The non-contact IC card reader-writer developed by the invention is specially used for the guard personnel on duty card management system of the ordnance, and has special functions besides meeting the requirements of a general card reader to meet the use requirements.
The reader-writer is used on the army security site for most of the time to check the on-duty qualification of the on-duty personnel, and the present army security units have the typical characteristics of high security requirements, relatively scattered distribution and the like, so that the identity of the on-duty personnel can be identified when the reader-writer is used off-line (not connected with a computer). 2. The method for managing the on-duty data of the army security personnel is characterized by being applied to an information data processing terminal, and comprises the following steps of:

determining data constraint conditions of certificates to be processed on duty, wherein the data constraint conditions comprise comprehensive assessment of basic information, training records, examination records, annual examination and security records and other information of a declaration person, expert examination and assessment conclusion, and reading data constraint of certificate processing results meeting the conditions by a system; on duty information management contains two functional trees: the system comprises a support unit management function tree and a support on-duty data management function tree, wherein the support unit management function tree mainly provides mechanism management and authority management functions for a system administrator, the mechanism management functions mainly comprise support unit names, addresses, contact ways and mechanism administrators of all levels, and the authority management comprises user management, data input, data verification, data query statistics, data modification, data export and data archiving information management;
Step four, forming data constraint of certificate handling information result statistics, forming all certificate handling records meeting the conditions of a certain user according to certificate types and time periods or validity periods, and enabling the system to automatically count the certificate handling records meeting the conditions of each user;
recording the on-duty time and the off-duty time of the person with the issued on-duty certificate by using an attendance checking device with the face, the fingerprint and the IC card identification, and counting the accumulated on-duty time;
in the second step, the step of carrying out examination and examination on the reporting personnel according to the professional and on-duty reporting grade organization of the reporting personnel comprises the following steps:
