本发明涉及银卡纸印刷品生产技术领域,且公开了一种磨砂银卡纸,包括基纸层,所述基纸层的底部粘贴有防水膜层,所述基纸层的上表面通过粘黏胶层粘黏有磨砂银层,所述磨砂银层的上表面涂覆有表面涂层,基纸层包括板层,板层为中空结构,且板层的上表面和下表面均开设有连通板层内腔的散热孔,板层内腔的顶部和底部均粘贴有锡箔纸层。该磨砂银卡纸,通过设置导热硅胶、锡箔纸层和导热片,对热量进行传导,从而在利用磨砂银卡纸进行包装的过程中,降低包装盒内的温度,从而防止内部温度过高对产品造成影响,提高散热效果,延长产品的保质期限,同时锡箔纸层在具备导热性能的同时,同样可以增强密封效果,防止液体进入板层内部。

技术领域
本发明涉及银卡纸印刷品生产技术领域,具体为一种磨砂银卡纸。
背景技术
商品包装越来越注重美感,同时商家为了获得较好的防伪效果,在选择印刷基纸时也考虑选用较为高端的纸张,如喷铝转移纸、彩纤纸等。为了在纸包装盒上获得金属质感,通常可以采取喷铝转移纸或者在印刷时采用金属油墨,喷铝转移纸的金属质感几乎都为镜面效果,而金属油墨的金属质感在某些场合不够强。为了使包装纸有比较强的金属效果,并且其金属效果没有镜面的效果,磨砂效果就是一种非常好的选择,同时为了提高产品的包装档次以及防伪性能,。
磨砂银卡纸主要广泛用于彩印包装,适用于香烟、酒类、食品、化妆品、牙膏盒、医药和礼品的包装等行业的制盒、制箱印刷包装。由于银卡纸装潢美观,且制造技术复杂,不易仿造,具有一定的防伪作用,磨砂银卡纸越来越多的受到人们的青睐。
然而现有的磨砂银卡纸大多散热效果较差,对于一些对温度要求较严格的产品,散热差往往容易导致产品的变质,缩减产品的保质期限,给厂家带来不必要的经济损失。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种磨砂银卡纸,解决了现有磨砂银卡纸散热效果差的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种磨砂银卡纸,包括基纸层,所述基纸层的底部粘贴有防水膜层,所述基纸层的上表面通过粘黏胶层粘黏有磨砂银层,所述磨砂银层的上表面涂覆有表面涂层,所述基纸层包括板层,所述板层为中空结构,且板层的上表面和下表面均开设有连通板层内腔的散热孔,所述板层内腔的顶部和底部均粘贴有锡箔纸层,两个所述锡箔纸层的相对面均搭接有导热片,两个所述导热片通过导热硅胶层相互粘黏。
优选的,所述板层可以采用铜板纸层或者白芯白卡纸层。
优选的,所述粘黏胶层可以采用改性丙烯酸胶粘剂层或者不干胶层。
优选的,所述防水膜层可以采用聚乙烯薄膜层或者pvc防水膜。
优选的,所述板层的厚度为1-1.5毫米。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种磨砂银卡纸,具备以下有益效果:该磨砂银卡纸,通过设置导热硅胶、锡箔纸层和导热片,对热量进行传导,从而在利用磨砂银卡纸进行包装的过程中,降低包装盒内的温度,从而防止内部温度过高对产品造成影响,提高散热效果,延长产品的保质期限,同时锡箔纸层在具备导热性能的同时,同样可以增强密封效果,防止液体进入板层内部。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-2,一种磨砂银卡纸,包括基纸层1,基纸层1的底部粘贴有防水膜层2,防水膜层2可以采用聚乙烯薄膜层或者pvc防水膜,通过设置防水膜层2,防止有水等液体穿过磨砂银卡纸对产品浸泡,影响产品的质量以及包装效果,基纸层1的上表面通过粘黏胶层3粘黏有磨砂银层4,磨砂银层4通过磨砂银浆干燥得到,磨砂银浆使用粒径为30~60μm的非浮型铝粉与油墨用连结料配成,粘黏胶层3可以采用改性丙烯酸胶粘剂层或者不干胶层,利用粘黏胶层3对基纸层1和磨砂银层4进行粘黏,防止出现磨砂银层4轻易脱落的现象,影响磨砂银卡纸的美观效果,且在粘黏胶层3上再涂覆磨砂银层4,磨砂银层4不与基纸层1直接接触,在基纸层1干燥的过程中不会发生变形,同时在涂覆磨砂银层4后可以利用烘干机进行烘干,以提升干燥速度,节省时间,控制温度在90-100°,磨砂银层4的上表面涂覆有表面涂层5,基纸层1包括板层11,板层11可以采用铜板纸层或者白芯白卡纸层,多种纸板种类的选择,可以根据产品的需要以及成本的需求进行选择,板层11的厚度为1-1.5毫米,板层11为中空结构,且板层11的上表面和下表面均开设有连通板层11内腔的散热孔12,通过设置散热孔12加强内外空气与板层11内腔的接触,从而加快冷热交替,提高散热效果,板层11内腔的顶部和底部均粘贴有锡箔纸层13,锡箔纸层13在具备导热性能的同时,同样可以增强密封效果,防止液体进入板层11内部,通过设置导热硅胶15、锡箔纸层13和导热片14,对热量进行传导,从而在利用磨砂银卡纸进行包装的过程中,降低包装盒内的温度,从而防止内部温度过高对产品造成影响,提高散热效果,延长产品的保质期限,同时锡箔纸层13在具备导热性能的同时,同样可以增强密封效果,防止液体进入板层11内部,两个锡箔纸层13的相对面均搭接有导热片14,导热片14为石墨片或者铜片,两个导热片14通过导热硅胶层15相互粘黏,通过设置导热片14和导热硅胶层15,加速热量的传导,从而提高散热效果。
综上所述,该磨砂银卡纸,通过设置导热硅胶15、锡箔纸层13和导热片14,对热量进行传导,从而在利用磨砂银卡纸进行包装的过程中,降低包装盒内的温度,从而防止内部温度过高对产品造成影响,提高散热效果,延长产品的保质期限,同时锡箔纸层13在具备导热性能的同时,同样可以增强密封效果,防止液体进入板层11内部,解决了现有磨砂银卡纸散热效果差的问题。

1.一种磨砂银卡纸,包括基纸层(1),其特征在于:所述基纸层(1)的底部粘贴有防水膜层(2),所述基纸层(1)的上表面通过粘黏胶层(3)粘黏有磨砂银层(4),所述磨砂银层(4)的上表面涂覆有表面涂层(5),所述基纸层(1)包括板层(11),所述板层(11)为中空结构,且板层(11)的上表面和下表面均开设有连通板层(11)内腔的散热孔(12),所述板层(11)内腔的顶部和底部均粘贴有锡箔纸层(13),两个所述锡箔纸层(13)的相对面均搭接有导热片(14),两个所述导热片(14)通过导热硅胶层(15)相互粘黏。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种磨砂银卡纸,其特征在于:所述板层(11)可以采用铜板纸层或者白芯白卡纸层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种磨砂银卡纸,其特征在于:所述粘黏胶层(3)可以采用改性丙烯酸胶粘剂层或者不干胶层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种磨砂银卡纸,其特征在于:所述防水膜层(2)可以采用聚乙烯薄膜层或者pvc防水膜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种磨砂银卡纸,其特征在于:所述板层(11)的厚度为1-1.5毫米。
