Abstract
本发明涉及一种组合式球阀阀芯,包括球形阀芯体、节流孔板。阀芯体的顶端为阀杆接口,阀芯体的中部为圆形通道,通道一侧是小孔式球面调节副,阀芯体的圆形通道内沿流道方向设置1块节流孔板,其下部有节流孔。节流孔板与圆形通道的上部空间设置1块或多块节流孔板,下部空间未设置节流孔板。该阀芯既适用于小流量高压差工况,也适用于大流量小压差工况,阀门适用范围广。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种组合式球阀阀芯,适用于小流量高压差、大流量小压差并存的工况,用于火电、核电、石化领域的球阀。
背景技术
现有可调节流量的球阀用阀芯为“V”形阀芯、节流小孔+节流孔板组合式阀芯或圆形通孔阀芯。圆形通孔阀芯的调节精度低;“V”形阀芯对于液体介质调节精度较高,但对于蒸汽介质的调节效果不理想,特别是高压差介质工况,极易产生冲蚀现象;节流小孔+节流孔板组合式阀芯仅适用于高压差工况。但目前火电、核电、石化领域设备存在小流量高压差、大流量小压差并存的工况,“V”形阀芯、节流小孔+节流孔板组合式阀芯或圆形通孔阀芯不适用于上述复杂工况。高压差工况下,“V”形阀芯、圆形通孔阀芯易产生冲蚀,阀门使用寿命短;节流小孔+节流孔板组合式阀芯不适用于大流量小压差工况,阀芯流通能力不足。
发明内容
本发明提供一种组合式球阀阀芯,小开度下具有多级调节、减压功能,大开度下变为圆形通孔式阀芯,适用于小流量高压差、大流量小压差并存的工况,阀门适用范围广,使用寿命长,可靠性高。
本发明的技术方案是:它包括球形阀芯体、节流孔板,阀芯体的上端为阀杆接口,阀芯体的中部为圆形通道,通道一侧是小孔式球面调节副,阀芯体的圆形通道内沿流道方向设置 1块A型节流孔板,A型节流孔板仅在下半部分加工有节流孔;节流孔板与圆形通道的上部空间设置1块或多块B型节流孔板,下部空间不设置节流孔板。
本发明的有益效果是:高压差工况时,球形阀芯体在前部分行程下工作,可精确调节介质的流量和压力,通过多级减压,有效避免汽蚀现象和高速介质冲蚀,提高阀门使用寿命;小压差、大流量工况时,球形阀芯体在大开度下工作,下部空间开启,下部介质仅经球面节流副一级减压,达到较大的流通能力,阀门适用范围广。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5、图6所示,本发明包括球形阀芯体(1)、阀座(3)、A 型节流孔板(4)、B型节流孔板(5)、球面调节副(6)、圆形通道(7)等。球形阀芯体(1) 的中部为圆形通道(7),通道一侧是小孔式球面调节副,阀芯体的圆形通道内沿流道方向设置1块A型节流孔板,A型节流孔板仅在下半部分加工有节流孔;A型节流孔板与圆形通道的上部空间内设置1块或多块B型节流孔板,下部空间不设置节流孔板。通过阀杆接口(2),球形阀芯体(1)与阀杆相连,由阀杆带动球形阀芯体(1)旋转。当阀杆带动球形阀芯体(1) 从关位旋转至如图2所示位置时,介质先流经球面调节副(6),再流经B型节流孔板(5),最后经A型节流孔板(4)流出,此开度范围适用于高压差工况;当阀杆带动球形阀芯体(1) 从图2所示位置旋转至图1位置时,A型节流孔板的下部空间开启,下部介质只流经球面调节副(6),阀门流通能力大大增加,适用于小压差、大流量工况,从而达到阀门适用范围广的目的。
Claims (3)
1.一种组合式球阀阀芯,包括球形阀芯体、节流孔板;阀芯的顶端为阀杆接口,阀芯体的中部为圆形通道,其特征是圆形通道(7)的一侧是小孔式球面调节副(6),阀芯体的圆形通道内沿流道方向设置1块A型节流孔板,A型节流孔板与圆形通道的上部空间内设置1块或多块B型节流孔板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合式球阀阀芯,其特征是阀芯体的圆形通道内沿流道方向设置1块A型节流孔板,A型节流孔板与圆形通道的上部空间内设置1块或多块B型节流孔板;下部空间不设置节流孔板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合式球阀阀芯,其特征是A型节流孔板仅在下半部分加工有节流孔。
