效愈伤剂,其特征在于:所述增粘剂为丙烯酸聚氨酯或醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液。
8.一种制备权利要求1-7任意一项所述的高效愈伤剂的方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)将碳酸钙介质、赤霉素、山梨酸钾、维生素C 和化学除菌剂混合均匀,得到混合料A;
(2)将2,4-D丁酯和萘乙酸钠加入到乙醇中溶解并搅拌均匀,然后将溶液和混合料A一起加入到去离子水中,充分搅拌混合均匀,得到悬浮液B;
(3)向悬浮液B中依次加入甘油、壳聚糖铵盐和明胶,在40-45℃的水浴温度下,充分搅拌均匀后,得到含有凝胶状成分的混合物质C;
(4)向前述混合物质C中加入凹凸棒粘土、聚丙烯酰胺和增粘剂,充分搅拌均匀后得到所需高效愈伤剂。
9.根据权利要求8所述的高效愈伤剂,其特征在于,所述高效愈伤剂的使用方法为:将愈伤剂均匀涂抹于清洁并平滑修整后的植物伤口处,然后用纱布或其它透气性包扎带进行包扎即可。
