背景技术
硒是人体生命活动中必需的微量元素之一,是人体内的抗氧化剂,能提高人体免疫力,具有多种生物功能。现阶段,人们补硒的主要途径主要是食用一些富硒事物,鸡蛋是人们餐桌上不可或缺的食物,也是许多蛋糕、饼类的主要材料之一,鸡蛋营养价值的多少还取决于产蛋的母鸡,只要母鸡能吸收充足养份,健康地成长,便可使鸡蛋的营养价值大大提升。因而,出现了在母鸡饲料中添加富硒添加剂以使鸡蛋中富含硒成分的现象,但很多情况下养殖户是不知道如何把控富硒添加剂的用量的,放的过多了对母鸡有害,过少又不能提高鸡蛋中的硒含量,导致鸡蛋中的含硒量不稳定。因此,本发明提出一种富硒鸡蛋生产技术。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针对现等问题,提供一种富硒鸡蛋生产技术。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
富硒鸡蛋生产技术,包括如下内容:
(1)饲养条件:保持鸡舍温度18-21℃,相对湿度45-55%,每天保证鸡舍的光照时间为10-16小时,通风量为3-5 m³/h·kg,饲养密度为5-6只/㎡;
(2)饲喂常规饲料:在20周龄之前,给鸡饲喂常规饲料,所述常规饲料的制备方法为:将玉米、黑麦草、红豆草、豆粕、大豆油、氯化钠、磷酸氢钙、麦饭石粉末、蒲公英、白术、50%氯化胆碱均匀混合后,往混合物中添加含硒氨基酸营养液,使整个混合物的硒浓度为3ppm,即得所述常规饲料;
(3)饲喂含硒产蛋饲料:从20周龄开始,饲喂的常规饲料中每天增加15-20%比重的含硒产蛋饲料,7天后全部换成含硒产蛋饲料,所述含硒产蛋饲料的制备方法为:将原生态螯合硒与水按照1:1000的比重混合配制成溶液,再将稻壳粉、麸皮、花生饼、黄豆饼、鱼粉、黑豆、淫羊藿、山药、植酸酶加入到混合好的溶液中,均匀搅拌后静置4-5小时,即得所述含硒产蛋饲料;
(4)喂水管理:气温在18-21℃时,每天的喂水量为28.4 L/100只;气温在30℃以上时,每天的喂水量为40.5 L/100只,每隔3天往水中添加0.03%的原生态螯合硒。
进一步地,所述常规饲料中各组分的重量份为:玉米20-30份、黑麦草15-20份、红豆草15-20份、豆粕20-24份、大豆油6-8份、氯化钠2-4份、磷酸氢钙1-2份、麦饭石粉末1-2份、蒲公英0.4-1.2份、白术0.6-0.8份、50%氯化胆碱6-10份。
进一步地,所述含硒产蛋饲料中各组分的重量份为:原生态螯合硒6-10份、稻壳粉16-18份、麸皮14-16份、花生饼12-14份、黄豆饼8-14份、鱼粉6-8份、黑豆6-8份、淫羊藿1-2份、山药1-2份、植酸酶0.6-1.6份。
进一步地,在每次投喂饲料前,需用干湿两用饲料搅拌机将饲料搅拌均匀。
进一步地,在鸡舍的饮水设备上采取保温措施,确保无论什么时间段水温都不低于10℃。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的富硒鸡蛋生产技术,在产蛋的前期,喂养常规饲料,常规饲料中包含一定量的含硒氨基酸营养液,长期喂养之下,促使母鸡在产蛋之前体内就积累相对丰富的硒元素,也能够提高母鸡的免疫力,减少母鸡的用药,保证母鸡和鸡蛋均是健康的;在进入产蛋阶段,利用原生态螯合硒作为含硒产蛋饲料的重要添加成分,丰富了母鸡对微量元素硒的摄取,进一步提高了母鸡体内硒的含量,进而使得鸡蛋中的硒元素达到广西富硒农产品地方标准,提高鸡蛋的营养和食用价值,提升其经济效益。
具体实施方式
实施例1:

(4)喂水管理:气温在19.5℃时,每天的喂水量为28.4 L/100只;气温在30℃以上时,每天的喂水量为40.5 L/100只,每隔3天往水中添加0.03%的原生态螯合硒;
在本实施例中,所述常规饲料中各组分的重量份为:玉米25份、黑麦草17.5份、红豆草17.5份、豆粕22份、大豆油7份、氯化钠3份、磷酸氢钙1.5份、麦饭石粉末1.5份、蒲公英0.8份、白术0.7份、50%氯化胆碱8份;
所述含硒产蛋饲料中各组分的重量份为:原生态螯合硒8份、稻壳粉17份、麸皮15份、花生饼13份、黄豆饼11份、鱼粉7份、黑豆7份、淫羊藿1.5份、山药1.5份、植酸酶1.1份;

(3)饲喂含硒产蛋饲料:从20周龄开始,饲喂的常规饲料中每天增加20%比重的含硒产蛋饲料,7天后全部换成含硒产蛋饲料,所述含硒产蛋饲料的制备方法为:将原生态螯合硒与水按照1:1000的比重混合配制成溶液,再将稻壳粉、麸皮、花生饼、黄豆饼、鱼粉、黑豆、淫羊藿、山药、植酸酶加入到混合好的溶液中,均匀搅拌后静置5小时,即得所述含硒产蛋饲料;
(4)喂水管理:气温在21℃时,每天的喂水量为28.4 L/100只;气温在30℃以上时,每天的喂水量为40.5 L/100只,每隔3天往水中添加0.03%的原生态螯合硒;
在本实施例中,所述常规饲料中各组分的重量份为:玉米30份、黑麦草20份、红豆草20份、豆粕24份、大豆油8份、氯化钠4份、磷酸氢钙2份、麦饭石粉末2份、蒲公英1.2份、白术0.8份、50%氯化胆碱10份;
所述含硒产蛋饲料中各组分的重量份为:原生态螯合硒10份、稻壳粉18份、麸皮16份、花生饼14份、黄豆饼14份、鱼粉8份、黑豆8份、淫羊藿2份、山药2份、植酸酶1.6份;
在每次投喂饲料前,需用干湿两用饲料搅拌机将饲料搅拌均匀;在鸡舍的饮水设备上采取保温措施,确保无论什么时间段水温都不低于10℃。
经检测,采用本发明富硒鸡蛋生产技术,生产的绿色富硒鸡蛋硒含量可达到0.33-0.58mg/kg,达到广西富硒农产品地方标准。且鸡蛋口感佳,售价按富硒鸡蛋每公斤比普通鸡蛋多3元计,每羽蛋鸡增加收入43.8元,每万羽蛋鸡增收43.8万元,可为人们提供经济安全可靠的补硒食品,经济效益和社会效益显著。
上述说明是针对本发明较佳可行实施例的详细说明,但实施例并非用以限定本发明的专利申请范围,凡本发明所提示的技术精神下所完成的同等变化或修饰变更,均应属于本发明所涵盖专利范围。
Claims (5)
1.富硒鸡蛋生产技术,其特征在于,包括如下内容:
(1)饲养条件:保持鸡舍温度18-21℃,相对湿度45-55%,每天保证鸡舍的光照时间为10-16小时,通风量为3-5 m³/h·kg,饲养密度为5-6只/㎡;
(2)饲喂常规饲料:在20周龄之前,给鸡饲喂常规饲料,所述常规饲料的制备方法为:将玉米、黑麦草、红豆草、豆粕、大豆油、氯化钠、磷酸氢钙、麦饭石粉末、蒲公英、白术、50%氯化胆碱均匀混合后,往混合物中添加含硒氨基酸营养液,使整个混合物的硒浓度为3ppm,即得所述常规饲料;
(3)饲喂含硒产蛋饲料:从20周龄开始,饲喂的常规饲料中每天增加15-20%比重的含硒产蛋饲料,7天后全部换成含硒产蛋饲料,所述含硒产蛋饲料的制备方法为:将原生态螯合硒与水按照1:1000的比重混合配制成溶液,再将稻壳粉、麸皮、花生饼、黄豆饼、鱼粉、黑豆、淫羊藿、山药、植酸酶加入到混合好的溶液中,均匀搅拌后静置4-5小时,即得所述含硒产蛋饲料;
(4)喂水管理:气温在18-21℃时,每天的喂水量为28.4 L/100只;气温在30℃以上时,每天的喂水量为40.5 L/100只,每隔3天往水中添加0.03%的原生态螯合硒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的富硒鸡蛋生产技术,其特征在于,所述常规饲料中各组分的重量份为:玉米20-30份、黑麦草15-20份、红豆草15-20份、豆粕20-24份、大豆油6-8份、氯化钠2-4份、磷酸氢钙1-2份、麦饭石粉末1-2份、蒲公英0.4-1.2份、白术0.6-0.8份、50%氯化胆碱6-10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的富硒鸡蛋生产技术,其特征在于,所述含硒产蛋饲料中各组分的重量份为:原生态螯合硒6-10份、稻壳粉16-18份、麸皮14-16份、花生饼12-14份、黄豆饼8-14份、鱼粉6-8份、黑豆6-8份、淫羊藿1-2份、山药1-2份、植酸酶0.6-1.6份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的富硒鸡蛋生产技术,其特征在于,在每次投喂饲料前,需用干湿两用饲料搅拌机将饲料搅拌均匀。
5.根据权利要求1所述的富硒鸡蛋生产技术,其特征在于,在鸡舍的饮水设备上采取保温措施,确保无论什么时间段水温都不低于10℃。
