实验例1
实验对象是镍浓度为1780mg/kg的粘土,将本发明实施例3制备的土壤修复剂与粘土按照质量比0.01:1混合均匀,整个实验周期为20天,经测定,处理后的土壤中镍浓度为105mg/kg,去除率达到94.1%,效果非常明显。
实验例2
为了验证本发明的土壤修复剂的杀虫效果,进行了实验。供试地点:试验在合肥市根结线虫病危害极为严重的温室大棚中进行。试验分为两组,分别为施用实施例3所得土壤修复剂与5倍水混合后物料的实验组和不施用土壤修复剂的对照组。实验组添加量为50kg/亩。使用方法:将制备好的土壤修复剂均匀的撒在土壤上面,用翻土机将土壤翻匀,平整土地。对照组不加入修复剂。试验在2013年10月10日—2014年4月10日期间进行。
分别于番茄定植后0、30、60、90、120d分别取土样,另在2014年4月10日拉秧时取样一次,共取样6次。采用平行跳跃法采集根际土样,每组重复取6个样点,每个样点重复取样3次,取其平均值,每组的线虫数量为各个样点线虫数量的平均值。每点取土约100mL,放入塑料袋中混匀后带回,待分离。线虫分离、分类及统计分析方法:采回的土样3d内用浅盘法分离线虫24h,收集线虫悬浮液并浓缩至2mL,用等量FA(黄腐酸钠)溶液固定。光学显微镜下参照Goodey的分类系统(1963)、尹文英的《中国土壤动物检索图鉴》(1998)、刘维志的《植物线虫志》(2004)和谢辉的《植物线虫分类学》(2005),将线虫鉴定到属,并统计各属线虫数量。实验结果采用EXCEL软件单因素方差分析工具进行统计分析。下表为试验结果。
本发明的土壤修复剂可有效去除土壤中的镍等重金属,实现对土壤的修复,同时杀虫效果显著;以有机肥为主要原料,显著提高土壤肥力,配以多种天然有效成分,增加杀虫效果以及重金属去除效果;且原料易得、环保,不易对土壤造成二次污染;制备工艺简单,大大降低了生产成本,有利于农业推广应用。

Claims (8)

1.一种具有杀虫功效的土壤修复剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:有机肥40-80份、巴豆粉10-15份、榴莲皮粉10-20份、黑豆粉8-15份、烟梗粉8-15份、大蒜秸秆10-20份、蜂房10-15份、大叶种茶6-8份、丁锅树叶4-8份、火麻仁3-7份、代森锌1-3份、岗松2-5份、纳米氧化铝2-5份、辣根1-3份、甘蔗汁20-50份、富硒蛋白2-5份、双齿多刺蚁2-5份、水50-100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有杀虫功效的土壤修复剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:有机肥50-70份、巴豆粉11-14份、榴莲皮粉12-18份、黑豆粉10-13份、烟梗粉10-13份、大蒜秸秆13-17份、蜂房10.5-12份、大叶种茶6.2-7.4份、丁锅树叶5-7份、火麻仁4-6份、代森锌1.5-2.5份、岗松2.6-4份、纳米氧化铝3-4.5份、辣根1.3-2.5份、甘蔗汁25-30份、富硒蛋白2.5-4份、双齿多刺蚁3-4.3份、水65-98份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有杀虫功效的土壤修复剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:有机肥68份、巴豆粉12份、榴莲皮粉16份、黑豆粉11份、烟梗粉12份、大蒜秸秆15份、蜂房11份、大叶种茶7份、丁锅树叶6份、火麻仁5份、代森锌2份、岗松3份、纳米氧化铝4份、辣根2份、甘蔗汁28份、富硒蛋白3份、双齿多刺蚁4份、水82份。
4.一种如权利要求1-3任一所述的具有杀虫功效的土壤修复剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:(1)将甘蔗汁与水混合,在80-90℃下混合搅拌4-8min;(2)将大叶种茶、蜂房、巴豆粉、榴莲皮粉、黑豆粉、烟梗粉加入上步所得物中,在65-85℃下混合搅拌25-42min;(3)将丁锅树叶、纳米氧化铝、大蒜秸秆、辣根、双齿多刺蚁加入上步所得物中,在90-102℃下混合搅拌10-25min;(4)将有机肥、火麻仁、代森锌、岗松、富硒蛋白加入上步所得物中,在25-40℃下混合搅拌1-2h,即得成品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的具有杀虫功效的土壤修复剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)将甘蔗汁与水混合,在88℃下混合搅拌5min。
6.根据权利要求4所述的具有杀虫功效的土壤修复剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)将大叶种茶、蜂房、巴豆粉、榴莲皮粉、黑豆粉、烟梗粉加入上步所得物中,在72℃下混合搅拌32min。
7.根据权利要求4所述的具有杀虫功效的土壤修复剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)将丁锅树叶、纳米氧化铝、大蒜秸秆、辣根、双齿多刺蚁加入上步所得物中,在98℃下混合搅拌18min。
8.根据权利要求4所述的具有杀虫功效的土壤修复剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)将有机肥、火麻仁、代森锌、岗松、富硒蛋白加入上步所得物中,在32℃下混合搅拌1.3h,即得成品。
