本发明公开了一种调节球阀,包括阀体,所述阀体上部设置有阀座,下部设置有端盖;所述阀体的内部设置有阀球,所述阀球的上端设置有阀杆;其中,所述阀球的流道内壁中还设置有多个与所述阀杆相垂直的横向节流孔板和多个与所述阀杆相平行的纵向节流孔板;其中,所述阀杆与所述阀座之间的空隙内设置有填料。本发明的球阀引入了调节阀的概念,不仅满足了阀门的切断要求,又能进行流体流量的调节,而且流阻小,流通能力大。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种调节球阀。
背景技术
在工业上,调节阀一般都只会采用直行程球形阀,在现有技术中,金属密封或非金属密封的球阀都只能用来进行流体控制中的开关操作。
发明内容
本发明目的是针对现有技术存在的缺陷提供一种调节球阀。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用如下技术方案:一种调节球阀,包括阀体,所述阀体上部设置有阀座,下部设置有端盖;所述阀体的内部设置有阀球,所述阀球的上端设置有阀杆;其中,所述阀球的流道内壁中还设置有多个与所述阀杆相垂直的横向节流孔板和多个与所述阀杆相平行的纵向节流孔板;其中,所述阀杆与所述阀座之间的空隙内设置有填料。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的球阀引入了调节阀的概念,不仅满足了阀门的切断要求,又能进行流体流量的调节,而且流阻小,流通能力大。

具体实施方式
图1所示,涉及一种调节球阀,包括阀体1,所述阀体1上部设置有阀座2,下部设置有端盖3;所述阀体1的内部设置有阀球4,所述阀球4的上端设置有阀杆5;其中,所述阀球4的流道内壁中还设置有多个与所述阀杆5相垂直的横向节流孔板62和多个与所述阀杆5相平行的纵向节流孔板61;其中,所述阀杆5与所述阀座2之间的空隙内设置有填料22。
本方案在于将多个节流孔板安装在阀球流道内壁,分为横向和纵向节流孔板,横向节流孔板垂直于阀杆,只起到连接补强节流件的功能,纵向节流孔板与阀杆平行,起到压降的功能。由于在所述阀杆5与所述阀座2之间的空隙内设置有填料22;使得阀杆5运动时更加稳定,可靠。
当球阀的阀门为小开度时,流体连续的经过孔板时,产生压降,降低了出口的流速,提高了设备的稳定性,并降低了运行的噪音。当球阀的阀门完全时,节流孔板与流体呈完全的平行状态,这时孔板节流效率消失,流阻减至最小,能得到阀门最大的流通能力,远超同孔径的蝶阀和直行程调节阀。相比其他方案,本方案实现简单,利用孔板降压原理解决了球阀阀门小开度容易产生的冲刷和气蚀现象,全开时又有相比其他阀门较大的流通能力。

1.一种调节球阀,其特征在于,包括阀体,所述阀体上部设置有阀座,下部设置有端盖;所述阀体的内部设置有阀球,所述阀球的上端设置有阀杆;其中,所述阀球的流道内壁中还设置有多个与所述阀杆相垂直的横向节流孔板和多个与所述阀杆相平行的纵向节流孔板;其中,所述阀杆与所述阀座之间的空隙内设置有填料。
