Abstract
本发明公开了一种超低能耗装配式房屋墙体结构,墙体结构由内向外依次为内板层、冷弯薄壁轻钢墙体层和外板层,所述内层板、轻钢骨架之间、冷弯薄壁轻钢和外层板之间为供挤板。该墙体具有密闭性、隔音、防火防水防潮、超低能耗、隔热保温的效果;且在成本、防火、防锈、防虫、防水、抗风、耐候、耐腐蚀、耐久性、免维护等方面都优于钢、木结构。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑技术领域,具体涉及一种超低能耗装配式房屋墙体。
背景技术
目前主流装配式建筑有三种材质:钢结构、木结构、砼结构。其中,钢结构:优点是抗震性能优异,适合做大跨度厂房,商场等个性化单体建筑;缺点是需要定期防锈维护,钢材具声音传导的特性、隔音、防火等也是问题,用于民宅不太理想。木结构:木结构成本比较高,做景区精品景观房不错,不过存在防火、防虫、耐腐蚀等问题。从原材料来源来看,我国目前每年都需要大量进口木材、木制品,综合考虑不适合大范围作为住宅推广。砼结构:从原材料看我国各地钢筋水泥砂石都充足,砼构件具备常温下可任意成型、批量生产成本低、耐候性、耐久性好等特质,因此有必要研究一种具有超低能耗的装配式房屋。
授权公告号为CN207363014公开了一种民用、装配式楼房,一种为"组装式"地基模块,立柱,墙体,楼板,采用插接、挂接的组装模式,搭接接口铺柔性垫,接缝用密封胶,这样抗震性能好,所有构件可拆,在构件寿命期内可重复使用,震后更换受损构件既可。另一种是"装配式",工厂制作构件时稍缩小构件尺寸,构件边钢筋外露、搭接方式和组装式相同,组装完毕水泥浇筑连接处既可。活动楼房90%工作可在工厂内完成,具有现场组装快捷性、良好的移动性,安全可靠性。但是该专利并未公开其供墙板的具体结构,若仍采用现有的结构,成本势必增大,而限制其有效应用,为此,本发明开发了一种适合于该装配式楼房的墙体结构。
实用新型内容
本发明的目的是提供一种超低能耗装配式房屋墙体结构。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采取以下技术方案:
一种超低能耗装配式房屋墙体结构,所述墙体结构由内向外依次为内板层、冷弯薄壁轻钢墙体层和外板层,所述内层板、轻钢骨架之间、冷弯薄壁轻钢和外层板之间为供挤板。
所述冷弯薄壁轻钢墙体层为中空结构,中空结构内填充岩棉或水性发泡聚氨酯。
所述外板层为外装饰板,所述外板层由以下重量份数的原料经混合、造粒、熔融塑化、挤出、真空定型冷却、牵引、切割、轧花制成:木粉80-150份、聚乙烯20-60份、碳酸钙粉5-30份、高温润滑剂H311A 1-4份、紫外线吸收剂UV531 0.1-0.9份、抗氧剂1010 0.1-0.5份、铁红1-6份、铁黄1-6份、珍珠黑0.1-1.1份、板材边角回料1-8份。
所述供挤板为硅酸钙板。
所述内层板为微纳米负氧离子室内装饰板。
所述微纳米负氧离子室内装饰板由以下重量份数的原料经混合、熔融塑化、挤出、真空定型冷却、牵引、切割、轧花制成:PVC树脂SG-8 40-60份、碳酸钙粉80-130份、丙烯酸酯类助剂2-8份、CPE聚乙烯1-5份、PE蜡0.2-1.3份、AC-1801硬脂酸0.1-1.6份、ACR树脂401 1-6份、黄发泡MSP-208 0.5-3份、木粉3-9份、板材边角回料50-85份。
所述冷弯薄壁轻钢墙体层的厚度为89mm;所述供挤板的厚度为50mm。
本发明的冷弯薄壁型钢主要采用高强、防腐钢卷板(屈服强度550Mpa,锌铝合金镀层厚度270g/㎡),钢材厚度为0.75mm或更高,通过电脑辅助制造专用设备按设计要求,经冷轧滚压成型C型U型等构件。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)该墙体具有密闭性、隔音、防火防水防潮、超低能耗、隔热保温的效果;且在成本、防火、防锈、防虫、防水、抗风、耐候、耐腐蚀、耐久性、免维护等方面都优于钢、木结构;
(2)采用的水性聚氨酯材料本身无毒性,且在喷涂过程中其结构内可形成微小开孔,孔内充满99%的空气,不会产生破坏大气臭氧层的有毒气体或气味;同时,水性发泡聚氨酯在发泡的同时与外界形成隔气层,起到更安静的效果;采用的微纳米负氧离子室内装饰板(有氧板)白天和夜晚都可吸收二氧化碳,进行转化为"负氧离子",释放出氧气,是房屋更宜居,更具人性化。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明,但绝不是对本发明的限制。
实施例1
一种超低能耗装配式房屋墙体结构,所述墙体结构由内向外依次为内板层1、89mm冷弯薄壁轻钢墙体层2和外板层3,所述内层板1、冷弯薄壁轻钢墙体层2之间、冷弯薄壁轻钢墙体层2和外板层3之间为供挤板4,所述供挤板4为硅酸钙板,厚度为50mm。所述冷弯薄壁轻钢墙体层2为中空结构,中空结构内填充水性发泡聚氨酯5。所述外板层3为外装饰板,所述外板层由以下重量份数的原料制成:木粉80-150份、聚乙烯20-60份、碳酸钙粉5-30份、高温润滑剂H311A 1-4份、紫外线吸收剂UV531 0.1-0.9份、抗氧剂1010 0.1-0.5份、铁红1-6份、铁黄1-6份、珍珠黑(成分为氧化铁黑)0.1-1.1份、板材边角回料1-8份,各原料经混合、造粒、熔融塑化、挤出、真空定型冷却、牵引、切割、轧花制成。
所述内层板1为微纳米负氧离子室内装饰板。所述微纳米负氧离子室内装饰板由以下重量份数的原料制成:PVC树脂SG-8 40-60份、碳酸钙粉80-130份、丙烯酸酯类助剂2-8份、CPE聚乙烯1-5份、PE蜡0.2-1.3份、AC-1801硬脂酸0.1-1.6份、ACR树脂401 1-6份、黄发泡MSP-208 0.5-3份、木粉3-9份、板材边角回料50-85份,各原料经混合、熔融塑化、挤出、真空定型冷却、牵引、切割、轧花制成。
本发明的冷弯薄壁型钢主要采用高强、防腐钢卷板(屈服强度550Mpa,锌铝合金镀层厚度270g/㎡),钢材厚度为0.75mm或更高,通过电脑辅助制造专用设备按设计要求,经冷轧滚压成型C型U型等构件。
本发明仅是对房屋墙体的层状结构进行了改进。在利用其装配房屋时,为了拼装方便,可以将其设计成与授权公告号为CN207363014中公开的结构进行拼装。

1.一种超低能耗装配式房屋墙体结构,其特征在于,所述墙体结构由内向外依次为内板层、冷弯薄壁轻钢墙体层和外板层,所述内层板、轻钢骨架之间、冷弯薄壁轻钢和外层板之间为供挤板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超低能耗装配式房屋墙体结构,其特征在于,所述冷弯薄壁轻钢墙体层为中空结构,中空结构内填水性发泡聚氨酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的超低能耗装配式房屋墙体结构,其特征在于,所述外板层由以下重量份数的原料经混合、造粒、熔融塑化、挤出、真空定型冷却、牵引、切割、轧花制成:木粉80-150份、聚乙烯20-60份、碳酸钙粉5-30份、高温润滑剂H311A 1-4份、紫外线吸收剂UV531 0.1-0.9份、抗氧剂1010 0.1-0.5份、铁红1-6份、铁黄1-6份、珍珠黑0.1-1.1份、板材边角回料1-8份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的超低能耗装配式房屋墙体结构,其特征在于,所述供挤板为硅酸钙板。
5.根据权利要求1所述的超低能耗装配式房屋墙体结构,其特征在于,所述内层板为微纳米负氧离子室内装饰板。
6.根据权利要求6所述的超低能耗装配式房屋墙体结构,其特征在于,所述微纳米负氧离子室内装饰板由以下重量份数的原料经混合、熔融塑化、挤出、真空定型冷却、牵引、切割、轧花制成:PVC树脂SG-8 40-60份、碳酸钙粉80-130份、丙烯酸酯类助剂2-8份、CPE聚乙烯1-5份、PE蜡0.2-1.3份、AC-1801硬脂酸0.1-1.6份、ACR树脂401 1-6份、黄发泡MSP-2080.5-3份、木粉3-9份、板材边角回料50-85份。
