背景技术
随着时间推移,管道会泄漏或结构性失效,并周期性地需要更换或维修。更换某些管道,尤其是地下的,诸如雨水管或下水道管,可能极为困难或昂贵。因此,已开发了维修处于难以达到的位置的管道的技术,无需实际上更换管道。
一项维修技术包括使用可被插入旧管道以基本替代旧管道的原位固化管道内衬。具体地说,已知原位固化管道内衬,其中柔性管或保护套被用于旧管道的内径内衬。内衬可在背衬有树脂的内衬上构建,或可在初始安装期间涂敷树脂。内衬可通过多种已知技术中的一种自一个进入点安装到另一点。内衬在管道中就位后,树脂固化且内衬基本成为旧管道内的新管道。树脂可通过多种已知技术中的一种固化,包括UV固化。由于多个原因,原位固化管道内衬的是成本有效的,包括由于仅在要装衬的管道段的上游端和下游端需要接近,这两端通常可通过检查井便利地接近。

发明内容
本申请描述了连续织物和使用连续织物形成用于加强管道的修复内衬的方法。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种制造用于强化管道的修复内衬的制造方法,所述制造方法包括:提供具有顶层、顶部中间层、底部中间层和底层的连续织物;和以所述顶层向外的定向和所述顶层基本覆盖所述内衬的长度的重叠模式围绕心轴包裹所述连续织物,其中所述顶层的宽度小于所述连续织物的宽度,并且所述顶层的纤维密度小于所述底部中间层的纤维密度。

纤维内衬可包括两层或多层。每层可包括适于提供期望的结构质量的任何类型的纤维。各层中的强化纤维可以是任何类型的有机或合成纤维。在一些示例性实施例中,强化纤维包括玻璃、碳、聚酯纤维、聚烯烃、尼龙、芳族聚酰胺、聚酯(亚苯基硫醚)、聚砜(PS)、聚醚砜(PES)、聚丙烯腈(PAN)、碳化硅(SiC)、氮化硼和类似物质中的任一种或多种。在一些示例性实施例中,纤维(或层)可以是包括多个不同类型的纤维的混合纤维(或层)。
本发明相对现有技术的至少一个优势是纤维的不对称特性。织物在织物布置或密度上和在结构尺寸上两方面均不对称。纤维在织物中分布以有益于原位固化管道外侧的机械特性和原位固化管道内侧的表面抛光特性。织物的物理尺寸允许用于加强不对称织物分布的卷绕工艺。
不对称特性可进一步根据纤维重量描述。在浸渗工艺之后,由于玻璃内衬的不对称纤维质量,管道复合材料中存在不同的树脂层。创新织物在织物将暴露于管道内侧并易受磨损和高压操作以及测试影响的一侧具有更大数量的遮蔽层或细毡纤维。更大数量的纤维提高浸渗中的树脂含量。更小数量的遮蔽层或细毡纤维位于中心并朝向管道的外侧,以提高管道的这些部分的机械特性。

现在参照附图,连续织物的横截面视图在图1a中示出。示例性连续织物10以轮廓图的形式示出。本领域技术人员应将织物10理解为任何用于形成加强管道的修复内衬的连续织物。织物10一般可包括纤维。织物可具有任意数量的织物层。织物可由以不同玻璃纤维制造方法制成的层制成,各层具有多种玻璃密度。
相当大数量的连续织物以卷的形式制成用于暂时储存。如图1c中所见,示出了连续织物卷的透视图。连续卷10被显示自卷30展开。织物10将被制造、卷起、展开和包裹使得处于未安装位置的内衬具有面向外的阶梯。
连续织物10包括连续的第一部分12和连续的第二部分14。每个部分12、14基本沿织物10的长度延伸。图1是沿连续织物10的长度的任一点处的典型截面视图。如图所示,织物的一部分比织物的另一部分更厚。在图1a中,所显示的第一部分12和第二部分14的跨过整个宽度的厚度是恒定的,但厚度可变,本文将就此讨论。无论厚度是否变化,第二部分的最大厚度将大于第一部分的最大厚度。关于织物10,第一部分12具有厚度H2,第二部分14具有厚度H1。如图所示,第一部分12的厚度H2小于第二部分的厚度H1。例如,厚度H1可以是850mm。
织物的两部分间的厚度的差异产生了肩或阶梯。阶梯可用作以重叠模式围绕心轴卷绕织物的引导部,使得基本上只有第二部分在织物卷绕中可见。具体地说,织物围绕心轴卷绕使得下一次包裹基本上处在阶梯上游的相邻位置和第一部分的顶面上。这一包裹技术在本文更详细地讨论。
第一部分和第二部分之间并不旨在存在巨大的厚度差异。如本文所讨论的,该差异旨在(与其他特征一同)产生用于围绕心轴包裹织物的细微的阶梯。参照图1a,阶梯22具有高度H3。该阶梯高度可变。例如,第一部分和第二部分之间厚度的数量差异可以是1mm。阶梯高度可通过两部分之间的厚度差异间接估计。示例性实施例的第一部分的最大厚度介于第二部分的最大厚度的75%和95%之间。本领域技术人员可理解两部分之间厚度数量差异可在本发明的实践中变化。
通过一种或多种技术,各部分可具有不同的厚度。例如,一部分中的一个或多个区域的区段可包括小于该部分的其他区段的纤维密度。例如,第一部分12的边缘区段16中的一些或全部和第二部分14的边缘区段18中的一些或全部以分别少于第一部分12和第二部分14的剩余部分的纤维制成。由此,相比于第一部分12和第二部分14,区段16、18可在包裹操作中分别与第一部分12和第二部分14成比例地更多地压缩。
第一部分和第二部分的宽度也可不同。在一个实施例中,第一部分可是第二部分的宽度的两倍或更多倍。再次参照图1a,连续织物10具有总宽度W1。第一部分12具有宽度W3,第二部分14具有宽度W2。如图所示,第一部分12的宽度W3大于第二部分14的宽度W2
第一部分或第二部分的实际宽度,或相互的比率,将在本发明的实践中变化。例如,第一部分的宽度可变。第一部分的示例性宽度介于300mm和1300mm之间。第一部分与第二部分的宽度的比率可变。例如,第一部分的宽度可介于连续织物的总宽度的30%和90%之间。示例性的第二部分可具有介于100mm和500mm之间的宽度。第二部分的宽度可介于连续织物的总宽度的10%和50%之间。如所讨论的,本领域技术人员将理解两部分物理尺寸的差异可在本发明的实践中变化。
如本文中所讨论的,任一或两个部分的厚度从连续织物的一个边缘到另一个边缘可变。在一个实施例中,每个部分在织物的外边缘附近减薄。该减薄有利于包裹模式,以使阶梯图案最小化,防止从织物到最终包裹内衬重复。换言之,没有外边缘附近的减薄,每个后面的织物环将被布置在相对于邻近的上游环的“提高”的位置。由此,内衬的最终外观将是暴露的第二部分的每个环的顶面,该环将被提高或具有使其与下一个环分离的尖锐的边缘。减薄允许后面的环向下嵌套,使得内衬的外表面更光滑。这一包裹技术在本文中被更详细地讨论。
现参照图1b,示出另一连续织物的横截面视图。示例性织物20沿边缘具有减小的厚度。具体地说,第一部分和第二部分的厚度在连续织物的外边缘处都更小。如图所示,厚度显示为随着沿织物的底部外边缘的“厚度损失”而减小,但该图示仅用于示例。在本发明的实践中,第一部分12的边缘区段16中的一些或全部和第二部分14的边缘区段18的一些或全部以分别小于第一部分12和第二部分14的剩余部分的纤维密度制成。边缘区段16、18从而分别与第一部分12和第二部分14成比例地在包裹应用中压缩更多。压缩将发生在纤维缺失的一层或多层中。本领域技术人员将理解,当方法是减少纤维时,朝向外边缘的厚度的差异尺寸上不是精确的并将在包裹层的整个长度上变化。
可从其他角度而非厚度研究创新织物。例如,织物的密度可在织物的不同部分中变化。例如,织物可包括顶层和一个或多个底层。顶层的密度可小于至少一个或多个底层中的至少一个的密度。密度的变化被认为对抛光内衬的结构特性具有有利的影响。这些特性在本文中更详细地讨论。
另一连续织物的横截面视图在图2a中显示。织物40包括第一部分12和第二部分14。第二部分包括不在第一部分24中的顶层26。第一部分由一个或多个形成基底24的层形成。顶层26具有小于形成基底24的一层或多层的整体密度的密度。如此,第一部分的密度大于第二部分的密度。连续织物40的卷30的透视图在图2a中显示。

本领域技术人员将理解,纤维外边缘的厚度在不发明的实践中可变。例如,基底层沿连续织物的外边缘厚度可小于40mm。在另一示例性织物中,基底层沿连续织物的外边缘厚度可小于5mm。在另一示例性织物中,基底层沿连续织物的外边缘厚度可小于2mm。在另一示例性织物中,基底沿连续织物的外边缘厚度可小于1mm。
基底层在与外边缘的距离上逐渐增厚直到它达到标准厚度或最大厚度,该距离在本发明的实践中也可变化。例如,基底层在自外边缘的50mm的距离上厚度可变。在另一示例性织物中,基底层在自外边缘的小于25mm的距离上厚度变化。在另一示例性织物中,基底层在自外边缘的小于10mm的距离上厚度变化。
现参照图5a,示出具有多层的连续织物的横截面视图。该织物共具有四层。多层织物包括顶层、顶部中间层、底部中间层和底层。顶层的宽度小于连续织物的宽度。三层覆盖了织物的整个宽度,而顶层仅覆盖织物的顶面的一部分。如本文所讨论的,顶面参照在卷绕定向期间面向上的表面标示。在安装中反转后,该表面在安装定向期间面向内,本领域技术人员将理解织物中层的数量在本发明的实践中可变。
图5a中所示示例性织物100包括具有宽度W22的顶层102。示例性织物100的平面视图在图5b中显示。如所讨论的,所示的宽度小于织物的总宽度W20的三分之一。顶层可以是所谓的遮蔽层并包括随机定向纤维。例如,顶层可具有介于10-80g/m2之间的纤维密度。这一相对低的纤维密度在卷绕的暴露的顶层中具有有利的特性,如本文所讨论的。
下一层,或基底层中的最上层,是顶部中间层104。顶部中间层也可以是遮蔽层并包括随机定向纤维。但是,顶部中间层的纤维重量可与顶层不同。顶部中间层104也可具有介于10-50g/m2之间的纤维密度。如本文中所讨论的,顶部中间层104在卷绕操作完成时大体上被覆盖。但是,遮蔽层104为被认为具有有利特性的顶层102提供背衬。

示例性织物100的第三层具有不同的纤维特性。底部中间层106一般具有比顶层102或顶部中间层104更高的密度。例如,底部中间层106可包括长的定向切割的纤维。该层在其大部分或全部的宽度上可具有300-600g/m2的纤维密度。如图所示,底部中间层106包括沿纤维含量较少的连续织物的外边缘的边缘区段110、112。由此,织物100将在卷绕应用期间变得沿连续织物的外边缘比沿连续织物中心更薄。
现将讨论卷绕后外边缘的厚度。本领域技术人员将理解织物卷绕后其外边缘的厚度可在本发明的实践中变化。例如,相比于沿连续织物100的中心线的底部中间层106,沿连续织物100的外边缘的底部中间层106可以薄10%。从数量意义上说,底部中间层106沿连续织物的外边缘可小于5mm厚。在另一实例中,底部中间层106沿连续织物的外边缘可小于2mm厚。在另一实例中,底部中间层的沿连续织物的外边缘可小于1mm厚。
包裹时,织物的底层距心轴最远,安装时则距管道最近。示例性织物100的底层108覆盖织物宽度的全部,且从一个边缘到另一个边缘大致具有相同纤维含量。底层108可包括随机切割的纤维。底层108的纤维密度可介于100-400g/m2之间。在另一实施例中,底层108可包括连续纬向纤维,底层108的纤维密度可介于35g/m2和700g/m2之间,诸如举例来说,55g/m2
现参照图5c,示出具有多层的连续织物的横截面视图。织物200具有从一个边缘到另一个边缘基本不变的厚度。例如,厚度T20可介于75mm和100mm之间。织物200包括第一部分12和第二部分14。第一部分比第二部分更宽。顶层14的密度小于第一中间部分212的密度或小于底部中间部分112的密度。由此,第一部分12的至少一部分的密度大于第二部分14的至少一部分的密度。

表1包括由四个示例织物中的每一个的卷绕和固化的叠层的数据。每个织物可包括多达三层或更多层,诸如例如,顶层、顶部中间层和底部中间层,诸如例如,图5b中的织物100。测试中,每个样品A、B、C、D的一卷或多卷被用于制成卷绕层叠件。层叠件使用标准UV-可固化CIPP树胶制成,诸如例如,基于成分和性质依据DIN18820gr.3或EN13121gr.4的临苯二甲酸和新戊二醇(ortho/npg)。
第一个样品A是现有技术产品。样品A不包括顶层和顶部中间层。包括在表1中的测试数据包括由样品A的织物制成的层叠件的挠曲E-模量和挠曲强度。
样品B、C和D也包括在表1中。样品B和C由30g/m2的遮蔽层的顶部中间层构造。该顶部中间层被认为过薄而难以保证长期抵抗固化管道内层的磨损。相反,样品D具有厚度增大的50g/m2顶部中间层。但是,如表1中所见,增大的厚度对机械特性有直接的和消极的影响,且相对样品B和C成本更高。
现将讨论依据本发明构造的多个玻璃内衬的材料特性。现将参照表2讨论这些特性。

本发明指向位于内衬的内侧的具有厚层、具有耐用性的织物和薄的顶部中间层。结果是,该织物可被卷绕并固化成具有较高机械特性的层叠件,诸如例如,如样品B和C所提供的,而不牺牲内层的耐用性,如样品D所提供的。
样品E是具有与样品B和C类似的构造的创新织物,但由于定向纤维含量增大,被认为具有提高的特性。例如,定向纤维可高达69%。具有样品E的特性的织物被认为,在被卷绕和固化成层叠件时,将具有相对样品A-D提高的机械特性和耐用性,诸如例如,层叠件可具有18800MPa的挠曲E-模量和460MPa的挠曲强度。
另一提出的创新的织物的特性在表2中作为样品F描述。此样品具有与样品E类似的构造,但除增大的定向纤维含量之外,样品F在顶部中间层(25g/m2)上增加了顶层(25g/m2)以保证内表面质量而不影响机械特性。织物被认为具有样品F的特性,在卷绕并固化为层叠件时,可具有相对样品A-D提高的机械特性和耐用性,诸如例如,层叠件可具有18500MPa的挠曲E-模量和440MPa的挠曲强度。
以下将讨论使用创新织物的方法。织物将以重叠模式应用于心轴以形成内衬。织物卷绕的一般工艺技术上已知,本领域技术人员将理解任何已知的和可接受的心轴卷绕机械可用于本发明的实践。例如,图6是将图5a中的连续织物100应用于心轴的透视图。薄膜袋,或保护套(未显示),在卷绕开始之前被布置在心轴上方。随着沿方向A2围绕心轴120应用织物100,心轴沿轴向A1旋转,保护套沿轴向A1移动或受拉。
另一示例性方法在图7中显示。在这个透视图中,连续织物被应用于心轴120。在此方法中,连续织物100被选定具有顶层、顶部中间层和底部中间层。如本文中参照图5a所讨论的,顶层的宽度小于连续织物的宽度,顶层的纤维密度小于底部中间层的纤维密度。此外,通过改变心轴轴线的环行方向以与A1相反的方向应用织物是可能的。
如技术上已知的,可在卷绕工艺中使用多个卷。在这一卷绕工艺中,使用两个织物卷。随着织物处于第一安装卷132上,连续织物100以顶层向外的定向和顶层基本覆盖内衬的长度的重叠模式围绕心轴120包裹。在织物的下游,第二层被应用于保护套上方。如图所示,连续织物136从第二安装卷134包裹并应用于心轴120。第二连续织物136形成围绕心轴的圆周的环138。还示出了第一连续织物100的示例性环130。该应用的前视图在图8中显示。
该方法具有几个适应创新织物的结构特点的方面。该方法可包括沿向上游的方向以预定的轴向速度移动心轴,沿远离连续织物的方向以预定的转动速度转动心轴和围绕心轴的圆周形成重复的织物环的步骤。如图8所示,环130在心轴轴线上成角度地重复并覆盖前述上游环的一部分。由此,内衬上两个相邻环之间的轴向长度是固定的,且在本实施例中,与织物的顶层的宽度相同。换言之,随后的下游环留下了未覆盖的下游环130。参照图5a,环130的宽度基本为顶层102的宽度W22。以这种模式,顶层在沿内衬的轴向长度上自身并不重叠。
也可通过心轴上的内衬的截面视图研究包裹方法。图9和图10是以应用定向显示的连续织物的几种卷绕的各个截面视图。参照图9,卷绕的部分截面视图显示具有从一个边缘到另一个边缘的恒定的厚度的织物。织物100将参考图5描述。显示织物的三个环A、B、C被示出,其顶面102处于远离心轴(未显示)的方向。中心环B仅有顶层102被暴露,由此,环A和环C之间在内衬外侧的距离为顶面在环B中的宽度。本领域技术人员将理解,给定来自心轴的预定的轴向速度和对于心轴的预定的转动速度,此重叠模式将沿内衬的长度重复。
仍参照图9,显示顶部中间层104和底部中间层106。底部中间层106的密度可从一个边缘到另一个边缘是恒定的,由此,肩部150可以重复模式出现在内衬的顶部。这一肩部减小了原位固化管道的内表面在浸渗后的表面光滑度。
现参照图10,显示另一卷绕的部分截面视图。显示织物的两个环D、E,其顶面102处于朝向心轴(未显示)的方向。底部环D仅有顶层102被暴露,由此,环之间在环D的每一侧的距离为顶面在环B中的宽度。本领域技术人员将理解,给定来自心轴的预定的轴向速度和对于心轴的预定的转动速度,此重叠模式将沿内衬的长度重复。
图10示出不具有从一个边缘到另一个边缘的恒定的厚度的织物。如本文中所讨论的,连续织物100包括具有纤维密度减小的区域的边缘区段112。随着环E在环D之上重叠应用,边缘区段112的厚度减小,使得环E的顶层与环D的顶层之间的距离相对于图9中所示的卷绕减小。减小肩部150的尺寸增大了内衬的外表面的表面光滑度,最终增大原位固化管道的内表面的表面光滑度。

Claims (13)

1.一种用于形成用于强化管道的修复内衬的连续织物(100),所述连续织物共具有四层(102,104,106,108),所述四层包括:
顶层(102);
顶部中间层(104);
底部中间层(106);和
底层(108);
所述连续织物(100)的特征在于:
所述顶层(102)的纤维密度在10-80g/m2之间;
所述顶部中间层(104)的纤维密度在10-50g/m2之间;
所述底部中间层(106)在宽度上的纤维密度在300-600g/m2之间;
所述顶层(102)的宽度小于所述连续织物(100)的宽度;
所述顶部中间层(104)的宽度等于所述连续织物(100)的宽度;
所述底部中间层(106)的宽度等于所述连续织物(100)的宽度;并且
所述底层(108)的宽度等于所述连续织物(100)的宽度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连续织物(100),其中,所述顶层(102)是包括随机定向纤维的遮蔽层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的连续织物(100),其中,所述顶部中间层(104)是包括随机定向纤维的遮蔽层。

10.根据权利要求7所述的连续织物(100),其中,所述底部中间层(106)沿所述连续织物(100)的外边缘厚度小于2mm。
11.根据权利要求7所述的连续织物(100),其中,所述底部中间层(106)沿所述连续织物(100)的外边缘厚度小于1mm。
12.根据权利要求1所述的连续织物(100),其中,所述底层(108)包括连续纬向纤维。
13.根据权利要求1所述的连续织物(100),其中,所述底层(108)的纤维密度在35-700g/m2之间。
