The spraying machine 602 in this embodiment is a commercially available airless spraying machine, preferably two gasoline engine type airless spraying machines, the spraying machine outlet is connected with the spray head through a pipeline, and the rechargeable battery is preferably a lithium battery.

The application also discloses a portable assembled spraying operation method, which utilizes the portable assembled spraying operation system to carry out remote spraying operation and comprises the following steps:
the split parts are transported to a spraying operation position;
unloading, and assembling all parts on the track in sequence to complete the field assembly of the portable assembled rail car;
configuring spraying equipment and an electric control system to complete the installation and debugging of the whole portable assembled spraying operation system;
and controlling the portable assembled rail car to travel, and starting the spraying equipment to spray the rail.
And after the spraying is finished, all the components are disassembled and shipped.

Claims (6)

1. A portable, modular railcar comprising:
front and rear axles correspondingly arranged in front and rear;
the bearing longitudinal beam is detachably assembled between the front axle and the rear axle and is assembled with the front axle and the rear axle to form a walking chassis;
the side carriage body is detachably assembled and arranged on each side part of the walking chassis; and
the bearing bottom plate is detachably assembled and arranged on the walking chassis;
the front axle and the rear axle comprise bearing cross beams and rail wheels arranged at the lower parts of the bearing cross beams, and the bearing longitudinal beams and the bearing cross beams are detachably connected and fixed through assembling units;
at least one of the front axle and the rear axle further comprises a driving motor and a driving shaft, wherein the driving motor is arranged in the middle of the driving shaft, and the rail wheels are arranged at two ends of the driving shaft;
the side carriage body comprises:
side plates correspondingly arranged left and right;
end plates arranged in a front-back corresponding manner; and
the assembling unit is arranged between the walking chassis and the corresponding side plate or end plate;
the side plates and the end plates comprise plate bodies and side columns, and the assembling units are arranged between the side columns and the walking chassis;
the side plates and the end plates are of any one of flat plates and grid plates, the side plates are of a sectional structure, and a side opening door is arranged on each side plate;
the spliced unit is any one or a combination of the following forms:
the assembling unit comprises a buckle arranged on one part, and the corresponding two parts are connected and fixed through the buckle;
the assembly sheet comprises connecting holes arranged between the two corresponding parts and is fixedly connected through connecting bolts;
the assembly unit comprises plug holes and plug posts which are respectively arranged on the corresponding two parts, and the assembly unit is correspondingly fixed through the plug posts and the plug holes;
the assembling unit comprises a connecting seat and a connecting pin which are respectively arranged on the two corresponding parts, a connecting threaded hole is formed in the connecting seat, a hollow bolt is arranged on the connecting pin in a matching manner, a limit boss is arranged at the lower part of the connecting pin, a through hole in the middle of the hollow bolt comprises a first section positioned at the lower part and a second section positioned at the upper part, the diameter of the through hole of the first section is larger than the outer diameter of the limit boss, and the diameter of the through hole of the second section is smaller than the outer diameter of the limit boss; the connecting pin is inserted in the connecting threaded hole and is fixedly connected with the connecting threaded hole through a hollow bolt.
2. The portable assembly type rail car according to claim 1, wherein the bearing bottom plate is one or more pieces arranged side by side, the bearing bottom plate and the walking chassis are detachably connected and fixed through an assembling unit, or the bearing bottom plate is pressed between the side carriage body and the walking chassis; rubber gaskets are arranged between the bearing longitudinal beam and the front axle, between the bearing longitudinal beam and the rear axle and between the bearing longitudinal beam and the bearing bottom plate.
3. A portable, modular spray application system comprising:
a portable assembly railcar according to any one of claims 1-2;
a spraying device; and
an electric control system.
4. A portable, modular spray application system as claimed in claim 3, in which the spray application apparatus comprises:
a storage tank;
the spraying machine and the storage tank are arranged on the portable assembled rail car;
the spraying support frame is arranged at the front part of the portable assembled rail car; and
the spray heads are arranged on the spraying support frame and are communicated with the spraying machine through pipelines;
the spraying support frame is in an inverted U shape as a whole, and the cross section of the spraying support frame is in a U-shaped groove shape; the front end of the portable assembled rail car is also provided with a steel rail protective cover corresponding to the spraying support frame, and the steel rail protective cover is buckled at the front end of the picking part of the bearing longitudinal beam and covers the steel rail.
5. The portable, modular spray application system of claim 4, wherein the electronic control system comprises:
a chargeable battery;
a controller; and
and a control panel, wherein the controller controls the action of the spraying machine and the portable assembly type rail car or the action of the spraying machine and the portable assembly type rail car.
6. A portable assembly type spraying operation method, characterized in that the portable assembly type spraying operation system according to any one of claims 3-5 is used for remote spraying operation, comprising the following steps:
the split parts are transported to a spraying operation position;
unloading, and assembling all parts on the track in sequence to complete the field assembly of the portable assembled rail car;
configuring spraying equipment and an electric control system to complete the installation and debugging of the whole portable assembled spraying operation system;
and controlling the portable assembled rail car to travel, and starting the spraying equipment to spray the rail.
