Abstract
The invention discloses a method for adjusting a universal winding gelling machine by adopting a universal die, wherein the universal die comprises an X3 cross beam, an X4 vertical beam, a sliding block and an X1 angle scale, the sliding block is arranged on a straight section of the X3 cross beam, and the X4 vertical beam is arranged on the sliding block; and an X1 angle scale is arranged at the bending end of the X3 cross beam and the round head end of the X4 vertical beam. The method for manufacturing the universal die is also disclosed. The invention realizes the function of replacing the original inter-turn gel clamping plate by the sliding of the X3 cross beam, the X4 vertical beam and the sliding block and the rotation of the X1 angle dial. The design, manufacturing and management cost of the original inter-turn gel clamping plate is greatly saved, and the effect of enterprise cost reduction is achieved. Therefore, the principle of the universal tool is not escaped from the original category of the tool no matter how the structure of the universal tool is changed. s1, rotating an X1 angle dial according to the central angle requirement of a coil drawing, so that mark lines on an X3 cross beam and an X4 vertical beam are aligned with angles on the X1 angle dial;
s2, calculating the height difference of sharp angles of two X1 angle scales according to the radius of the lower line and the center angle of the upper layer coil and the lower layer coil in the drawing, and adjusting the position of the X4 vertical beam on the sliding block;
s3: finally, the distance between the two X1 angle scales is calculated according to the drawing, the distance is adjusted, and then the gelatinizing machine is adjusted through the adjusted tool-to-tool comparison.
