Abstract
本发明涉及耐火保温材料领域,具体是一种防火耐火毯。一种防火耐火毯,包括底层耐火纤维防火层,在耐火纤维防火层的顶部设置有支撑层,所述支撑层内编织有若干防火胶囊,所述防火胶囊内填充为耐火材料,在支撑层上部设置有缓冲层,所述缓冲层内设置弹性体,所述弹性体内均匀填充阻燃剂,在缓冲层上部设置编织层。该种防火耐火毯,具有防火耐火效果好,应用范围广的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及耐火保温材料领域,具体是一种防火耐火毯。
背景技术
在家居、工厂、酒店等场所中,大都会用到地毯,现有技术中的地毯大都以棉、麻、毛、丝、草等天然纤维或化学合成纤维类原料,经手工或机械工业进行编结、栽绒或放置而成的地面铺覆物,可以减少噪声、隔热并起到装饰效果。但是在实际生活中,常会有男士吸烟过程中,将烟头掉落在地毯上,或者是工人将火种掉落在地毯上,不仅会毁坏地毯,甚至会导致大规模火灾的发生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种防火耐火毯,该种防火耐火毯,具有防火耐火效果好,应用范围广的特点。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明公开了一种防火耐火毯,包括底层耐火纤维防火层,在耐火纤维防火层的顶部设置有支撑层,所述支撑层内编织有若干防火胶囊,所述防火胶囊内填充为耐火材料,在支撑层上部设置有缓冲层,所述缓冲层内设置弹性体,所述弹性体内均匀填充阻燃剂,在缓冲层上部设置编织层。
优选的,所述支撑层由化工绳线编织而成。
优选的,所述支撑层内均匀分布着防火胶囊。
优选的,所述支撑层的厚度>耐火纤维防火层的厚度>缓冲层的厚度>编织层的厚度。
优选的,所述缓冲层采用弹性橡胶体,在缓冲层内均匀填充氢氧化铝微粉阻燃剂。
优选的,所述防火胶囊为椭球形结构。
本发明的有益效果在于:防火耐火效果好,最底层的耐火纤维防火层由耐火纤维制成,是防御火灾的最后一道防线,该层可以采用玻璃纤维、硅酸铝纤维等材料编制而成,不要求花纹颜色,主要起到耐火作用,即便顶层的毯体已经着火,也可以隔热避免火势继续延伸;在耐火纤维防火层上部设置支撑层,支撑层的厚度最大,重量最沉,可以使地毯稳固的附着在地面上,避免发生滑动,同时在支撑层内编织有若干的防火胶囊,防火胶囊内填充耐火材料,比如高岭土、莫来石等,在增加防火耐火能力的同时也可以增加毯体的重量,支撑层的编织材料可以采用常规编织材料,起到防火耐火作用的是防火胶囊内的耐火材料,为了保证支撑效果,防火胶囊的外壳可采用较硬的材料制成,比如金属等;在支撑层的上部设置缓冲层,缓冲层内填充弹性体,弹性体的存在可以保证隔音,增添行走的舒适度,可以采用弹性橡胶体等材料制成。由于弹性体一般为可燃材料制成,因此在弹性体内均匀填充阻燃剂,比如氢氧化铝微粉阻燃剂,因为氢氧化铝微粉阻燃剂颗粒较小、阻燃效果好且更加环保,因此可以在缓冲层内填充;在缓冲层的上部设置编织层,编织层采用常规编织材料,可以编织上花纹等,增加美观效果。
防火胶囊设置有椭球形结构,支撑、承重效果更好,且便于制造。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图所示,一种防火耐火毯,包括底层耐火纤维防火层1,在耐火纤维防火层1的顶部设置有支撑层2,所述支撑层2内编织有若干防火胶囊3,所述防火胶囊3内填充为耐火材料,在支撑层2上部设置有缓冲层4,所述缓冲层4内设置弹性体5,所述弹性体5内均匀填充阻燃剂6,在缓冲层4上部设置编织层7。
支撑层2由化工绳线编织而成,所述支撑层2内均匀分布着防火胶囊3。
支撑层2的厚度>耐火纤维防火层1的厚度>缓冲层4的厚度>编织层7的厚度。
缓冲层采用弹性橡胶体,在缓冲层内均匀填充氢氧化铝微粉阻燃剂6。
防火胶囊3为椭球形结构。
本发明的有益效果在于:防火耐火效果好,最底层的耐火纤维防火层1由耐火纤维制成,是防御火灾的最后一道防线,该层可以采用玻璃纤维、硅酸铝纤维等材料编制而成,不要求花纹颜色,主要起到耐火作用,即便顶层的毯体已经着火,也可以隔热避免火势继续延伸;在耐火纤维防火层1上部设置支撑层2,支撑层2的厚度最大,重量最沉,可以使地毯稳固的附着在地面上,避免发生滑动,同时在支撑层2内编织有若干的防火胶囊3,防火胶囊3内填充耐火材料,比如高岭土、莫来石等,在增加防火耐火能力的同时也可以增加毯体的重量,支撑层2的编织材料可以采用常规编织材料,起到防火耐火作用的是防火胶囊3内的耐火材料,为了保证支撑效果,防火胶囊3的外壳可采用较硬的材料制成,比如金属等;在支撑层2的上部设置缓冲层4,缓冲层4内填充弹性体5,弹性体5的存在可以保证隔音,增添行走的舒适度,可以采用弹性橡胶体等材料制成。由于弹性体5一般为可燃材料制成,因此在弹性体5内均匀填充阻燃剂6,比如氢氧化铝微粉阻燃剂6,因为氢氧化铝微粉阻燃剂6颗粒较小、阻燃效果好且更加环保,因此可以在缓冲层4内填充;在缓冲层4的上部设置编织层7,编织层7采用常规编织材料,可以编织上花纹等,增加美观效果。
防火胶囊3设置有椭球形结构,支撑、承重效果更好,且便于制造。
显然的,为保证毯体的整体牢固性,需要将隔层统一包裹编织在一起,进行包边。

1.一种防火耐火毯,其特征在于:包括底层耐火纤维防火层,在耐火纤维防火层的顶部设置有支撑层,所述支撑层内编织有若干防火胶囊,所述防火胶囊内填充为耐火材料,在支撑层上部设置有缓冲层,所述缓冲层内设置弹性体,所述弹性体内均匀填充阻燃剂,在缓冲层上部设置编织层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火耐火毯,其特征在于:所述支撑层由化工绳线编织而成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防火耐火毯,其特征在于:所述支撑层内均匀分布着防火胶囊。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种防火耐火毯,其特征在于:所述支撑层的厚度>耐火纤维防火层的厚度>缓冲层的厚度>编织层的厚度。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种防火耐火毯,其特征在于:所述缓冲层采用弹性橡胶体,在缓冲层内均匀填充氢氧化铝微粉阻燃剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种防火耐火毯,其特征在于:所述防火胶囊为椭球形结构。
