本发明属于消防安全配件领域,具体涉及一种消防安全绳。
背景技术
安全绳是一种用于连接安全带的辅助用绳,可配合自锁器进行攀登保护或者在发生火灾时进行高楼逃生救援,一般通过合成纤维编织而成。消防安全绳主要用于用于高层火灾中的逃生救援,现有的消防安全绳无法满足防火需求,一旦发生燃烧,极有可能导致安全绳发生断裂,同时由于高层建筑表面存在各类转角或者尖锐突起,也存在由于磨损发生断裂的安全隐患。
因此,针对以上问题研制出一种具有优秀防火以及耐磨性的消防安全绳是本领域技术人员所急需解决的难题。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种消防安全绳。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种消防安全绳,包括位于中部的钢丝绳芯以及缠绕于钢丝绳芯表面的防火耐磨绳;防火耐磨绳包括内绳与外绳;内绳均匀缠绕于钢丝绳芯的表面,且所形成升角为15~45°;外绳均匀缠绕于内绳的表面,且所形成升角为53~60°。
进一步地,防火耐磨绳由纤维绳芯通过表面压注防火耐磨浆液制得;防火耐磨浆液的组成成分以及各成分所占质量百分比分别为:间对甲酚:7~12份、混合树脂:7~15份、填充物:3~7份、聚甲醛:1~3份、矿物油:1~2份以及助剂:1~2份。
进一步地,防火耐磨绳的具体制备方法如下:将纤维绳芯浸泡至粗化液中,升温至25~40℃,浸泡3~5h后取出并转移至压力罐中,利用气蒸装置以及真空装置进行气蒸处理与真空处理的交替处理;再向压力罐中缓缓压注防火耐磨浆液,保持压力罐中压力不变;当防火耐磨浆液充满压力罐时,关闭压力罐的真空系统,并为防火耐磨浆液加压,直到纤维绳芯开始吸收防火耐磨浆液;当压力罐中的防火耐磨浆液不再减少时,停止加压,取出纤维绳芯。
进一步地,混合树脂由聚酯亚胺树脂、酚醛树脂以及多羟基丙烯酸树脂经过熔融搅拌混合而成。
进一步地,填充物为马来酸酐接枝、氧化硼、滑石粉、焦炭以及可膨胀石墨中任意几种的组合。
进一步地,助剂的组成成分以及各成分占助剂总质量的质量份数分别为:表面活性剂:3~5份、耐磨剂:2~4份、偶联剂:2~4份、增塑剂:2~4份以及阻燃剂:1~2份。

3.根据权利要求2所述的一种消防安全绳,其特征在于:所述防火耐磨绳的具体制备方法如下:将纤维绳芯浸泡至粗化液中,升温至25~40℃,浸泡3~5h后取出并转移至压力罐中,利用气蒸装置以及真空装置进行气蒸处理与真空处理的交替处理;再向压力罐中缓缓压注防火耐磨浆液,保持压力罐中压力不变;当防火耐磨浆液充满压力罐时,关闭压力罐的真空系统,并为防火耐磨浆液加压,直到纤维绳芯开始吸收防火耐磨浆液;当压力罐中的防火耐磨浆液不再减少时,停止加压,取出纤维绳芯。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种消防安全绳,其特征在于:所述混合树脂由聚酯亚胺树脂、酚醛树脂以及多羟基丙烯酸树脂经过熔融搅拌混合而成。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种消防安全绳,其特征在于:所述填充物为马来酸酐接枝、氧化硼、滑石粉、焦炭以及可膨胀石墨中任意几种的组合。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种消防安全绳,其特征在于:所述助剂的组成成分以及各成分占助剂总质量的质量份数分别为:表面活性剂:3~5份、耐磨剂:2~4份、偶联剂:2~4份、增塑剂:2~4份以及阻燃剂:1~2份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种消防安全绳,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为氟碳表面活性剂;所述耐磨剂为SI-50耐磨剂;所述阻燃剂为包覆红磷阻燃剂。
