背景技术
水性阻尼涂料,是一种具有减振降噪功能的环保涂料,其与吸声材料不同,是一种主动降噪材料,原理是将振动机械能转化为热能耗散掉,即从声(振)源上有效地控制振动和噪声。水性阻尼涂料作为水性涂料的一个分支,具有一般水性涂料的无毒、无异味、VOC含量低、不污染环境等环保性能,目前已在轨道交通、汽车行业、船舶行业、工程机械、机械制造等行业中得到了普遍应用。
中国专利CN104263185A公开的一种船舶专用高分子阻尼涂料和中国专利CN104293199A公开的一种耐高温阻燃的水性阻尼涂料,其中为确保固化后无异常,必须以30%~50%水性乳液为基础,但是,水性乳液虽然可以使水性阻尼涂料获取环保性能,但也是造成水性阻尼涂料市场价格昂贵的主要原因。
中国专利CN101698768公开的一种隔音降噪阻尼涂料及生产工艺,该阻尼涂料采用单组份丙烯酸乳液作为基材,会造成高阻尼性能适应的温度范围窄,采用三氧化二锑和氯化石蜡作为阻燃剂,对人体有毒,环保性能差。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了水性阻尼涂料,解决了价格昂贵且环保性能差的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:水性阻尼涂料,包括以下组成成分,按重量配比:水性乳液20-35份、无机填料20-35份、助剂2-5份、阻燃剂11-14份和玻璃纤维2-5份;
所述水性乳液包括苯丙乳液和聚醋酸乙烯乳液,且1:1等量混合;
所述无机填料包括碳酸钙、云母粉、石墨和蒙脱土;
所述助剂包括分散剂、消泡剂、防腐剂。
优选的,所述无机填料的各成分重量配比为:碳酸钙11-14份、云母粉16-19份、石墨2-5份、蒙脱土2-5份。
优选的,所述助剂的各成分重量配比为:分散剂1-2份、消泡剂1-2份、防腐剂2-5份,所述分散剂为LD-6302,所述消泡剂为GSK-702,所述防腐剂为山梨酸钾。
优选的,所述阻燃剂为氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、硼酸锌、磷酸铝、八钼酸铵的一种或任意几种的混合物。
水性阻尼涂料所提出的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将上述重量份的水性乳液、助剂、阻燃剂和水混合搅拌均匀,在高速搅拌条件下加入无机填料,再加入玻璃纤维,同等速度搅拌10~20分钟。
S2:将S1中得到的溶液进行过滤,即可得到水性阻尼涂料。
优选的,所述搅拌温度控制在30~50℃,所述搅拌速度为1000转/分钟。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了水性阻尼涂料。具备以下有益效果:
1、通过加入玻璃纤维,其是一种性能优异的无机非金属材料,耐热性强、抗腐蚀性好、机械强度高,且隔音性好,起到较好的减振降噪和隔音效果。
2、通过加入助剂和阻燃剂,提高了其综合性能。
3、所用原料绿色环保,保证了产品的阻尼性能,进一步降低了成本,提高产品的环保性能。

本发明实施例提供水性阻尼涂料,包括以下组成成分,按重量配比:水性乳液35份、无机填料35份、助剂5份、阻燃剂14份和玻璃纤维5份,水性乳液包括苯丙乳液和聚醋酸乙烯乳液,且1:1等量混合,无机填料包括碳酸钙、云母粉、石墨和蒙脱土,且各成分重量配比为:碳酸钙14份、云母粉19份、石墨5份、蒙脱土5份,助剂包括分散剂、消泡剂、防腐剂,且各成分重量配比为:分散剂2份、消泡剂2份、防腐剂5份,分散剂为LD-6302,消泡剂为GSK-702,防腐剂为山梨酸钾,阻燃剂为氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、硼酸锌、磷酸铝和八钼酸铵的混合物。
水性阻尼涂料所提出的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将上述重量份的水性乳液、助剂、阻燃剂和水混合搅拌均匀,在高速搅拌条件下加入无机填料,搅拌速度为1000转/分钟,再加入玻璃纤维,同等速度搅拌15分钟,且搅拌温度控制在40℃;
S2:将S1中得到的溶液进行过滤,即可得到水性阻尼涂料。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (6)
1.水性阻尼涂料,其特征在于,包括以下组成成分,按重量配比:水性乳液20-35份、无机填料20-35份、助剂2-5份、阻燃剂11-14份和玻璃纤维2-5份;
所述水性乳液包括苯丙乳液和聚醋酸乙烯乳液,且1:1等量混合;
所述无机填料包括碳酸钙、云母粉、石墨和蒙脱土;
所述助剂包括分散剂、消泡剂、防腐剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性阻尼涂料,其特征在于:所述无机填料的各成分重量配比为:碳酸钙11-14份、云母粉16-19份、石墨2-5份、蒙脱土2-5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水性阻尼涂料,其特征在于:所述助剂的各成分重量配比为:分散剂1-2份、消泡剂1-2份、防腐剂2-5份,所述分散剂为LD-6302,所述消泡剂为GSK-702,所述防腐剂为山梨酸钾。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水性阻尼涂料,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂为氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、硼酸锌、磷酸铝、八钼酸铵的一种或任意几种的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水性阻尼涂料所提出的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将上述重量份的水性乳液、助剂、阻燃剂和水混合搅拌均匀,在高速搅拌条件下加入无机填料,再加入玻璃纤维,同等速度搅拌10~20分钟;
S2:将S1中得到的溶液进行过滤,即可得到水性阻尼涂料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的水性阻尼涂料所提出的制备方法,其特征在于:所述搅拌温度控制在30~50℃,所述搅拌速度为1000转/分钟。
