Abstract
本发明提出了一种废气处理装置,包括箱体,所述箱体上设有进气口和出气口,所述箱体内依次设有水气联动区、旋风区和光解区,所述水气联动区包括水池,所述进气口与所述水池连接,所述水池上方设有喷雾盘;所述旋风区包括水平设置的锥形壳,所述锥形壳端部设有倾斜设置的进风口,所述锤形壳侧壁设有粘漆部;所述光解区包括若干设置于所述箱体侧壁的紫外线灯、排列于所述箱体内的若干催化分解网;所述催化分解网之间设有分布板,本装置使用时,能够通过初步处理,将大量的颗粒吸附,增加分解效果,同时延长了在分解区内的时间,以提高分解效率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及喷涂领域,尤其涉及废气处理装置。
背景技术
喷涂行业在生产工程中会产生大量的涂层漆雾,而且废气中含有较高浓度的甲苯、二甲苯和非甲烷总烃等挥发性有机气体(VOCs)。这些VOCs不仅对人体产生刺激作用,严重威胁人类健康,而且有机化合物中的烯烃和某些芳香烃化合物,在大气中,在阳光的作用下,还可以和氮氧化物发生反应形成洛杉矶型的光化学烟雾或工业型光化学烟雾,造成二次污染,对生态环境造成破坏。因此,对于喷涂行业所产生的漆雾及挥发性有机气体的处理显得十分迫切。
现有技术中可以通过光分解的方式进行处理,UV光解氧化装置是利用特制的UV紫外线光束照射废气,裂解恶臭气体的装置,最终转化为CO2和H2O 等无害物质,从而达到去除vocs气体的目的。
而在实际操作中,存在以下问题,1、喷漆房的废气含有较多颗粒物,影响分解效果,而现有技术中是通过在先安装吸附装置,但吸附效果较差,并且占地大,2、光分解过程中,由于在紫外线环境下的时间较短,影响分解效果。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提出了一种废气处理装置,包括箱体,所述箱体上设有进气口和出气口,所述箱体内依次设有水气联动区、旋风区和光解区,
所述水气联动区包括水池,所述进气口与所述水池连接,所述水池上方设有喷雾盘;
所述旋风区包括水平设置的锥形壳,所述锥形壳端部设有倾斜设置的进风口,所述锥形壳侧壁设有粘漆部;
所述光解区包括若干设置于所述箱体侧壁的紫外线灯、排列于所述箱体内的若干催化分解网;所述催化分解网之间设有分布板。
优选的,所述锥形壳的末端开口处连接有硅藻土层,所述锥形壳卡于所述硅藻土层内。
优选的,所述粘漆部为无纺布,所述无纺布贴覆于所述锥形壳侧壁。
优选的,锥形壳的开口与所述水池连通。
优选的,所述分布板分别连接于所述箱体的顶部和底部,分别设置在顶部和底部的分布板间隔设置。
优选的,所述催化分解网为二氧化钛催化网。
本发明提出的废气处理装置有以下有益效果:本装置使用时,能够通过初步处理,将大量的颗粒吸附,增加分解效果,同时延长了在分解区内的时间,以提高分解效率。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
如图1所示,本发明提出了一种废气处理装置,包括箱体1,所述箱体1上设有进气口2和出气口3,出气口3处连接吸风机,将净化后的气体排出,所述箱体1内依次设有水气联动区4、旋风区5和光解区6,
具体的说,所述水气联动区4包括水池7,所述进气口2与所述水池7连接,所述水池7上方设有喷雾盘8,进气口2从水池7底部进气,是将喷漆线上产生的废气吸入水池7内,能够初步将一些水性的溶剂溶解于水中,经过水池7的气体仍然包含有较多的颗粒杂质,从水池7中排出至上部时,通过上部设置的喷雾盘8形成较细的水雾,与废气中的颗粒相互附着,进入至旋风区5后,由于附着水,增加重量,能够通过离心力的作用,附着在旋风区5的外壳上,
具体的说,所述旋风区5包括水平设置的锥形壳9,所述锥形壳9端部设有倾斜设置的进风口10,所述锥形壳侧壁设有粘漆部11;其方式是:通过进风口10倾斜进入旋风,能够沿着锥形壳9的壁形成旋风,由于附着了水珠,增大了重量,能够更好的带动废气中的颗粒产生离心力,粘附在粘漆部11上,所述粘漆部11为无纺布,所述无纺布贴覆于所述锥形壳9侧壁,漆雾粒子粘附在无纺布上,锥形壳9下部设有出水孔,下方设有锥形壳9下部设有接水槽,所述接水槽与所述水池7连通,将逐渐积累的水流于接水槽内,后排入至水池7。
经过吸附的气体将进入至光解区6对一些有毒气体进行光解,由于带有水分,需要将水分排除,所述锥形壳9的末端开口处连接有硅藻土层15,所述锥形壳卡于所述硅藻土层15内,排出的气体直接进入硅藻土层15,能够高效的吸附水分,后进入至光解区6。
具体的说,所述光解区6包括若干设置于所述箱体1侧壁的紫外线灯12、排列于所述箱体1内的若干催化分解网13,催化分解网13为二氧化钛催化网;所述催化分解网13之间设有分布板14,所述分布板14分别连接于所述箱体1的顶部和底部,分别设置在顶部和底部的分布板14间隔设置,经过前序处理的气体经过紫外线灯12照射并且通过二氧化钛催化网催化后,有效的分解,紫外线灯12是设置在箱体1的侧壁,能够从两侧进行完好的照射,并且通过分布板14的设置,气流能够成S形在光分解区流动,增加了在紫外线光内的接触时间,提高了分解效果。

1.一种废气处理装置,其特征在于,包括箱体,所述箱体上设有进气口和出气口,所述箱体内依次设有水气联动区、旋风区和光解区,
所述水气联动区包括水池,所述进气口与所述水池连接,所述水池上方设有喷雾盘;
所述旋风区包括水平设置的锥形壳,所述锥形壳端部设有倾斜设置的进风口,所述锥形壳侧壁设有粘漆部;所述粘漆部为无纺布,所述无纺布贴覆于所述锥形壳侧壁;
所述光解区包括若干设置于所述箱体侧壁的紫外线灯、排列于所述箱体内的若干催化分解网;所述催化分解网之间设有分布板;锥形壳的开口与所述水池连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的废气处理装置,其特征在于,所述锥形壳的末端开口处连接有硅藻土层,所述锥形壳卡于所述硅藻土层内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的废气处理装置,其特征在于,所述分布板分别连接于所述箱体的顶部和底部,分别设置在顶部和底部的分布板间隔设置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的废气处理装置,其特征在于,所述催化分解网为二氧化钛催化网。
