本发明提供了一种防晒组合物及其应用,属于化妆品领域。本发明防晒组合物包含己二酸二异丙酯、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯和水杨酸乙基己酯,其中己二酸二异丙酯、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯和水杨酸乙基己酯的重量比为己二酸二异丙酯:甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯:水杨酸乙基己酯=15‑25:5‑10:2‑5,不仅使得产品在甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯和水杨酸乙基己酯添加量比较低的条件下就能获得比较高的SPF值,避免了它们对人体的危害,还使得甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯和水杨酸乙基己酯能完全溶解于己二酸二异丙酯,避免了产品因防晒剂的结晶析出而不稳定;将其与清爽型油脂柔润剂搭配使用,可获得清爽、稳定,防晒效果好,又易于工业化生产的打底膏。

技术领域
本发明属于化妆品技术领域,具体涉及一种防晒组合物及其应用。
背景技术
紫外线的过度暴晒会损伤皮肤的表皮细胞,加速色素的合成,破坏皮肤的保湿功能,使皮肤变得干燥,还会损伤真皮层中的弹力纤维,使皮肤产生细纹,甚至会造成皮肤发炎、灼伤,引发皮肤癌。现在人们常涂抹防晒产品来防止紫外线对皮肤的伤害。
为了能达到理想的防晒效果,防晒产品中往往添加比较多的防晒剂,但防晒剂的过多使用造成了产品的安全性较低,对皮肤的危害比较大。现有的防晒产品中,大多存在防晒剂相容性差、容易析出的问题而使其稳定性差,易产生表面冒汗的现象,这种问题的存在限制了防晒剂的添加量,导致防晒产品的防晒效果并不理想。
因此,有必要开发一款稳定性优良、SPF值高、防晒剂添加量低的防晒产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的上述缺陷,提供一种防晒组合物及其应用。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
第一方面,本发明提供了一种防晒组合物,其包含己二酸二异丙酯、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯和水杨酸乙基己酯,其中己二酸二异丙酯、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯和水杨酸乙基己酯的重量比为己二酸二异丙酯:甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯:水杨酸乙基己酯=15-25:5-10:2-5,优选地,己二酸二异丙酯、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯和水杨酸乙基己酯的重量比为己二酸二异丙酯:甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯:水杨酸乙基己酯=20:8:4。甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯能吸收UVB区和UVA区的紫外线,尤其对UVB区的紫外线的吸收率非常高,而且对皮肤无刺激,安全性好;水杨酸乙基己酯能有效吸收UVB区的紫外线;己二酸二异丙酯肤感清爽不黏腻;申请人经过大量地研究发现,当己二酸二异丙酯、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯和水杨酸乙基己酯的重量比为己二酸二异丙酯:甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯:水杨酸乙基己酯=15-25:5-10:2-5时,甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯和水杨酸乙基己酯能完全溶解于己二酸二异丙酯,不会结晶析出,而且己二酸二异丙酯、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯和水杨酸乙基己酯之间相互协同防晒,在甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯和水杨酸乙基己酯添加量比较低的条件下,就能使产品达到比较高的SPF值,尤其是己二酸二异丙酯、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯和水杨酸乙基己酯的重量比为己二酸二异丙酯:甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯:水杨酸乙基己酯=20:8:4时,产品的SPF值更高。
第二方面,本发明提供了一种防晒打底膏,按重量百分比计算,其包含15-25%的己二酸二异丙酯、5-10%的甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯和2-5%的水杨酸乙基己酯;优选地,其包含20%的己二酸二异丙酯、8%的甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯和4%的水杨酸乙基己酯。当打底膏含15-25%的己二酸二异丙酯、5-10%的甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯和2-5%的水杨酸乙基己酯时,其不仅具有比较好的稳定性,还具有比较高的SPF值,能大大降低紫外线对双唇的伤害,同时,甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯和水杨酸乙基己酯的添加量比较低,避免了打底膏对人体造成的危害,有效地呵护了双唇,尤其当打底膏包含20%的己二酸二异丙酯、8%的甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯和4%的水杨酸乙基己酯时,打底膏的稳定性更好,SPF值更高,可达18,对人体也很安全。
优选地,所述打底膏还包含柔润剂,所述柔润剂包含分别占所述打底膏重量2-8%的牛油果树果脂、5-12%的二聚季戊四醇六羟基硬脂酸酯/六硬脂酸酯/六松脂酸酯、8-15%的二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯、2-6%的聚甘油-2三异硬脂酸酯和10-30%的辛基十二醇;更进一步优选地,所述柔润剂包含分别占所述打底膏重量5%的牛油果树果脂、9%的二聚季戊四醇六羟基硬脂酸酯/六硬脂酸酯/六松脂酸酯、11%的二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯、4%的聚甘油-2三异硬脂酸酯和20%的辛基十二醇。牛油果树果脂是一种纯天然植物来源的食品级原料,蕴含丰富的非皂化成分,极易被人体吸收,不仅能防止干燥开裂,还能进一步恢复并保持肌肤的自然弹性,具有深层滋润功效的同时还能起到消炎作用;二聚季戊四醇六羟基硬脂酸酯/六硬脂酸酯/六松脂酸酯具有良好的热稳定性,能在皮肤上显示持续的柔软作用,与皮肤的粘附性好,肤感舒适;当牛油果树果脂、二聚季戊四醇六羟基硬脂酸酯/六硬脂酸酯/六松脂酸酯、二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯、聚甘油-2三异硬脂酸酯和辛基十二醇以上述配比复配使用时,所得打底膏不仅具有很好的柔润效果,而且清爽、不黏腻,尤其当牛油果树果脂占5%,二聚季戊四醇六羟基硬脂酸酯/六硬脂酸酯/六松脂酸酯占9%,二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯占11%,聚甘油-2三异硬脂酸酯占4%,辛基十二醇占20%时,所得打底膏的柔润度和清爽度更高。
优选地,所述打底膏还包含增稠剂、粘合剂、保湿剂和抗氧化剂,所述增稠剂包含巴西棕榈树蜡、聚乙烯和蜂蜡,所述粘合剂包含微晶蜡,所述保湿剂包含辛甘醇,所述抗氧化剂包含维生素E。巴西棕榈树蜡、聚乙烯、蜂蜡和微晶蜡复配使用,赋予了打底膏比较高的硬度、折断度、凝固点、熔点和韧性;辛甘醇是一种温和安全的天然原料,其亲酯碳链能渗入并吸附在皮肤的脂质部分,亲水基团能使角质层有更好的保湿效果,此外,其还有一定的杀菌作用;维生素E不仅能保护细胞内的脂蛋白和不饱和脂肪酸,清除自由基,还能为皮肤提供长效调理性与保湿性。
进一步优选地,以所述打底膏的总重量为基准计,巴西棕榈树蜡占2-6%,聚乙烯占3-10%,蜂蜡占2-5%,微晶蜡占1-4%,辛甘醇占0.1-0.5%,维生素E占0.1-0.5%;更进一步优选地,巴西棕榈树蜡占4.5%,聚乙烯占8%,蜂蜡占4%,微晶蜡占2%,辛甘醇占0.3%,维生素E占0.2%。
第三方面,本发明还提供了一种防晒打底膏的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将己二酸二异丙酯、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯和水杨酸乙基己酯混合均匀,得到C相物料;
(2)将巴西棕榈树蜡、聚乙烯、蜂蜡和微晶蜡加入容器中,开启搅拌至转速为400-500r/min,升温至95-100℃,加热搅拌直至完全溶解,即澄清透亮,得到A相物料;
(3)将所述A相物料降温至80-85℃,保温搅拌10-15分钟,然后加入B相物料,保温搅拌至完全溶解,再加入所述C相物料,调节搅拌转速为800-1000r/min,然后保温搅拌直至均匀,之后降温至75℃,加入D相物料,搅拌均匀后出料,即得所述打底膏;
其中所述B相物料包括牛油果树果脂、二聚季戊四醇六羟基硬脂酸酯/六硬脂酸酯/六松脂酸酯、二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯、聚甘油-2三异硬脂酸酯和辛基十二醇,所述D相物料包括辛甘醇和维生素E。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点和有益效果:
(1)本发明防晒组合物通过合理地将甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯、水杨酸乙基己酯和己二酸二异丙酯复配使用,不仅使得产品在甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯和水杨酸乙基己酯添加量比较低的条件下就能获得比较高的SPF值,避免了它们对人体的危害,还使得甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯和水杨酸乙基己酯能完全溶解于己二酸二异丙酯,避免了产品因防晒剂的结晶析出而不稳定。
(2)本发明防晒打底膏具有优异的稳定性和比较高的SPF值,能大大减少紫外线的伤害,有效呵护双唇;通过添加清爽型油脂柔润剂,能使打底膏清爽、不油腻;此外,还可不添加香精、色素和防腐剂,充分保证对人体的安全性。
(3)本发明防晒打底膏的制备方法条件可控,易于工业化生产。

实施例4-9中的打底膏均通过如下步骤制备而成:将巴西棕榈树蜡、聚乙烯、蜂蜡和微晶蜡加入容器中,开启搅拌至转速为400-500r/min,升温至95-100℃,加热搅拌直至完全溶解,即澄清透亮,然后降温至80-85℃,保温搅拌10-15分钟,再加入牛油果树果脂、二聚季戊四醇六羟基硬脂酸酯/六硬脂酸酯/六松脂酸酯、二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯、聚甘油-2三异硬脂酸酯和辛基十二醇,保温搅拌至完全溶解,然后加入预先混合均匀的己二酸二异丙酯、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯和水杨酸乙基己酯,调节搅拌转速为800-1000r/min,然后保温搅拌直至均匀,之后降温至75℃,加入辛甘醇和维生素E,搅拌均匀后出料,即得所述打底膏。
对比例1-9
对比例1-9均为一种打底膏,其中对比例1-9中的打底膏的组分种类与实施例5相同,且除己二酸二异丙酯、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯和水杨酸乙基己酯外,其他组分的配比也与实施例5相同。对比例1-9中己二酸二异丙酯、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯和水杨酸乙基己酯的含量如表3所示。

申请人采用了如下的试验研究了本发明的效果,具体如下:
(1)SPF值测试
测试样品:实施例4-6和对比例1-9中的打底膏。
测试方法:将50mg的样品均匀涂布于贴有3M胶布的石英玻璃上,放置10分钟后,使用美国蓝菲光学有限公司生产的Labsphere UV-2000紫外透射率分析仪测试涂布样品的12个位置的SPF值,取平均值作为各样品的SPF值。
测试结果:具体如表4所示。

(2)稳定性测试
测试样品:实施例4-9和对比例1-6中的打底膏。
测试方法:将样品分别置于48℃、25℃和-15℃条件下3个月,期间,每隔一天就将样品放回常温环境中,观察样品在温度恢复至常温过程中是否发生冒汗,即是否有防晒剂析出,记录样品开始发生冒汗的时间。
测试结果:具体如表5所示。

由表5可知,实施例4-9中的打底膏在3个月内未出现冒汗现象,稳定性最好。

1.一种唇部防晒打底膏,其特征在于:按重量百分比计算,所述打底膏包含15-25%的己二酸二异丙酯、5-10%的甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯、2-5%的水杨酸乙基己酯、2-8%的牛油果树果脂、5-12%的二聚季戊四醇六羟基硬脂酸酯/六硬脂酸酯/六松脂酸酯、8-15%的二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯、2-6%的聚甘油-2三异硬脂酸酯和10-30%的辛基十二醇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的打底膏,其特征在于:按重量百分比计算,所述打底膏包含20%的己二酸二异丙酯、8%的甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯和4%的水杨酸乙基己酯。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的打底膏,其特征在于:以所述打底膏的总重量为基准计,牛油果树果脂占5%,二聚季戊四醇六羟基硬脂酸酯/六硬脂酸酯/六松脂酸酯占9%,二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯占11%,聚甘油-2三异硬脂酸酯占4%,辛基十二醇占20%。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的打底膏,其特征在于:所述打底膏还包含增稠剂、粘合剂、保湿剂和抗氧化剂,所述增稠剂包含巴西棕榈树蜡、聚乙烯和蜂蜡,所述粘合剂包含微晶蜡,所述保湿剂包含辛甘醇,所述抗氧化剂包含维生素E。
5.根据权利要求4所述的打底膏,其特征在于:以所述打底膏的总重量为基准计,巴西棕榈树蜡占2-6%,聚乙烯占3-10%,蜂蜡占2-5%,微晶蜡占1-4%,辛甘醇占0.1-0.5%,维生素E占0.1-0.5%。
6.根据权利要求5所述的打底膏,其特征在于:以所述打底膏的总重量为基准计,巴西棕榈树蜡占4.5%,聚乙烯占8%,蜂蜡占4%,微晶蜡占2%,辛甘醇占0.3%,维生素E占0.2%。
7.一种唇部防晒打底膏的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将己二酸二异丙酯、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯和水杨酸乙基己酯混合均匀,得到C相物料;
(2)将巴西棕榈树蜡、聚乙烯、蜂蜡和微晶蜡加入容器中,开启搅拌至转速为400-500r/min,升温至95-100℃,加热搅拌直至完全溶解,即澄清透亮,得到A相物料;
(3)将所述A相物料降温至80-85℃,保温搅拌10-15分钟,然后加入B相物料,保温搅拌至完全溶解,再加入所述C相物料,调节搅拌转速为800-1000r/min,然后保温搅拌直至均匀,之后降温至75℃,加入D相物料,搅拌均匀后出料,即得所述打底膏;
其中所述B相物料包括牛油果树果脂、二聚季戊四醇六羟基硬脂酸酯/六硬脂酸酯/六松脂酸酯、二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯、聚甘油-2三异硬脂酸酯和辛基十二醇,所述D相物料包括辛甘醇和维生素E;
按重量百分比计算,所述打底膏包含15-25%的己二酸二异丙酯、5-10%的甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯、2-5%的水杨酸乙基己酯、2-8%的牛油果树果脂、5-12%的二聚季戊四醇六羟基硬脂酸酯/六硬脂酸酯/六松脂酸酯、8-15%的二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯、2-6%的聚甘油-2三异硬脂酸酯和10-30%的辛基十二醇。
