本发明公开了一种改善造纸生产系统的多功能组合物及其应用。所述多功能性组合物包括杀菌剂组分和胶粘物控制剂组分,杀菌剂组分与胶粘物控制剂组分混合的质量比为1:0.1~0.8。以所述多功能组合物作为主要基料,通过添加水、稳定剂和pH调节剂搅拌混合均匀,配置得到改善造纸生产系统的多功能造纸助剂。该多功能造纸助剂应用到到造纸生产中,能快速杀灭纸浆、白水体系中的各种微生物,显著降低或消除胶黏物在造纸过程中的沉积,改善和提高造纸系统的清洁度延长纸机清洗周期,减少抄造过程中的抄造障碍,提高造纸效率。同时生产过程没有因为腐浆和胶黏物使纸出现浆疤及孔洞等纸病,提高纸张质量。
Description
技术领域
本发明属造纸助剂技术领域,具体涉及一种改善造纸生产系统的多功能组合物及其在造纸生产中的应用。
背景技术
随着造纸工业的发展和环保要求的日趋严格,造纸生产中循环利用废纸原料和造纸白水以降低生产成本和减少环境污染。由于废纸原料中含有大量胶黏物、生产中使用大量化学助剂和填料,使得大量有机残留物质在白水体系中不断累积,加上有害微生物的生长繁殖,形成粘稠的胶粘物黏泥,沉降或附着于纸机设备和管道系统中,造成了严重的胶黏物沉积障碍(腐浆问题),影响正常的生产运行;或者悬浮于浆料中,黏附于纸张上,造成孔洞、斑点、变色、断头等纸病,降低了产品质量。腐浆问题会给生产过程及产品质量带来很大危害。
目前,在造纸生产中为了避免或者解决腐浆问题,在造纸过程中通常要加入各种杀菌剂杀灭和抑制微生物,同时还要加入胶黏物控制剂防止纸机设备和管路系统中胶黏物的沉积和堵塞。造纸生产过程中一般要使用两种不同的助剂,需要配备两套添加设备和两套添加工艺流程,分别连续添加或间歇式添加造纸杀菌剂和胶黏物控制剂,生产工艺复杂和生产成本增加;而且,抄纸湿部系统使用造纸助剂的品种越多,如果使用不当,助剂之间相互影响和干扰增加,容易造成湿部助剂效果的下降或失效。
发明内容
本发明针对造纸生产过程中存在的上述技术问题,提供一种含有杀菌抑菌效果的杀菌剂组分和控制胶黏物沉积功能的胶黏物控制剂组分的造纸助剂及其应用方法。该多功能造纸助剂是高效、多功能、稳定、安全的复合型产品,能快速杀灭纸浆、白水体系中的各种微生物,显著降低或消除胶黏物在造纸过程中的沉积。造纸生产过程中由使用两种不同的助剂,改为使用一种多功能造纸助剂,简化或减少工艺流程和添加设备,降低能耗和物耗,而且减少助剂之间的影响和干扰。为此,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种改善造纸生产系统的多功能组合物,其特征在于,所述多功能性组合物包括杀菌剂组分和胶粘物控制剂组分,杀菌剂组分与胶粘物控制剂组分混合的质量比为 1:0.1~0.8。
该组合物中,杀菌剂组分能快速杀灭纸浆、白水体系中的各种微生物,能有效地控制造纸生产系统中微生物黏泥的形成,几种杀菌剂配合使用,能拓宽菌谱群,能起到更好的协同杀菌作用,并且对造纸的黏泥有很好的渗透和分散作用,快速杀灭黏泥内部的微生物,分散并阻止黏泥的产生。
胶黏物控制剂组分具有降低胶黏物的黏性,还具有将失去黏性的稳定的胶黏物颗粒固着到纸张纤维上的功能,即兼具脱黏和固着两个功能,显著的降低或消除胶黏物在造纸过程中的沉积,有效的解决因微生物和胶黏物引起的纸机设备和管路系统的沉积堵塞和纸张的孔洞、斑点、断头等纸病问题,降低了停机洗机频率,提高纸张产品的品质和产量。
在经过大量创造性的研究工作后,本申请的发明人意外的发现合适比例的杀菌剂组分和胶粘物控制剂组分复配使用,具有协同增效作用,能进一步有效的控制或消除造纸生产系统中的微生物黏泥的形成和胶黏物的沉积,起到很好的改善和清洁造纸生产系统的作用,具有意料不到的效果。杀菌剂组分与胶粘物控制剂组分混合的质量比为 1:0.1~0.8时,产品比较稳定,协同增效作用最显著。
进一步地,本发明所述的杀菌剂组分包括聚六亚甲基胍类杀菌剂、异噻唑啉酮类杀菌剂、季铵盐杀菌剂、甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂、有机醛类杀菌剂、氯酚类杀菌剂、季磷盐类杀菌剂的一种或几种。
进一步地,本发明所述的胶黏物控制剂组分包括聚二甲铵表氯醇、聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵、聚乙烯亚铵、改性聚乙烯醇、苯乙烯顺丁烯二酐共聚物、聚氧化乙烯聚合物、聚氧化丙烯聚合物、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚、表面活性剂、脂肪酶、半纤维素酶、纤维素酶和酯酶的一种或几种。
进一步地,本发明提供了一种改善造纸生产系统的多功能组合物的应用,将上述多功能组合物作为主要基料,通过添加水、稳定剂和pH调节剂搅拌混合均匀,配置得到改善造纸生产系统的多功能造纸助剂,能显著改善和清洁造纸生产系统。
优选地,所述多功能组合物在造纸助剂中的质量百分比为10~80%。
进一步地,本发明提供了一种改善造纸生产系统的多功能造纸助剂,其特征在于,所述造纸助剂包括如下质量百分比的原料:
水 35~85%
稳定剂 0.5~5%
多功能组合物 10~80%
pH调节剂 适量
优选地,在一个具体的实施例中,所述造纸助剂各组分的重量百分比总和为100%。
优选地,所述稳定剂包括硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸铝、硬脂酸钾、硝酸镁、氯化镁的一种或两种。更优选地,稳定剂的使用量为助剂总质量的0.5~5%,对溶液起稳定作用。
优选地,所述pH调节剂包括酸或碱,调节溶液pH值至4~7,发挥杀菌剂和胶黏物控制剂的最佳活性。
进一步地,本发明还要求保护含有上述功能性组合物的造纸助剂的应用,将上述多功能造纸助剂直接加于抄纸过程中的成浆池、抄前池、冲浆槽或白水池中,其用量为每吨绝干浆100~1000克,根据造纸工艺的不同,采用连续添加或间歇式(每隔2~24小时一次)加入。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明提供了一种改善造纸生产系统的多功能造纸助剂,该多功能造纸助剂是高效、多功能、稳定、安全的复合型产品,能快速杀灭纸浆、白水体系中的各种微生物,显著降低或消除胶黏物在造纸过程中的沉积,是一种优秀的造纸杀菌剂兼胶黏沉积物控制剂。对于造纸厂家来说,使用一种助剂解决两个难题,这是技术的进步。
2、本发明创造性的研究和验证发现,合适比例的杀菌剂组分和胶粘物控制剂组分复配使用,具有协同增效作用,能进一步有效的控制或消除造纸生产系统中的微生物黏泥的形成和胶黏物的沉积,起到很好的改善和清洁造纸生产系统的作用,具有意料不到的效果。

通过实施例进一步阐述本发明的内容,而本发明的保护范围并非仅仅局限于以下实施例,并不是对本发明的限定。
实施例1
一种改善造纸生产系统的多功能造纸助剂,其组成和制备方法如下:在三口烧瓶中,开启搅拌,加入杀菌剂组分(聚六亚甲基盐酸胍12份;异噻唑啉酮10份;四羟甲基硫酸磷8份)30 份;胶黏物控制剂组分(聚二甲铵表氯醇15份;脂肪酶5份)20 份;水48份;氯化镁2份;pH调节剂适量调节溶液pH6 ,溶液搅拌均匀后即制备得到多功能造纸助剂。
实施例2
一种改善造纸生产系统的多功能造纸助剂,其组成和制备方法如下:在三口烧瓶中,开启搅拌,加入杀菌剂组分(聚六亚甲基盐酸胍12份;十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵10份;四羟甲基氯化磷8份)30 份;胶黏物控制剂组分(聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵12份;阳离子醚化聚乙烯醇 8份)20 份;水48份;氯化镁2份;pH调节剂适量调节溶液pH5 ,溶液搅拌均匀后即制备得到多功能造纸助剂。
实施例3
一种改善造纸生产系统的多功能造纸助剂,其组成和制备方法如下:在三口烧瓶中,开启搅拌,加入杀菌剂组分(聚六亚甲基盐酸胍12份;异噻唑啉酮10份;戊二醛8份)30 份;胶黏物控制剂组分(聚乙烯亚铵15份;纤维素酶5份)20 份;水48份;硝酸镁2份;pH调节剂适量调节溶液pH6 ,溶液搅拌均匀后即制备得到多功能造纸助剂。
实施例4
一种改善造纸生产系统的多功能造纸助剂,其组成和制备方法如下:在三口烧瓶中,开启搅拌,加入杀菌剂组分(异噻唑啉酮12份;十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵15份;1,12-亚十二烷基二(三丁基溴化磷)8份)35 份;胶黏物控制剂组分(聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵12份;阳离子醚化聚乙烯醇 8份)20 份;水43份;硝酸镁2份;pH调节剂适量调节溶液pH7 ,溶液搅拌均匀后即制备得到多功能造纸助剂。
实施例5
一种改善造纸生产系统的多功能造纸助剂,其组成和制备方法如下:在三口烧瓶中,开启搅拌,加入杀菌剂组分(异噻唑啉酮12份;十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵15份;戊二醛8份)35 份;胶黏物控制剂组分(聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵12份;聚二甲铵表氯醇 8份)20 份;水43份;硝酸镁2份;pH调节剂适量调节溶液pH7 ,溶液搅拌均匀后即制备得到多功能造纸助剂。
实施例6多功能造纸助剂应用试验
本发明提供的多功能造纸助剂在使用时,可以根据具体的生产条件,选择不同的加药点,加药量和加药方式,一般推荐在成浆池、抄前池、冲浆槽或白水池等部位加入;一般采用连续或间歇式的投药方式,每隔4~12小时一次,即每天加药2~6次;加药品量根据造纸工艺条件和造纸系统的污染程度,按照每天每吨纸加药100~1000克。
本发明提供的多功能造纸助剂的应用过程中,可以通过检测加药前后微生物数量水平和胶黏物去除率,统计停机清洗周期等,判断多功能造纸助剂的使用效果。
多功能造纸助剂在东莞某包装纸厂进行上机试验,该厂生产定量100~120g/m2瓦楞原纸,年产量100万吨,纸机车速400m/min,纸浆原料配比为90%国内回收废纸浆和10%木浆。分别用实施例1~5的多功能造纸助剂和对照药品添加在成浆池中,采用冲击式全自动计量加药,一天加药3次。进行连续一段时间的上机试验,数据统计见表1。

由上述表1可知,本发明的多功能造纸助剂能够有效的对造纸过程中的微生物和胶粘物进行控制,显著改善和提高了造纸系统的清洁度延长了纸机清洗周期,减少了抄造过程中的抄造障碍,抄造稳定,提高了造纸效率。同时生产过程没有因为腐浆和胶黏物使纸出现浆疤及孔洞等纸病,提高了纸张产品质量。
Claims (9)
1.一种改善造纸生产系统的多功能组合物,其特征在于,所述多功能性组合物包括杀菌剂组分和胶粘物控制剂组分,杀菌剂组分与胶粘物控制剂组分混合的质量比为 1:0.1~0.8。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改善造纸生产系统的多功能组合物,其特征在于,所述杀菌剂组分包括聚六亚甲基胍类杀菌剂、异噻唑啉酮类杀菌剂、季铵盐杀菌剂、甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂、有机醛类杀菌剂、氯酚类杀菌剂、季磷盐类杀菌剂的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种改善造纸生产系统的多功能组合物,其特征在于,所述胶黏物控制剂组分包括聚二甲铵表氯醇、聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵、聚乙烯亚铵、改性聚乙烯醇、苯乙烯顺丁烯二酐共聚物、聚氧化乙烯聚合物、聚氧化丙烯聚合物、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚、表面活性剂、脂肪酶、半纤维素酶、纤维素酶和酯酶的一种或几种。
4.权利要求1至3任一所述的一种改善造纸生产系统的多功能组合物的应用,其特征在于,将所述多功能组合物作为主要基料,通过添加水、稳定剂和pH调节剂搅拌混合均匀,配置得到改善造纸生产系统的多功能造纸助剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种改善造纸生产系统的多功能造纸助剂,所述多功能组合物在造纸助剂中的质量百分比为10~80%。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种改善造纸生产系统的多功能造纸助剂,其特征在于,所述造纸助剂包括如下质量百分比的原料:
水 35~85%
稳定剂 0.5~5%
多功能组合物 10~80%
pH调节剂 适量
各组分的重量百分比总和为100%。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种改善造纸生产系统的多功能造纸助剂,其特征在于,所述稳定剂包括硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸铝、硬脂酸钾、硝酸镁、氯化镁的一种或两种。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种改善造纸生产系统的多功能造纸助剂,其特征在于,所述pH调节剂包括酸或碱,调节溶液pH值至4~7。
9.权利要求4至8任一所述的一种改善造纸生产系统的多功能造纸助剂的应用,其特征在于,将多功能造纸助剂直接加于抄纸过程中的成浆池、抄前池、冲浆槽或白水池中,其用量为每吨绝干浆100 ~1000克,根据造纸工艺的不同,采用连续添加或间歇式(每隔2~24小时一次)加入。
