本发明涉及阻燃地毯技术领域,具体公开了一种阻燃结构及具有该阻燃结构的地毯,该阻燃结构包括基体,所述的基体上设有若干个容纳腔,所述容纳腔内设有弹性组件,所述的弹性组件上填充有阻燃剂,所述阻燃剂的填充高度不高于容纳腔的最外端面;所述阻燃地毯包括上述阻燃结构还包括网布底层,所述的网布底层上部设有上述阻燃结构,所述阻燃结构通过粘结层粘结簇绒层。本发明的阻燃结构在遇到着火点事,会喷撒出阻燃剂进行灭火,进一步提高了阻燃的效果,应用上述阻燃结构的地毯,大大提高了地毯的阻燃性能,同时地毯中设置的其他由防火材料制成的防火层,也提高了地毯的防火性能,本地毯还具有防潮、防滑的性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及阻燃地毯的技术领域,尤其是涉及一种阻燃结构及具有该阻燃结构的地毯。
背景技术
地毯,是以棉、麻、毛、丝、草等天然纤维或化学合成纤维类原料,经手工或机械工艺进行编结、栽绒或纺织而成的地面铺敷物,所以地毯很容易燃烧,一旦发生火灾,将造成严重的危害。
现有技术中的阻燃地毯,基本上是通过对表面簇绒层进行阻燃处理来实现地毯的阻燃,例如中国公开专利(申请号:ZL201310313414.5,专利名称:阻燃地毯),其采用的技术方案为:一种阻燃地毯,其包括底层、芯层和表层,所述底层和所述芯层粘接在一起,所述表层为密布在所述芯层上表面上且经阻燃液进行 过阻燃处理的毛绒线束层,所述底层上均布有多个排水的通孔。
上述技术方案中毛绒线束层经阻燃液进行阻燃处理,没有设置进一步的阻燃结构,其阻燃效果并不是很好。
因此,针对上述技术问题有必要提出一种新的阻燃结构及具有该阻燃结构的地毯。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的之一是提供一种阻燃结构,该阻燃结构在遇到着火点事,会喷撒出阻燃剂进行灭火,进一步提高了阻燃的效果。
本发明的上述发明目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种阻燃结构,包括基体,所述的基体上设有若干个容纳腔, 所述容纳腔内设有弹性组件,所述的弹性组件上填充有阻燃剂,所述阻燃剂的填充高度不高于容纳腔的最外端面。
通过采用上述技术方案:上述结构在遇到火情时,着火点会触发弹性组件,弹性组件反弹将其上的阻燃剂喷撒出去进行灭火,有效提高了阻燃的效果。
本发明在一较佳示例中可以进一步配置为:所述的弹性组件包括设置在容纳腔的气囊,与容纳腔顶端连接的弹性片,所述的弹性片向气囊一侧弯曲并抵接气囊。
通过采用上述技术方案:着火点点燃气囊,气囊爆破,通过其爆破力将本身压在其上的弹性片向外推出,放置在气囊和弹性片上的组件剂,在气囊的爆破以及弹性片的反弹推射作用下,向外喷撒出去进行快速灭火。
本发明在一较佳示例中可以进一步配置为:所述的弹性片包括连接部和反弹部,连接部一端与容纳腔顶端连接,另一端与反弹部连接,所述反弹部呈圆弧状并向气囊一侧弯曲抵接气囊。
通过采用上述技术方案:连接部一端与容纳腔顶端连接,此处的连接为硬性连接,不可相对转动,连接部的另一端与反弹部连接,此处的连接为软性连接,反弹部可以相对连接部转动,以便在气囊爆破时,能够使反弹部迅速弹出,反弹部呈圆弧状并向气囊一侧弯曲抵接气囊,这种状态为反弹部的初始状态,阻燃剂放置在弹性片和气囊上,然后通过其他的上层结构封装。
本发明在一较佳示例中可以进一步配置为:所述基体的下侧面上设有若干粘结槽。
通过采用上述技术方案:阻燃结构是一个构件,需要将其安装在其他结构上,例如粘结在地毯底层上形成阻燃地毯,粘结槽的作用就是便于该阻燃结构与其他层体或者结构粘结,增加粘结的接触面积,增强整体的牢固性。
本发明在一较佳示例中可以进一步配置为:所述基体由阻燃材料制成,单个所述的容纳腔由基体上表面横、竖交错的阻燃条围成。
通过采用上述技术方案:基体采用阻燃材料制成,进一步增强了整体的阻燃效果,阻燃条不仅围成了容纳腔,其本身还具有一定的阻燃作用,阻燃条与基体可以通过阻燃材料一体注塑成型。
本发明在一较佳示例中可以进一步配置为:所述阻燃条的截面呈梯形,所述横、竖交错的阻燃条围成容纳腔截面呈倒梯形。
通过采用上述技术方案:阻燃条的截面呈梯形,其围成的容纳腔的截面就会成倒梯形,如此设置后,当气囊受热或者由着火点爆破时,气体不只是受到底部的反作用力,倒梯形的容纳腔的侧壁也会对气体提供一个斜向上的反作用力,多个反作用力同时推向弹片的反弹部使其快速向外翻出,在翻出的过程中将阻燃剂喷撒出去进行灭火,提高了阻燃效果。
本发明在一较佳示例中可以进一步配置为:所述基体由阻燃材料制成,单个所述的容纳腔由基体上表面下凹形成,容纳腔的截面为倒梯形或者半圆形。
通过采用上述技术方案:此种结构,省去了阻燃条的设置,加工方式更为简单,容纳腔的截面设计为倒梯形或者半圆形的机理同上,不再赘述。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种阻燃地毯,在应用上述阻燃结构后,地毯在遇到着火点时,阻燃结构的弹性组件喷撒出阻燃剂对地毯进行灭火。
本发明的上述发明目的通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种阻燃地毯,包括上述任意一项所述的阻燃结构,还包括网布底层,所述的网布底层上部设有上述阻燃结构,所述阻燃结构通过粘结层粘结簇绒层。
通过采用上述技术方案:将上述阻燃结构应用到地毯中,形成一种新的阻燃地毯,大大提高了地毯的阻燃效果。
本发明在一较佳示例中可以进一步配置为:所述的网布底层的下侧面通过粘接有阻燃发泡胶层,阻燃发泡胶层的下侧面设置有铝箔玻璃布,铝箔玻璃布的下端面粘接有弹性网孔层,弹性网孔层的底部设置有防潮层,防潮层的下端面粘接有防滑垫。
通过采用上述技术方案:阻燃发泡胶层和铝箔玻璃布进一步提高了地毯的阻燃性能,弹性网孔层提高了地毯的舒适性,防潮层提高了地毯的防水性能,延长了地毯的使用寿命,防滑垫提高了地毯的防滑性能,防止踩踏时地毯滑移,造成人员受伤。
本发明在一较佳示例中可以进一步配置为:所述的阻燃结构通过基体下侧面设置的粘结槽与网布底层粘结。
通过采用上述技术方案:增加了粘结面积,提高了粘结强度。
综上所述,本发明包括以下至少一种有益技术效果:
1.该阻燃结构结构简单,在遇到着火点时,着火点触发弹性组件的气囊使其爆破,推动弹性片向外弹出,带动阻燃剂喷撒出去进行灭火,避免火情扩散。
2.应用上述阻燃结构的地毯,大大提高了地毯的阻燃性能,同时地毯中设置的其他由防火材料制成的防火层,也提高了地毯的防火性能,本地毯还具有防潮、防滑的性能。

实施例一
参照图1,本实施例提供的一种阻燃结构,包括基体1,基体1上设有若干个容纳腔2, 容纳腔2内设有弹性组件3,弹性组件3上填充有阻燃剂4,阻燃剂4的填充高度不高于容纳腔2的最外端面,其中,弹性组件3包括设置在容纳腔2的气囊31,与容纳腔2顶端连接的弹性片32,所述的弹性片32向气囊31一侧弯曲并抵接气囊31,阻燃剂4上表面不能高于容纳腔2的上端面,留设有空间,便于着火点引发气囊31爆破抛撒阻燃剂4。
参照图2,为了使弹性片能更好的弹出,弹性片32包括连接部321和反弹部322,连接部321一端与容纳腔2顶端连接,此处的连接为硬性连接,不可相对转动,连接部321的另一端与反弹部322连接,此处的连接为软性连接,反弹部322可以相对连接部321转动,以便在气囊爆破时,能够使反弹部322迅速弹出,喷撒阻燃剂。
为了能够更好的使该阻燃结构与其他结构进行高强度粘结,在基体1的下侧面上设有若干粘结槽5,粘结槽5的截面形状可以为楔形槽、矩形槽或者半圆形槽中的一种。
参照图1和图3,为了进一步提高阻燃性能,基体1由阻燃材料制成,单个容纳腔2由基体1上表面横、竖交错的阻燃条6围成,交错方式为正交。阻燃条6的截面呈梯形,从而横、竖交错的阻燃条6围成容纳腔2截面呈倒梯形,当气囊受热或者由着火点爆破时,气体不只是受到底部的反作用力,倒梯形的容纳腔2的侧壁也会对气体提供一个斜向上的反作用力,多个反作用力同时推向弹片的反弹部使其快速向外翻出,在翻出的过程中将阻燃剂喷撒出去进行灭火,提高了阻燃效性能。
参照图4,本实施例的另一个目的提供了一种阻燃地毯,包括上述的阻燃结构,还包括网布底层7,网布底层7上部设有上述阻燃结构,阻燃结构通过粘结层8粘结簇绒层9。将上述的阻燃结构应用到地毯上,提高了地毯的阻燃性能。
参照图4,为了进一步提高地毯的阻燃性能,在网布底层7的下侧面粘接有阻燃发泡胶层10,阻燃发泡胶层10的下侧面设置有铝箔玻璃布11,阻燃发泡胶层10和铝箔玻璃布11,不仅提高了地毯的阻燃性能,更加强了地毯的整体结构性,铝箔玻璃布11的下端面粘接有弹性网孔层12,弹性网孔层12在人们踩踏到地毯上时,提高了舒适性,弹性网孔层12的底部设置有防潮层13,可以是地毯具有防水性能,防潮层13的下端面粘接有防滑垫14,可防止地毯在经踩踏时产生滑移。
为了进一步增强阻燃机构与地毯的粘结强度,基体1的下侧设有粘结槽5,阻燃结构通粘结槽5与网布底层7粘结。
参照图5,阻燃剂4为现有技术中常见的粉末状的阻燃剂,在气囊31在爆破时,给弹性片32一个向外的作用力,弹性片32迅速反弹将阻燃剂4抛撒出去进行灭火,其中弹性片32可以设置成两个,呈十字形交叉,阻燃剂的抛撒效果更好,但不宜设置很多个覆盖住气囊,防止着火点不能点燃气囊,导致不能快速灭火。
实施例二
参照图6,本实施例提供的一种阻燃结构,包括基体1,基体1上设有若干个容纳腔2, 容纳腔2内设有弹性组件3,弹性组件3上填充有阻燃剂4,阻燃剂4的填充高度不高于容纳腔2的最外端面。其中,弹性组件3包括设置在容纳腔2的气囊31,与容纳腔2顶端连接的弹性片32,所述的弹性片32向气囊31一侧弯曲并抵接气囊31。
本实施例与实施例一的不同之处在于:为了能够便于加工,基体1由阻燃材料制成,单个容纳腔2由基体1上表面直接下凹形成,可以采用模具注塑的方式一体式加工成型,容纳腔2的截面为倒梯形或者半圆形,其作用机理同实施例一。
本实施方式省去了阻燃条的设置,加工方式更为简单,其他同实施例一,此处不再赘述。
本具体实施方式的实施例均为本发明的较佳实施例,并非依此限制本发明的保护范围,故:凡依本发明的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (3)
1.一种阻燃地毯,其特征在于,包括阻燃结构,还包括网布底层(7),所述的网布底层(7)上部设有上述阻燃结构,所述阻燃结构通过粘结层(8)粘结簇绒层(9);
所述阻燃结构,包括基体(1),所述的基体(1)上设有若干个容纳腔(2), 所述容纳腔(2)内设有弹性组件(3),所述的弹性组件(3)上填充有阻燃剂(4),所述阻燃剂(4)的填充高度不高于容纳腔(2)的最外端面;
所述的弹性组件(3)包括设置在容纳腔(2)的气囊(31),与容纳腔(2)顶端连接的弹性片(32),所述的弹性片(32)向气囊(31)一侧弯曲并抵接气囊(31);
所述的弹性片(32)包括连接部(321)和反弹部(322),连接部(321)一端与容纳腔(2)顶端连接,另一端与反弹部(322)连接,所述反弹部(322)呈圆弧状并向气囊(31)一侧弯曲抵接气囊(31);
所述基体(1)的下侧面上设有若干粘结槽(5);
所述基体(1)由阻燃材料制成,单个所述的容纳腔(2)由基体(1)上表面的横、竖交错的阻燃条(6)围成;
所述阻燃条(6)的截面呈梯形,所述横、竖交错的阻燃条(6)围成容纳腔(2)截面呈倒梯形;
所述基体(1)由阻燃材料制成,单个所述的容纳腔(2)由基体(1)上表面下凹形成,容纳腔(2)的截面为倒梯形或者半圆形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃地毯,其特征在于,所述的网布底层(7)的下侧面粘接有阻燃发泡胶层(10),阻燃发泡胶层(10)的下侧面设置有铝箔玻璃布(11),铝箔玻璃布(11)的下端面粘接有弹性网孔层(12),弹性网孔层(12)的底部设置有防潮层(13),防潮层(13)的下端面粘接有防滑垫(14)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃地毯,其特征在于,所述阻燃结构通过基体(1)下侧面设置的粘结槽(5)与网布底层(7)粘结。
