本发明公开了一种含药物载体的中性涂白剂及其制备方法,属于树木保护技术领域。上述含药物载体的中性涂白剂包括以下重量百分比的组分:药物载体0.5‑2%,分散剂0.1~0.6%,润湿剂0.1~0.5%,成膜助剂0.3~1%,填料15~30%,纤维素0.5~1%,乳液8~25%,增白剂0.1~0.8%,水补足至100%。本发明制备的含药物载体的中性涂白剂具有较强的粘接强度,保护时间长,防冻害效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及树木保护技术领域,特别是指一种含药物载体的中性涂白剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
树木涂干具有以下几点好处:杀菌、防止病菌感染,并加速伤口愈合;杀虫、防虫,杀死树皮内的越冬虫卵和蛀干昆虫。由于害虫一般都喜欢黑色、肮脏的地方,不喜欢白色、干净的地方。树干涂白后,土壤里的害虫便不敢沿着树干爬到树上来危害,还可防止树皮被鼠类等动物咬伤;防冻害和日灼,避免早春霜害,冬天,夜里温度很低;白天阳光照射,气温升高,而树干黑褐色的,易于吸收热量,树干温度上升很快,这样一冷一热,使树干容易冻裂。涂干剂一般为白色,能够反射40%-70%的阳光,因此树干昼夜温差较小,树皮不易开裂,并可延迟果树萌芽和开花,防止早春霜害;树木涂白后较为醒目,方便晚间行路。
涂白剂具有防冻害和日灼、杀菌杀虫、提高树木成活率、防止交通事故等作用,多数情况下都会给树木涂白。目前广泛使用的是以生石灰为主的涂白剂,配合使用食盐、油脂或硫磺粉等,这种涂白剂易脱落、防虫效果差、长期使用会导致土壤盐碱化。
现有技术中,关于涂白剂也有相关研究:
专利CN105815309A公开了一种中性的环保型涂白剂及其制备方法,用于解决传统涂白剂含有的石灰、盐等成分脱落后,加重根部土壤盐碱化程度,且不能与忌碱性农药混用的问题。该涂白剂由质量份数丙烯酸乳液25-30份,钛白粉5-20份,防腐剂0.1-0.5份,增稠剂0.2-1份,硅藻土5-15份,植物提取液1-5份,水60-100份配制而成。其制备方法为将水与丙烯酸乳液混合搅拌加热,向所得溶液中加入钛白粉,防腐剂,增稠剂,硅藻土,植物提取液,至混合溶液搅拌均匀,得到一种中性的环保型涂白剂。但是此方法生产过程需要加热,丙烯酸乳液和水混合后再加入其他固体组分,会导致不好分散,且搅拌时要控制搅拌速度,以免乳液破乳。
CN 106259461 A公开一种中性环保型树干涂白剂,属于树干涂白剂技术领域,按重量份计包括钙粉0.1~99重量份、胶粉0.1~20重量份、杀虫剂0.1~50重量份、芽孢杆菌0.001~30重量份、辅料1~10重量份。本发明并公开了该中性环保型树干涂白剂的制备方法。该发明中的中性环保型树干涂白剂通过系列的生产加工工艺以后,不但能够解决树干涂白剂粘着力差的问题,还能够解决病虫的防治问题,特别是本品是一种pH值为7的中性环保型涂白剂,对环境友好,不会对土壤中者园林植物造成任何影响。该方法是在生产时将杀虫剂、杀菌剂直接加入到涂白剂中,不同树木所需杀虫剂、杀菌剂的种类不同,添加相同的可能起不到作用,且不含药物载体,药效持续时间不长。

为解决现有现有技术中涂白剂存在的问题,本发明提供一种含药物载体的中性涂白剂及其制备方法,本发明制备的含药物载体的中性涂白剂具有成膜性和粘结性较好,附着力强,保护时间长,防冻害效果好等优点。

步骤4:将纤维素加入到容器中,分散一段时间,使所有纤维溶胀、刮板、无胶溶物,细度小于40μm;
步骤5:降低分散机转速,加入乳液、增白剂,继续分散一段时间即可。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明含有药物载体,配合分散剂和润湿剂及乳液等的使用,同时可根据具体情况添加杀虫剂、杀菌剂等,药效持续时间长,达到药物缓释的效果,同时具有较好的防冻害效果;且涂白剂为中性,长期使用不会对土壤造成破坏,喷涂后成膜性和粘结性较好,附着力强,保护时间最短在6个月以上。且本发明原料易得,制备工艺简单。

药物载体为白炭黑,分散剂为硫酸酯盐,润湿剂为烷基酚聚乙烯醚,成膜助剂为十二碳醇酯,填料为重钙,纤维素为羧甲基纤维素,乳液为EVA乳液。
实施例2:
一种含药物载体的中性涂白剂,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:
药物载体1.5%、分散剂0.3%、润湿剂0.1%、成膜助剂0.4%、填料18%、纤维素0.7%、乳液8%、增白剂0.5%,水补余。
药物载体为硅藻土,分散剂为聚乙二醇型多元醇,润湿剂为烷基酚聚乙烯醚,成膜助剂为乙二醇,填料为滑石粉,纤维素为羟丙基甲基纤维素,乳液为苯丙乳液。

药物载体为硅藻土和高岭土,质量比为1:1,分散剂为脂肪酸环氧乙烷加成物,润湿剂为烷基酚聚乙烯醚,成膜助剂为乙二醇,填料为轻钙,纤维素为羧甲基纤维素,乳液为纯丙乳液和苯丙乳液乳液,质量比为1:1。
实施例5:
一种含药物载体的中性涂白剂,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:
药物载体0.6%、分散剂0.5%、润湿剂0.3%、成膜助剂0.7%、填料30%、纤维素0.6%、乳液20%、增白剂0.3%,水补余。
药物载体为膨润土与白炭黑,质量比为1:2,分散剂为聚乙二醇型多元醇,润湿剂为烷基酚聚乙烯醚,成膜助剂为十二碳醇酯,填料为重钙,纤维素为羧甲基纤维素,乳液为纯丙乳液和EVA乳液,质量比为3:1。
实施例6:
一种含药物载体的中性涂白剂,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:
药物载体0.5%、分散剂0.3%、润湿剂0.5%、成膜助剂0.5%、填料25%、纤维素0.8%、乳液15%、增白剂0.8%,水补余。
药物载体为白炭黑,分散剂为聚乙二醇型多元醇,润湿剂为琥珀酸盐,成膜助剂为丙二醇,填料为重钙和煅烧高岭土,质量比为4:1,纤维素为羧甲基纤维素和羟丙基甲基纤维素,质量比为1:1,乳液为苯丙乳液和EVA乳液,质量比为2:3。
实施例7:
一种含药物载体的中性涂白剂,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:
药物载体1.5%、分散剂0.5%、润湿剂0.5%、成膜助剂0.7%、填料18%、纤维素1%、乳液20%、增白剂0.6%,水补余。
药物载体为硅藻土和膨润土,质量比为2:1,分散剂为硫酸酯盐,润湿剂为烷基酚聚乙烯醚,成膜助剂为丙二醇,填料为重钙和滑石粉,质量比为8:1,纤维素为羟丙基甲基纤维素,乳液为EVA乳液。
实施例8:
一种含药物载体的中性涂白剂,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:
药物载体0.5%、分散剂0.5%、润湿剂0.5%、成膜助剂0.3%、填料20%、纤维素0.5%、乳液12%、增白剂0.5%,水补余。
药物载体为白炭黑,分散剂为聚乙二醇型多元醇,润湿剂为聚氧乙烯烷基酚基醚,成膜助剂为丙二醇,填料为重钙,纤维素为羧甲基纤维素,乳液为纯丙乳液、苯丙乳液、EVA乳液,质量比为1:1:1。
由于篇幅所限,为了进一步说明本发明的有益效果,仅以实施例8为例,构建下述对比例。
对比例1:
该对比例中不含0.5%药物载体,其他组分及含量与实施例8相同。
对比例2:
该对比例中不含12%乳液,其他组分及含量与实施例8相同。
对比例3:
该对比例中不含分散剂0.5%和润湿剂0.5%,其他组分及含量与实施例8相同。
对比例4:
该对比例中乳液为纯丙乳液、苯丙乳液、EVA乳液,质量比为1:2:1,其他组分及含量与实施例8相同。
对比例5:
该对比例中乳液为纯丙乳液、苯丙乳液、EVA乳液,质量比为2:1:1,其他组分及含量与实施例8相同。
对比例6:
该对比例中乳液为纯丙乳液、苯丙乳液、EVA乳液,质量比为1:1:2,其他组分及含量与实施例8相同。
为了说明本发明所取得的有益效果,将实施例1-8及对比例1-6制备的涂白剂,并添加0.2%灭多虫和0.2%甲基硫菌灵,涂刷到杨树上(试验地点山东省济南市),另外再设计一组不刷涂白剂的对照实验,每种实施例和对比例涂白剂涂50棵,并记录每50颗树干的平均胸径,1年后再次测量树木胸径,并计算树干胸径增长率,结果见表1;同时调查树木冻害情况,结果见表3。

由表1可知,本发明制备的含药物载体的中性涂白剂涂刷后其胸径增长率比市售涂白剂和对比例1-3大。其中当乳化剂为纯丙乳液、苯丙乳液和EVA乳液,且三者质量比为1:1:1时,制备的涂白剂效果最好。

由表3可知,与无涂白剂相比,本发明制备的含药物载体的中性涂白剂较对比例1-3和市售涂白剂所处理的杨树树干,遭受冻害更轻微。本发明中药物载体、乳液和润湿剂及分散剂共同作用,防冻效果最好。其中当乳化剂为纯丙乳液、苯丙乳液和EVA乳液,且三者质量比为1:1:1时,制备的涂白剂效果最好。
在上述过程中,不同时间段统计树木表面涂白剂涂层脱落情况,本发明制备的含药物载体的中性涂白剂涂刷在树木表面后,10个月内没有出现脱落情况,从第11个月开始出现部分脱落,涂层最长的可保持18个月以上;对比例1-6备的涂白剂,都是从第4个月开始出现脱落情况,基本在第8个月的时候全部脱落;市售涂白剂涂刷后,在第3个月开始出现脱落情况,在第10个月基本脱落完全。证明本发明制备的含药物载体的中性涂白剂具有较强的粘接强度,保护时间较长。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1.一种含药物载体的中性涂白剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的组分:

水补足至100%;
所述分散剂为硫酸酯盐、脂肪酸环氧乙烷加成物、聚乙二醇型多元醇表面活性剂中的一种或多种;
所述润湿剂为琥珀酸盐、聚氧乙烯烷基酚基醚中的一种或多种;
所述乳液为纯丙乳液、苯丙乳液和EVA乳液的混合物,三者质量比为1:1:1;
所述成膜助剂为十二碳醇酯、乙二醇、丙二醇的一种或多种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含药物载体的中性涂白剂,其特征在于,所述药物载体为白炭黑、硅藻土、膨润土、高岭土中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含药物载体的中性涂白剂,其特征在于,所述硫酸酯盐为烷基硫酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、甘油脂肪酸酯硫酸盐、硫酸化蓖麻酸钠、脂肪酰胺烷基硫酸钠中的一种或多种;
所述脂肪酸环氧乙烷加成物为油酸聚氧乙烯酯、硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯、松香酸聚氧乙烯酯中的一种或多种;
所述聚乙二醇型多元醇为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯烷基酰醇胺、聚氧乙烯烷基胺中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含药物载体的中性涂白剂,其特征在于,所述填料为重钙、轻钙、滑石粉、煅烧高岭土中的一种或多种,其目数均大于1250目。
5.根据权利要求1所述的含药物载体的中性涂白剂,其特征在于,所述纤维素为羧甲基纤维素和/或羟丙基甲基纤维素;
所述增白剂为水性荧光增白剂。
6.权利要求1-5任一所述的含药物载体的中性涂白剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将水加入容器中,用分散机搅拌;
步骤2:将分散剂、润湿剂、成膜助剂加入到容器中,搅拌均匀;
步骤3:将药物载体及填料加入到容器中,分散一段时间;
步骤4:将纤维素加入到容器中,分散一段时间,使所有纤维溶胀、刮板、无胶溶物,细度小于40μm;
步骤5:降低分散机转速,加入乳液、增白剂,继续分散一段时间即可。
7.根据权利要求6所述的含药物载体的中性涂白剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1中,转速为800-1000转/min;
所述步骤3中,分散时间为10-20min;
所述步骤4中,分散时间为30-40min;
所述步骤5中,转速为400-500转/min,分散时间为10-20min。
