种地板涂漆工艺,其特征在于:包括如下工艺步骤:
步骤1,地板砂光
步骤2,涂一层水性附着剂;
所述水性附着剂包括如下以重量分数计的原料:
水性环氧树脂 18份
水性增粘树脂 10份
碳酸钙粉 5份
糯米粉 3份
陶土粉 8份
去离子纯净水 28份
水性分散剂 3份
水性附着力促进剂 1.5份
碱性硅溶胶 3.2份
硅烷偶联剂 5.8份;
步骤3,热风烘干后涂一层UV附着剂,然后用紫外光固化;
所述UV附着剂包括如下以重量分数计的原料:
磷酸酯丙烯酸树脂 42份,
二官聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂 22份,
环氧树脂 28份,
聚碳酸酯丙烯酸酯 25份,
消泡剂 3份;
热风烘干的温度为40℃,烘干时间为1.3h;
步骤4,涂两层UV底涂
首先横向涂一层UV底涂,烘干后,竖向涂一层UV底涂。
所述UV底涂包括以下以重量份数计的原料:
UV树脂 26份
环氧丙烯酸酯 24份
聚氨酯丙烯酸酯 36份
单官能度活性稀释剂 6份
双官能度活性稀释剂 4份
三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯 6份
三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯 18份
羟基环己基苯甲酮 9份
水性聚酯树脂 22份
去离子水 26份;
步骤5,紫外光固化;
步骤6,涂两层UV面涂后,再次进行紫外光固化;

按照上述实施例制造出来的地板和现有市面上涂漆的地板进行鼓泡实验,实验步骤为将上漆的地板置于温度为28℃的水里进行鼓泡实验,实验后的具体数据如下:

1.一种地板涂漆工艺,其特征在于:包括如下工艺步骤:
步骤1,地板砂光
步骤2,涂一层水性附着剂;
所述水性附着剂包括如下以重量分数计的原料:
水性环氧树脂12~18份
水性增粘树脂5~10份
碳酸钙粉3~5份
糯米粉1~3份
陶土粉4~8份
去离子纯净水22~28份
水性分散剂1.5~3份
水性附着力促进剂0.8~1.5份
碱性硅溶胶1.5~3.2份
硅烷偶联剂4.2~5.8份;
步骤3,热风烘干后涂一层UV附着剂,然后用紫外光固化;
所述UV附着剂包括如下以重量分数计的原料:
磷酸酯丙烯酸树脂 35~42份,
二官聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂 18~22份,
环氧树脂 25~28份,
聚碳酸酯丙烯酸酯 22~25份,
消泡剂 1~3份
热风烘干的温度为35℃,烘干时间为1.5h;
步骤4,涂两层UV底涂;
所述UV底涂包括以下以重量份数计的原料:
UV树脂18~26份
环氧丙烯酸酯19~24份
聚氨酯丙烯酸酯33~36份
单官能度活性稀释剂1~6份
双官能度活性稀释剂2~4份
三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯3~6份
三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯12~18份
羟基环己基苯甲酮5~9份
水性聚酯树脂18~22份
去离子水22~26份;
步骤5,紫外光固化
步骤6,涂两层UV面涂后,再次进行紫外光固化;
所述UV面涂包括如下以重量份数计的原料:
环氧丙烯酸酯33~38份
含氟聚氨酯丙烯酸酯18~22份
水性超支化聚氨酯16~21份
氟碳树脂5~8份
α-二甲氧基-α-苯基苯乙酮4~9份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种地板涂漆工艺,其特征在于:步骤3中,热风烘干的温度为35~42℃,烘干时间为1~1.5h。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种地板涂漆工艺,其特征在于:步骤2中,所述水性附着剂包括如下以重量分数计的原料:
水性环氧树脂16份
水性增粘树脂8份
碳酸钙粉5份
糯米粉1份
陶土粉6份
去离子纯净水24份
水性分散剂1.5份
水性附着力促进剂1.5份
碱性硅溶胶2.5份
硅烷偶联剂4.5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种地板涂漆工艺,其特征在于:步骤4中,涂两层UV底涂的具体要求为:首先横向涂一层UV底涂,烘干后,竖向涂一层UV底涂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种地板涂漆工艺,其特征在于:步骤4中,所述UV底涂包括以下以重量份数计的原料:
UV树脂20份
环氧丙烯酸酯22份
聚氨酯丙烯酸酯34份
单官能度活性稀释剂3份
双官能度活性稀释剂3份
三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯4份
三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯15份
羟基环己基苯甲酮7份
水性聚酯树脂21份
去离子水23份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种地板涂漆工艺,其特征在于:步骤5中,热风烘干的热风温度为35~42℃,烘干时间为1~1.5h。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种地板涂漆工艺,其特征在于:步骤6中,首先横向涂一层UV面涂,烘干后,竖向涂一层UV面涂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种地板涂漆工艺,其特征在于:步骤6中,所述UV面涂包括如下以重量份数计的原料:
