本发明涉及LED灯,包括:表面集成有LED灯珠的基板、连接基板的外壳、电连接LED灯珠的控制板以及连接基板的灯罩,灯罩包括连接板、与连接板连接的多个反光杯以及与连接板连接的散热器,反光杯一一对应容纳LED灯珠,连接板与反光杯连接处设有与反光杯一一对应的出光孔;连接板与基板之间连接有管道,管道为椭圆形管道,管道一端穿过连接板,另一端穿过基板,管道与连接板连接一端的开口大于管道与基板连接一端的开口,散热器设于管道内;外壳外表面连接有多片散热片,散热器由多层网片叠加组成,每层网片边缘均与管道内壁连接,网片与管道内壁连接面涂有导热硅胶,管道与连接板连接面涂有导热硅胶,散热器高度等于管道的长度。该LED灯提高了散热效。

一种LED灯
技术领域
本发明涉及灯具技术领域,尤其是一种LED灯。
背景技术
LED(LightEmittingDiode),即半导体电光源,发光二极管,也称为半导体灯,是一种无灯丝的电光源,直接把电能转化为光能。
LED灯具有节能、寿命长的特点,避免了时常需要更换灯泡的麻烦,受到越来越多的用户的青睐。但是,LED灯的散热问题也是重点问题,散热问题严重影响到LED光源的光效和寿命。传统的LED灯,其用于聚光的灯罩一般都是封闭的,这样的灯罩无法对基板起到散热的作用,造成散热效率低,导致LED光源和电源温度过高,从而影响到了LED的光效和寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种LED灯,以解决上述的技术问题。
本申请的技术方案为:一种LED灯,包括:表面集成有LED灯珠的基板、连接所述基板的外壳、电连接所述LED灯珠的控制板以及连接所述基板的灯罩,所述灯罩包括连接板、与所述连接板连接的多个反光杯以及与所述连接板连接的散热器,所述反光杯一一对应容纳所述LED灯珠,所述连接板与所述反光杯连接处设有与所述反光杯一一对应的出光孔;所述连接板与所述基板之间连接有管道,所述管道为椭圆形管道,所述管道一端穿过所述连接板,所述管道另一端穿过所述基板,所述管道与所述连接板连接一端的开口大于所述管道与所述基板连接一端的开口,所述散热器设于所述管道内;所述外壳外表面连接有多片散热片,所述散热器由多层网片叠加组成,每层所述网片边缘均与所述管道内壁连接,所述网片与所述管道内壁连接面涂有导热硅胶,所述管道与所述连接板连接面涂有导热硅胶,所述散热器高度等于所述管道的长度。
优选的,所述出光孔卡设有透镜。
优选的,所述管道与所述基板连接面涂有导热硅胶。
本发明提供的LED灯在工作时,LED灯内聚集有大量的热量,将灯罩和基板同时设计成可通气的结构,促进了LED灯内的热空气与外面的空气流通,使得LED灯内的热量散失得更快。灯罩的连接板中间有管道及管道内的散热器,管道和散热器均可以增大散热面积以提升灯罩和基板的散热效果,从而提高散热效率。
此外,将透镜卡设在灯罩上,可以让出空间设置管道和散热器,使管道和散热器能与流动的空气直接接触。由多片网片组成的散热器和设置在外壳外壁上的多片散热片可以进一步提供更大散热面积,帮助LED灯散热。各连接面涂有导热硅胶,能减小热量传递的热阻,可提高传热效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明提供了一种LED灯,该LED灯10包括:表面集成有LED灯珠111的基板110、连接基板110的外壳120、电连接LED灯珠111的控制板130以及连接基板110的灯罩140。基板110中间设有通孔112,外壳120外表面还连接有多片散热片121以扩大散热面积。
灯罩140包括连接板142、与连接板142连接的多个反光杯141以及与连接板142连接的散热器150。散热器150由多层网片叠加组成。反光杯141一一对应容纳LED灯珠111,连接板142与反光杯141连接处设有与反光杯141一一对应的出光孔1421。出光孔1421中还卡设有透镜。
连接板142与基板110之间连接有管道1422,管道1422可以是圆形管道、方形管道或者椭圆形管道,优选的是圆形管道。管道1422一端穿过连接板142,管道1422另一端穿过基板110的通孔112。管道1422与连接板142连接一端的开口大于管道1422与基板110连接一端的开口。管道1422与连接板142连接面涂有导热硅胶,管道1422与基板110连接面也涂有导热硅胶。散热器150设于管道1422内,散热器150的每层网片边缘均与管道1422内壁连接。且网片与管道1422内壁连接面涂有导热硅胶。散热器150高度等于管道1422的长度。
上述LED灯10工作时,LED灯10内聚集有大量的热量,将灯罩140和基板110同时设计成可通气的结构。促进了LED灯10内的热空气与外面的空气流通,特别是有利于热空气向上的流动,使得LED灯10内的热量散失得更快。灯罩140的连接板142中间的管道1422可以增大散热面积和更好地传递热量,而散热器150可以进一步增大散热面积以提升灯罩140和基板110的散热效果,从而提高散热效率。
将透镜卡设在灯罩140上,可以让出空间设置管道1422和散热器150,使管道1422和散热器150能与流动的空气直接接触。由多片网片组成的散热器150和设置在外壳120外壁上的多片散热片121可以进一步提供更大散热面积帮助LED灯10散热,同时网片也有可通气的作用。各连接面涂有导热硅胶能减小热量传递的热阻,可提高传热效率。

1.一种LED灯,包括:表面集成有LED灯珠的基板、连接所述基板的外壳、电连接所述LED灯珠的控制板以及连接所述基板的灯罩,其特征在于:
所述灯罩包括连接板、与所述连接板连接的多个反光杯以及与所述连接板连接的散热器,所述反光杯一一对应容纳所述LED灯珠,所述连接板与所述反光杯连接处设有与所述反光杯一一对应的出光孔;
所述连接板与所述基板之间连接有管道,所述管道为椭圆形管道,所述管道一端穿过所述连接板,所述管道另一端穿过所述基板,所述管道与所述连接板连接一端的开口大于所述管道与所述基板连接一端的开口,所述散热器设于所述管道内;
所述外壳外表面连接有多片散热片,所述散热器由多层网片叠加组成,每层所述网片边缘均与所述管道内壁连接,所述网片与所述管道内壁连接面涂有导热硅胶,所述管道与所述连接板连接面涂有导热硅胶,所述散热器高度等于所述管道的长度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯,其特征在于:所述出光孔卡设有透镜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯,其特征在于:所述管道与所述基板连接面涂有导热硅胶。
