The attachment management function module 25 is used for managing and viewing the pictures, qualification certificates and document attachments submitted by the claimant on line.
The report form preview and print function module 26 is used for automatically generating documents (forming a high and medium-level declaration form, an expert review form, and the like) by combining templates according to the declaration information of the declaration persons, and can perform online preview and print.
The declaration management function module 27 is used for submitting declaration materials, and after a declaration person fills in the declaration materials, the declaration management function module can submit the declaration materials to related departments.

The result exposure function 34 is operable to display a list of passing persons in graphical form, including, for example, names, declared qualifications, work units, and the like.
The expert database management unit 4 is used for classifying experts according to professional fields and realizing dynamic management of warehousing, ex-warehouse and changing of the experts. The authority management function module 64 is composed of function authority management and data authority management, and is configured to assign function authority and data authority to each role in a manner of an authority control list or an authority function list according to a security rule or a security policy set by the system, so as to achieve the purpose of controlling a user to access only authorized resources.
The log management function module 65 is used for implementing a security audit function of the system; such as inquiry and statistical analysis functions including login logs, operation logs and system exception logs, and authorized users can inquire and export logs, and any user cannot modify the logs.
The statistic query unit 7 is used for realizing statistics and query of job title review process data, and comprises a function module 71 for summarizing according to declaration level, a function module 72 for summarizing according to declaration unit, a function module 73 for summarizing according to professional field, and a function module 74 for printing report forms.
The summarizing function module 71 according to declaration level is used for carrying out comprehensive query and data statistics and summarization according to declaration level, year, administrative region, unit type and other modes of a declaration person.
The declaration unit-by-declaration unit summarization function module 72 is configured to provide statistical data queries by year, month and level according to declaration units.
The summarization by professional domain function 73 is used for performing statistical data query of review experts according to professional domains.
The print report function module 74 is used to provide statistical query result data export and printing functions.
The system integration service unit 8 is used for providing interfaces or services for other external systems, and is used for batch import of the applicant data and the organization information data to realize information data sharing; the external other systems comprise related job and improvement related systems, a data resource center, an electronic government affair comprehensive management platform, a CA system and the like.
The system integration service unit 8 includes a job title data acquiring function module 81, a data asynchronous storage function module 82, a government affairs comprehensive platform docking function module 83 and a 4A system docking function module 84.
The job title data acquiring function module 81 is used for interfacing with an existing related job change and management related system so as to achieve job title data consistency.
The data asynchronous storage function module 82 is used for realizing the interface with the existing related data resource center, and providing the functions of data support and data storage for the system.
The platform docking function module 83 is used for docking with an existing electronic government integrated platform to realize application integration.
The 4A system docking function module 84 is used for docking with the existing 4A system, and importing the information of the claimant and the organization information in batch, so as to ensure that the basic information of the claimant in the job title review management system based on the B/S architecture of the present invention is consistent with the basic information of the unit where the claimant is located (for example, the name, sex, birth date, academic structure, etc. of the individual are not changed basically, and the name, address, unified social number, etc. of the unit are not changed frequently).
As shown in FIG. 2, the job title review management system based on the B/S architecture of the present invention has the following working processes:
firstly, a director such as a personnel site issues a notice of job title review on a portal website; the registered responsible person of the organization notices the notice of the evaluation of the staff title of the organization after seeing the notice; the reporters meeting the conditions and participating in the job title review perform the job title submission in the system and upload review materials; the responsible person of the organization collects the evaluation materials of the staff and submits the evaluation materials to the administrative department; the competent department carries out qualification review and public notice on the review materials, returns unqualified review materials and requires to be submitted again, and the qualified review materials enter a job assignment review stage; the evaluation experts randomly extracted from the expert database score and evaluate evaluation materials randomly distributed by the system, and feed back evaluation results to the competent department; the main administration door carries out statistical query on the evaluation results and publicizes the evaluation results; the organization and the declaration of the job can check the public evaluation result.
The invention has reasonable concept and simple flow, can obviously reduce the maintenance difficulty and the processing difficulty of the review work, and has high efficiency and reliability in use.

the personal information management unit is used for modifying and maintaining personal information by a user and updating and adjusting audited result data;
the system management unit is mainly oriented to a system administrator and used for managing user information, roles, authorities and logs of the system;
the statistic query unit is used for realizing statistics and query of the data in the job title evaluation process;
the system integration service unit is used for providing interfaces or services for other external systems and is used for batch import of the applicant data and the organization information data to realize information data sharing;
the portal display unit comprises a notice and announcement function module, a policy and regulation function module, an arbitrary job qualification condition function module, a document downloading function module, a use description function module, a job title query entry function module, a question answering function module, a middle-level job title function module, a high-level job title function module and a contact function module; the notification announcement function module is used for displaying related professional title review related information in a list form and providing related professional high-level and medium-level title review information and information query of other related notifications for a user; the policy and regulation function module is used for displaying the relevant policies and laws and regulations of the countries and the relevant regions for the professional, and providing the policy and regulation query of the professional relevant job review for the user; the job qualification condition function module is used for displaying general standards and rules for job title review in a list form and providing professional related standard condition query for the job title review for the user; the document downloading function module is used for providing a document downloading function related to job title review; the operation instruction functional module is used for an operation process and a functional module of the online learning system and providing system use consultation and use document downloading; the title query entry function module is used for providing a function of querying personal title information of a registered user; the question answering function module is used for the user to pertinently put forward a question according to specific requirements, relevant departments or other users answer the answer of the question, and meanwhile the answer of the question is used as a search result to provide query for other users with similar questions, so that the effect of sharing knowledge is achieved; the middle-level job title function module is used for displaying a middle-level job title personnel list and personnel related information according to the profession and the field; the senior job title function module is used for displaying a senior job title personnel list and relevant personnel information according to the profession and the field; the contact function module is used for displaying service hotlines, service mailboxes and service site address information so as to facilitate users to feed back use problems about the system, improve suggestions or report bad information;
the expert base management unit comprises an online declaration function module, a qualification auditing function module, an evaluation feedback function module, an expert management function module and an evaluation condition tracking function module; the online declaration functional module is used for inputting personal information of experts, submitting the personal information and auditing materials to wait for auditing of the system; the qualification auditing function module is used for performing electronic auditing according to the online declaration result of the experts, and the experts passing the auditing send corresponding electronic certificates to the expert database; the evaluation feedback function module is used for carrying out regular or irregular tracking and evaluation feedback on the evaluation condition of the expert; the expert management functional module is used for carrying out quantitative assessment on the review experts and obtaining corresponding quantitative scores, and then establishing a scientific and reasonable expert evaluation system to restrain the review experts and ensure the fairness of the job review results; the evaluation condition tracking function module is used for carrying out quantitative index assessment and evaluation condition tracking on the evaluation work of experts, and realizing pre-constraint, in-process monitoring and post-evaluation on the evaluation experts so as to ensure whether the job evaluation is reasonable, fair and fair;

the report form previewing and printing function module is used for automatically generating a document by combining a template according to the declaration information of a declaration person and can perform online previewing and printing;
the declaration management function module is used for submitting materials, and after a declaration person fills in the completed declaration materials, the declaration management function module is used for submitting the declaration materials to relevant departments;
the progress query function module is used for showing the auditing condition of the declared materials in the form of a chart and a flow and providing real-time query for a job declaration person.
3. The B/S-based job review management system of claim 1, wherein: the title auditing unit comprises a qualification auditing function module, a material showing function module, a title assigning and reviewing function module and a result showing function module;
the qualification auditing function module is used for conducting unit auditing on the declaration information of the declaration by a declaration unit organization personnel;
