Abstract

本发明公开了一种水性阻尼涂料。其由如下重量份数的组成分组成:42‑45份的丙烯酸乳液、0.5‑1份的增稠剂、0.3‑0.5份的分散剂、0.3‑0.5份的消泡剂、40‑45份的云母粉、8‑10份的碳酸钙、0.5‑1份的纤维、5‑10份的阻燃剂和4‑6份的附着力促进剂;其中,所述丙烯酸乳液由玻璃化温度为24℃的丙烯酸乳液、玻璃化温度为36℃的丙烯酸乳液和玻璃化温度为‑16℃的丙烯酸乳液混合而成。本发明符合一般水性阻尼涂料的性能要求,并具有很好的附着力以及耐冲击性能,而且在‑10℃‑50℃的温域下能发挥良好的阻尼性能,满足当前市场对水性阻尼材料的应用需求和环保要求。

技术领域
本发明属于涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种水性阻尼涂料。
背景技术
水性阻尼涂料,是一种具有减振降噪功能的环保涂料,其与吸声材料不同,是一种主动降噪材料,原理是将振动机械能转化为热能耗散掉,即从声(振)源上有效地控制振动和噪声。水性阻尼涂料作为水性涂料的一个分支,具有一般水性涂料的无毒、无异味、VOC含量低、不污染环境等环保性能,目前已在轨道交通、汽车行业、船舶行业、工程机械、机械制造等行业中得到了普遍应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的状况,提供一种性能良好的水性阻尼涂料。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
水性阻尼涂料,由如下重量份数的组成分组成:42-45份的丙烯酸乳液、0.5-1份的增稠剂、0.3-0.5份的分散剂、0.3-0.5份的消泡剂、40-45份的云母粉、8-10份的碳酸钙、0.5-1份的纤维、5-10份的阻燃剂和4-6份的附着力促进剂;其中,所述丙烯酸乳液由玻璃化温度为24℃的丙烯酸乳液、玻璃化温度为36℃的丙烯酸乳液和玻璃化温度为-16℃的丙烯酸乳液混合而成。
进一步,所述水性阻尼涂料由如下重量份数的组成分组成:45份的丙烯酸乳液、1份的增稠剂、0.5份的分散剂、0.5份的消泡剂、45份的云母粉、8份的碳酸钙、1份的纤维、8份的阻燃剂和5份的附着力促进剂。
作为优选,所述玻璃化温度为24℃的丙烯酸乳液、玻璃化温度为36℃的丙烯酸乳液和玻璃化温度为-16℃的丙烯酸乳液按1:1:1的重量比例混合。
作为优选,所述增稠剂为聚氨酯缔合型增稠剂。
作为优选,所述云母粉由600目的云母粉与60目的云母粉按2:1的重量比例混合而成。
作为优选,所述纤维为长度约4毫米的聚丙烯合成纤维。
作为优选,所述附着力促进剂为钛酸酯偶联剂或有机磷酸酯聚合物。
本发明所述的水性阻尼涂料,符合一般水性阻尼涂料的性能要求,并具有很好的附着力以及耐冲击性能,而且在-10℃-50℃的温域下能发挥良好的阻尼性能,满足当前市场对水性阻尼材料的应用需求和环保要求。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
一、原料组成分:
1、丙烯酸乳液:本发明所述的丙烯酸乳液是玻璃化温度Tg为24℃的丙烯酸乳液、玻璃化温度为36℃的丙烯酸乳液和玻璃化温度为-16℃的丙烯酸乳液按1:1:1的重量比例混合。三种丙烯酸乳液的固含量分别为:Tg 24℃的为53%;Tg 36℃的为58%;Tg-16℃的为53%。
2、增稠剂采用聚氨酯缔合型增稠剂,市售产品。
3、云母由600目的云母粉与60目的云母粉按2:1的重量比例混合而成,市售产品。
4、纤维采用长度约4毫米的聚丙烯合成纤维,市售。
5、附着力促进剂可采用市售的钛酸酯偶联剂或有机磷酸酯聚合物,本发明实施例优选使用钛酸酯偶联剂。
6、分散剂、消泡剂、碳酸钙和阻燃剂均为市售的水性涂料常用助剂产品。

1.水性阻尼涂料,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的组成分组成:42-45份的丙烯酸乳液、0.5-1份的增稠剂、0.3-0.5份的分散剂、0.3-0.5份的消泡剂、40-45份的云母粉、8-10份的碳酸钙、0.5-1份的纤维、5-10份的阻燃剂和4-6份的附着力促进剂;其中,所述丙烯酸乳液由玻璃化温度为24℃的丙烯酸乳液、玻璃化温度为36℃的丙烯酸乳液和玻璃化温度为-16℃的丙烯酸乳液混合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性阻尼涂料,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的组成分组成:45份的丙烯酸乳液、1份的增稠剂、0.5份的分散剂、0.5份的消泡剂、45份的云母粉、8份的碳酸钙、1份的纤维、8份的阻燃剂和5份的附着力促进剂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的水性阻尼涂料,其特征在于,所述玻璃化温度为24℃的丙烯酸乳液、玻璃化温度为36℃的丙烯酸乳液和玻璃化温度为-16℃的丙烯酸乳液按1:1:1的重量比例混合。
4.据权利要求1或2的水性阻尼涂料,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为聚氨酯缔合型增稠剂。
5.据权利要求1或2所述的水性阻尼涂料,其特征在于,所述云母粉由600目的云母粉与60目的云母粉按2:1的重量比例混合而成。
6.据权利要求1或2所述的水性阻尼涂料,其特征在于,所述纤维为长度约4毫米的聚丙烯合成纤维。
7.据权利要求1或2所述的水性阻尼涂料,其特征在于,所述附着力促进剂为钛酸酯偶联剂或有机磷酸酯聚合物。
