药酒是一种浸出制剂。即干燥的植物药材或食物，其组织细胞萎缩，细胞液中的各种成分以结晶或无定形沉淀的方式存在于细胞中，为浸出其有效成分需要作为溶媒的酒液浸润药材并进入细胞之中，继之发挥乙醇良好的解吸作用，溶解其可溶性成分，使之转入溶媒之中。溶媒在细胞内溶解了很多物质后，使细胞内溶液浓度显著高于细胞外而形成浓度差。正是靠这种浓度差，使细胞内的高浓度浸出液不断向低浓度方向的细胞外扩散，同时稀溶液又不断进入药材细胞内，这样就使药物中的可溶性成分逐渐溶于酒中。
随着现在社会的不断发展，人们生活节奏不断加快，人们的身体健康出现了各种问题，再加人们现在不注重身体，随意熬夜，缺乏运动，导致人们出现不同程度的头发花白甚至脱发现象，更有严重者头发大量掉落，影响美观。而且，由于身体健康状况不佳，出现精神萎靡，情绪低落，视力模糊，听力下降的问题，种种都会严重影响人们的生活。
人们现在已经有了养生意识，而养生最方便快捷的方式便是服用药酒，但是现有药酒多用酒精浸泡多种药材，没有针对性，效果差，所以如何提供一种针对性强，能够更好的促进人们身体健康，使得人们精力充沛，精神百倍的养生酒成为本领域技术人员首要解决的问题。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是如何提供一种能针对性强，能够更好的促进人们身体健康，使得人们精力充沛，精神百倍的养生酒。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下：一种养生酒，包括原料药，所述原料药采用如下配比获得：首乌4-8份，苍术1-2份，枸杞1-2份，天门冬 1-2份，黄精1-2份，槐角2-4份，石菖蒲1-2份，人参1-2份，菊花2-4份，茯苓2-4份，麦冬1-2份，莲心2-4份，桑葚子2-4份，蒺藜1-2份和天麻1-2 份。
本发明所采用的原料药，药效以及药理如下所示：首乌，【药效】补精益血，解毒，润肠通便，【药理】促进造血功能、增强免疫功能、降血脂、抗动脉粥样硬化、增加冠脉血流量、抗心肌缺血、抗衰老、保肝及抗菌；苍术，【药效】辛、苦，温。归脾、胃、肝经，燥湿健脾，祛风散寒，明目，【药理】主湿困脾胃，倦怠嗜卧，胞痞腹胀，食欲不振，表证夹湿，头身重痛；枸杞，【药效】补肾益精，养肝明目，补血安神，生津止渴，润肺止咳，【药理】枸杞能够调节机体免疫功能、能有效抑制肿瘤生长和细胞突变、具有延缓衰老、抗脂肪肝、调节血脂和血糖、促进造血功能，主要用于治疗肝肾阴亏、腰膝酸软、头晕、健忘、目眩、目昏多泪、消渴；天门冬，【药效】抗氧化、延缓衰老，抗菌，【药理】主治阴虚发热，咳嗽吐血，肺痿，肺痈，咽喉肿痛，消渴，便秘，小便不利；黄精，【药效】抗疲劳作用，抗氧化作用，延缓衰老作用，补气养阴，健脾，润肺，益肾，【药理】主要用于脾胃虚弱，体倦乏力，口干食少，肺虚燥咳，精血不足，内热消渴；槐角，【药效】性味与归经，苦，寒，归肝、大肠经，清热，润肝，凉血，止血，【药理】清热泻火，凉血止血。用于肠热便血，痔肿出血，肝热头痛，眩晕目赤，石菖蒲，【药效】味辛，苦，性微温，化痰开窍，化湿行气，祛风利痹，消肿止痛，【药理】主热病神昏，痰厥，健忘，耳鸣，耳聋，脘腹胀痛，噤口痢，风湿痹痛，跌打损伤；人参，【药效】大补元气，固脱生津，安神，【药理】治劳伤虚损，食少，倦怠，久虚不复，气血津液不足；菊花，【药效】味辛，甘，苦；性微寒，归肺、肝经，【药理】能疏散风热，清肝明目，平肝阳，解毒，有镇静、解热，明显扩张冠状动脉，可增强毛细血管抵抗力；茯苓，【功效】利水渗湿，健脾，安神，【药理】本品利尿、增强机体免疫功能、调节肠胃功能、保肝、镇静、抗肿瘤、抗菌；麦冬，【功效】甘、微苦，微寒，养阴润肺、益胃生津、清心除烦，【药理】用于肺燥干咳，阴虚痨嗽，喉痹咽痛，津伤口渴，内热消渴，心烦失眠，肠燥便秘；莲心，【功效】味苦，清热，固精，安神，强心，【药理】治疗高血压、心悸和失眠；桑葚子，【功效】性味甘，平，无毒，显著提高人体免疫力，具有延缓衰老，美容养颜，【药理】降血压，清肝明目；蒺藜，【功效】性味辛，苦，微温，归肝经，平肝解郁，活血祛风，明目，止痒，【药理】用于头痛眩晕，胸胁胀痛，乳闭乳痈，目赤翳障，风疹瘙痒；天麻，【功效】味甘、性平，入肝经，平肝息风止痉，【药理】用于头痛眩晕，肢体麻木，小儿惊风，癫痫抽搐，破伤风。
本发明所选取的原料药，首乌、苍术、枸杞、天门冬、黄精、槐角、石菖蒲、人参、菊花、茯苓、麦冬、莲心、桑葚子、蒺藜和天麻，药效协同作用，具有补血安神、抗衰老、抗疲劳、抗氧化、清肝明目、安神的效果，可以有效针对失眠健忘、脱发、精神萎靡、情绪低落、视力模糊和听力下降的问题进行改善，坚持服用使得服用者具有乌须黑发，齿落更生，耳目聪明，精力充沛，精神百倍的效果。本发明所选取的原料药之间，配伍科学，各个药物之间协同作用，更好的对身体进行调理改善，达到养生的效果。
进一步的，所述原料药还包括北细辛0.5-1份，肉苡蓉1-2份，白术0.5-1 份，防风1-2份，熟地2-4份，五加皮1-2份，苍耳子1-2份，甘草1-2份，牛夕1-2份，杜仲1-2份和当归1-2份。
这样，北细辛、肉苡蓉、白术、防风、熟地、五加皮、苍耳子、甘草、牛夕、杜仲和当归，可以有效针对肾脏、脾脏进行调理，疏通经络，增强筋骨，祛除风湿，调理气血，改善人的精神面貌，使得人们容光焕发，精神百倍。
进一步的，所述原料药还包括8-15份的冰糖。
这样，冰糖，补中益气，和胃润肺，调理气血，而且，冰糖具有润肺、止咳、清痰、和去火的作用，可以更好的调理身体。再者，冰糖可以其他的原料药的中药味，方便人们饮用。
进一步的，所述养生酒还包括用于浸泡原料药的白酒，所述白酒的酒精度为60°。

一种养生酒，包括原料药，所述原料药采用如下配比获得：首乌4份，苍术1份，枸杞1份，天门冬1份，黄精1份，槐角2份，石菖蒲1份，人参 1-份，菊花2份，茯苓2份，麦冬1份，莲心2份，桑葚子2份，肉苡蓉1份，蒺藜1份和天麻1份；北细辛0.5份，白术0.5份，防风1份，熟地2份，五加皮1份，苍耳子1份，甘草1份，牛夕1份，杜仲1份和当归1份；冰糖8份，将上述原料药浸泡到酒精度为60°的白酒中，浸泡时间为7天。
实施例二：
一种养生酒，包括原料药，所述原料药采用如下配比获得：首乌8份，苍术2份，枸杞2份，天门冬2份，黄精2份，槐角4份，石菖蒲2份，人参 2份，菊花4份，茯苓4份，麦冬2份，莲心4份，桑葚子4份，肉苡蓉2份，蒺藜2份和天麻2份；北细辛1份，白术1份，防风2份，熟地4份，五加皮2 份，苍耳子2份，甘草2份，牛夕2份，杜仲2份和当归2份；冰糖8份，将上述原料药浸泡到酒精度为60°的白酒中，浸泡时间为7天。
实施例三：
一种养生酒，包括原料药，所述原料药采用如下配比获得：首乌6份，苍术1.5份，枸杞1.5份，天门冬1.5份，黄精1.5份，槐角3份，石菖蒲1.5份，人参1.5份，菊花3份，茯苓3份，麦冬1.5份，莲心3份，桑葚子3份，肉苡蓉1.5份，蒺藜1.5份和天麻1.5份；北细辛0.7份，白术0.7份，防风1.5份，熟地3份，五加皮1.5份，苍耳子1.5份，甘草1.5份，牛夕1.5份，杜仲1.5份和当归1.5份；冰糖8份，将上述原料药浸泡到酒精度为60°的白酒中，浸泡时间为7天。
服用方法：每天2-3次，饭后服用，每次服用30-50ml。
临床效果：
病人李某，年龄47，掉发严重，失眠健忘，精神萎靡，情绪低落，饮用本养生酒，每天3次，每次50ml，三个月后，原本头发掉落的区域新生毛发，整个人精力充沛，精神状态好，面部光泽度好。

1.一种养生酒，其特征在于，包括原料药，所述原料药采用如下配比获得：首乌4-8份，苍术1-2份，枸杞1-2份，天门冬1-2份，黄精1-2份，槐角2-4份，石菖蒲1-2份，人参1-2份，菊花2-4份，茯苓2-4份，麦冬1-2份，莲心2-4份，桑葚子2-4份，蒺藜1-2份和天麻1-2份。
2.如权利要求1所述的养生酒，其特征在于，所述原料药还包括北细辛0.5-1份，肉苡蓉1-2份，白术0.5-1份，防风1-2份，熟地2-4份，五加皮1-2份，苍耳子1-2份，甘草1-2份，牛夕1-2份，杜仲1-2份和当归1-2份。
3.如权利要求1-2任一项权利要求所述的养生酒，其特征在于，所述原料药还包括8-15份的冰糖。
4.根据权利要求1所述的养生酒，其特征在于，所述养生酒还包括用于浸泡原料药的白酒，所述白酒的酒精度为60°。
5.根据权利要求4所述的养生酒，其特征在于，所述原料药在所述白酒中浸泡时间为7天。
