本发明涉及一种含苯废气焚烧净化方法,其特征是:将含苯废气通过加热炉加热到300℃-400℃,再将加热后的含苯废气通入焚烧炉,与燃气混合后在焚烧炉内以750℃-850℃燃烧点燃烧后排放,本发明的优点是能低成本、有效地用直接焚烧净化方法来净化含苯废气。

一种含苯废气焚烧净化方法
本发明涉及一种废气焚烧净化方法,特别是一种含苯废气焚烧净化方法。
目前一般的含苯废气净化方法过去多采用直接排放,但有污染,而后采用吸附法或催化燃烧法,但成本高,净化率低,且催化剂易失效。
本发明的目的是提供一种直接焚烧净化方法来净化含苯废气。
本发明的技术方案是设计一种含苯废气焚烧净化方法,其特征是:将含苯废气通过加热炉加热到300℃-400℃,再将加热后的含苯废气通入焚烧炉,与燃气混合后在焚烧炉内以750℃-850℃燃烧点燃烧后排放。
本发明的优点是以低成本、有效地用直接焚烧净化方法来净化含苯废气。
下面结合一工艺流程实施例对本发明作详细说明,
将含苯废气通过加热炉加热到350℃左右,再将加热后的含苯废气通入焚烧炉,由枪式燃烧器直接燃烧轻柴油与含苯废气混合后在焚烧炉内以800℃燃烧点燃烧,此时含苯废气内的苯被净化后直接排放。

1、一种含苯废气焚烧净化方法,其特征是:将含苯废气通过加热炉加热到300℃-400℃,再将加热后的含苯废气通入焚烧炉,与燃气混合后在焚烧炉内以750℃-850℃燃烧点燃烧后排放。
