Abstract

本发明提供内有密封剂的轮胎内胎的制造方法及其硫化装置,不需要专用的工具就可以简单地开设密封剂充填孔。硫化模30由上模30a、下模30b和充填孔开孔装置50构成。充填孔开孔装置50由直线运动促动器51、驱动轴52和切刀53构成。在下模30b上设有从硫化模30外侧连通到内侧的切刀通路32和从硫化模30外侧连通到切刀通路32内侧开口端附近的切断片回收通路33。在切刀通路32内,插穿着直线运动促动器51的驱动轴52,在驱动轴52的一端固定着切刀53。

Description

内有密封剂的轮胎内胎制造方法及其硫化装置
本发明涉及轮胎内胎的制造方法及其硫化装置,特别涉及备有充填空气的空气室和充填密封剂的密封剂室的、内有密封剂的轮胎内胎制造方法及其硫化装置。
图1是安装着轮胎的车轮横断面图,该轮胎的内胎备有密封剂室。二轮车用车轮的轮圈R通过钢丝辐条与轮毂(均未图示)连接。
该轮圈R上安装着带内胎轮胎T,带内胎轮胎T由轮胎1和收容在其内部的内胎2构成。内胎2备有周壁4和隔壁5,周壁4由位于其半径方向内侧的空气室周壁41和位于半径方向外侧的密封剂室周壁40构成,隔壁5把被周壁4包围的内部分成2部分。上述周壁4和隔壁5成型为一体。
被空气室周壁41和隔壁5包围的断面略圆形的空气室3中,充填着空气。被密封剂室周壁40和隔壁5包围着的断面略圆弧形的密封剂室7中,充填着公知的液状密封剂8。在空气室周壁41上,设有将空气充填到空气室3内的空气阀6。
图4表示把内胎原材料加工成内胎形状的制造工序,由材料混炼工序、内胎坯材挤出工序、切断工序、空气阀安装工序和接合工序构成。
先把在材料混炼工序混炼后的材料在内胎坯材挤出工序中由挤压成型机挤出,成型为由生橡胶构成的内胎坯材2′。然后,在切断工序将内胎坯材2′切断为预定长度后,在空气阀安装工序把空气阀6安装到空气室周壁41的适当部位,再在接合工序将内胎坯材2′的两端部接合起来。
如上所述地,生橡胶形成为内胎状后,例如在日本特开平9-174710号公报记载的现有技术中,移至图6左侧的现有技术所示制造工序。
在放入硫化模工序,如图5所示地把环形内胎坯材2′放入硫化模18内。在第1硫化工序,硫化模18被加热,内胎坯材2′被硫化。然后,在硫化模取出工序中从硫化模18取出内胎2,在固定工序用图未示的专用工具固定该内胎2。在开孔工序中,在密封剂室周壁40上开设密封剂充填孔。
然后,在密封剂充填工序,从密封剂充填孔向密封剂室7充填密封剂8。在生橡胶片粘贴工序,粘贴生橡胶片以覆盖密封剂充填孔。在第2硫化工序,生橡胶片的附近被局部硫化,密封充填孔被闭塞,内胎被加工完成。
在内胎上开设密封剂充填孔时,必须固定住内胎。上述现有技术中,由于是在第1硫化工序后的开孔工序中开设密封剂充填孔,所以,必须用与加热模18相区别的其它专用夹具固定从加热模18取出的内胎。因此,在现有技术中,要另外地准备专用夹具,而且,需要把内胎固定到专用夹具上及解除固定的工序,增加了制造工序。
另外,第1硫化工序后与硫化前相比,由于内胎硬化着,所以,密封剂充填孔60的开设不容易。
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,提供一种不需要专用夹具可简单地开设密封剂充填孔的、内有密封剂的轮胎内胎制造方法及其硫化装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明技术方案的特征如下。
(1)内有密封剂的轮胎内胎制造方法,该内胎备有充填空气的空气室和充填密封剂的密封剂室;其特征在于,该方法备有第1至第8工序,
在第1工序,挤出成形内胎坯材,该内胎坯材的略圆形断面的周壁内部用隔壁分隔成空气室和密封剂室;
在第2工序,将上述内胎坯材的两端部接合而形成为环形;
在第3工序,把上述环形内胎坯材放入硫化模;
在第4工序,在被放入在硫化模内的内胎坯材的周壁上开设与上述密封剂室连通的密封剂充填孔。
在第5工序,加热上述硫化模并对内胎坯材硫化;
在第6工序,从硫化模中取出已硫化的内胎;
在第7工序,从上述密封剂充填孔向密封剂室充填密封剂;
在第8工序,闭塞上述密封剂充填孔;
(2)内有密封剂的轮胎内胎的硫化装置,把轮胎内胎坯材嵌入规定的模子内进行硫化,上述轮胎内胎的具有略圆形断面的周壁内部,用隔壁分隔成外周侧的密封剂室和内周侧的空气室,其特征在于,该硫化装置备有充填孔开孔装置,该充填孔开孔装置切取上述周壁的一部分,开设与密封剂室连通的密封剂充填孔。
根据上述方案(1),由于在把内胎坯材放入硫化模内的状态下开设密封剂充填孔,所以,不需用专用夹具固定内胎坯材,也不需要用专用夹具固定内胎坯材的工序及解除固定的工序,其制造简单化。
根据上述方案(2),可在把内胎坯材放入硫化模内的状态下开设密封剂充填孔。
图1是安装着带内胎轮胎的车轮的横断面图,该内胎备有密封剂室。
图2是表示本发明第2实施例即硫化模构造的断面图。
图3是表示附加于硫化模的充填孔开孔装置50的动作的断面图。
图4是表示内胎制造工序的图。
图5是表示现有硫化模构造的断面图。
图6是一并表示本发明制造工序和现有技术制造工序的图。
下面,参照附图详细说明本发明。图6的右侧,表示本发明第1实施例即内有密封剂的轮胎内胎制造方法,把从内胎原材料加工成内胎形状之前的工序与上述图4所说明的现有技术相同,所以其图示及说明从略。
接合工序结束后,在放入硫化模工序中,把环形的内胎坯材2′放入硫化模内。图2是表示本发明第2实施例即作为硫化装置的硫化模30的构造的断面图,由上模30a、下模30b和后述的充填孔开孔装置50构成。在下模30b上,设有切断通路32和切断片回收通路33。切断通路32从硫化模30的外侧通到内侧。切断片回收通路33从硫化模30的外侧通到切断通路32的内侧开口端附近。
在切断通路32内,插穿着直线运动促动器51的驱动轴52,在驱动轴52的一端,固定着切刀53,如后所述,该切刀53的前端部呈环状地安装着切刃53a。上述直线运动促动器51、驱动轴52和切刀53构成了用于在内胎坯材2′的周壁4上开设密封剂充填孔的充填孔开孔装置50。
在上述的放入硫化模工序后的开孔工序中,用上述充填孔开孔装置50在密封剂室周壁40上开设密封剂充填孔。图3是表示上述充填孔开孔装置50的动作的断面图。
把内胎坯材2′放到硫化模30内时,如图3(a)所示,直线运动促动器51保持着后退状态。内胎坯材2′往硫化模30内的放置完成后,从空气阀6把加热了的空气或高温水蒸气供给内胎坯材2′内的空气室3,这样,使空气室周壁41和密封剂室周壁40密接于硫化室30上,同时,使隔壁5密接于密封剂室周壁40。
在该状态下,直线运动促动器51被加压时,如图3(b)所示,切刀53在切刀通路32内前进,安装在其前端的环状切刃53a将密封剂室周壁40呈环形地切断。本实施例中,在切刃53a的内侧设有止挡件53b,切刃53a的吃入量由该止挡件53b来限制。因此,切刃53a不到达隔壁5上,只选择地将周壁40切断。
另外,也可以在把内胎坯材2′放入硫化模30内时,将直线运动促动器51预先保持在图3(b)所示位置。这样,在把内胎坯材2′放入硫化模30、并向其内部供给空气等气体时,内胎坯材2′膨胀,密封剂室周壁40被切刃53a切断成环状,所以,不需要推压直线运动促动器51而使切刀53前进等的作业,制造工序更简单化。
接着,在第1硫化工序中,加热硫化模30、并对内胎坯材2′硫化。硫化工序结束后,从硫化模30中取出已被赋予弹性的内胎2,然后,如图3(c)所示,将直线运动促动器51向后退方向推压。这时,借助图未示的吸引机构,把朝向硫化模30外部的吸引力作用于片回收通路33。因此,被切刃53a切取的周壁片40a经过片回收通路33排出外部。
如上所述那样开孔工序结束后,接着进入密封剂充填工序。后续的密封剂充填工序、生橡胶片粘贴工序和第2硫化工序,与前述现有技术相同,其说明从略。
这样,本实施例中,在硫化工序之前,使切刃53a吃进内胎坯材2′中,即使切刃53a将隔壁5等稍稍切伤,也可以在其后的硫化工序中修复。因此,开孔工序的精度不需要很高,制造更加容易。
另外,本实施例中,由于在硫化模30上设置有用于在内胎坯材2′上开设密封剂充填孔60的充填孔开孔装置50,所以,在开孔工序中,不需要固定内胎坯材的专用夹具。
根据本实施例,由于可在把内胎坯材2′放入硫化模30内的状态下开设密封剂充填孔60,所以,不必用专用夹具固定内胎坯材2′,也不需要解除固定的工序,其制造简单化。
根据本实施例,由于密封剂充填孔60是在硫化前的比较柔软的生橡胶状态的周壁上被开设的,所以,与现有技术那样在硫化后的硬周壁上开孔相比,开孔动作容易。
本发明具有以下效果。
(1)由于在硫化模上设置用于在内胎坯材2′上开设密封剂充填孔的充填孔开孔装置,所以,在开孔工序中,不需要固定内胎坯材的专用夹具。
(2)由于在把内胎坯材放入硫化模内的状态下开设密封剂充填孔,所以,不必用专用夹具固定内胎坯材,也不需要解除固定的工序,制造简单。
(3)由于密封剂充填孔是在硫化前的比较柔软的生橡胶状态的周壁上被开设的,所以,与在硫化后的硬周壁上开孔相比,开孔动作容易。
(4)由于内胎坯材是在密封剂充填孔被开设后被硫化的,所以,即使开孔时切伤隔壁等,也可在其后的硫化工序中被修复。

Claims (4)

1.内有密封剂的轮胎内胎制造方法,该内胎备有充填空气的空气室和充填密封剂的密封剂室;其特征在于,该方法备有第1至第8工序,
在第1工序,挤出成形内胎坯材,该内胎坯材的略圆形断面的周壁内部用隔壁分隔成空气室和密封剂室;
在第2工序,将上述内胎坯材的两端部接合而形成为环形;
在第3工序,把上述环形内胎坯材放入硫化模;
在第4工序,在被放入在硫化模内的内胎坯材的周壁上开设与上述密封剂室连通的密封剂充填孔;
在第5工序,加热上述硫化模并对内胎坯材硫化;
在第6工序,从硫化模中取出已硫化的内胎;
在第7工序,从上述密封剂充填孔向密封剂室充填密封剂;
在第8工序,闭塞上述密封剂充填孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的内有密封剂的轮胎内胎制造方法,其特征在于,在上述第7工序中,在空气室已充填了空气的状态下充填密封剂。
3.内有密封剂的轮胎内胎的硫化装置,把轮胎内胎坯材嵌入预定的模子内进行硫化,上述轮胎内胎的具有略圆形断面的周壁内部,用隔壁分隔成外周侧的密封剂室和内周侧的空气室,其特征在于,该硫化装置备有充填孔开孔装置,该充填孔开孔装置通过切取上述周壁的一部分来开设与密封剂室连通的密封剂充填孔。
4.如权利要求3所述的内有密封剂的轮胎内胎硫化装置,其特征在于,形成有用于回收上述被切取的周壁片的通路。
