Abstract
本发明涉及汽车内饰附属装置的技术领域,特别是涉及一种应用于汽车内饰门板的成型PP蜂窝板,既可以大幅度降低模具费用,也能提升整车装饰效果,降低整车气味以及VOC挥发量;包括成型PP蜂窝板地图袋,成型PP蜂窝板地图袋外观面为成型PP蜂窝板地图袋无纺布层,内表面为成型PP蜂窝板地图袋结构层。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车内饰附属装置的技术领域,特别是涉及一种应用于汽车内饰门板的成型PP蜂窝板。
背景技术
众所周知,汽车门板中门嵌饰板、门板地图袋和仪表板左右装饰板等一般采用以下三种工艺成型:
1、注塑+皮纹,此种方式注塑模具费用较高,表面注塑缺陷,如流痕、熔接线、缩水痕明显,且不易消除,影响外观;
2、注塑+喷漆,此种方式注塑模具费用较高,喷漆成品率低,易流挂,颗粒,且油漆气味、VOC超标,损害人体健康;
3、注塑骨架+涂胶层+PVC(PU)表皮包覆,此种方式注塑模具成本高,胶水气味、VOC超标;表皮人工包覆成本高,且包覆合格率低等
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种既可以大幅度降低模具费用,也能提升整车装饰效果,降低整车气味以及VOC挥发量的应用于汽车内饰门板的成型PP蜂窝板。
本发明的一种应用于汽车内饰门板的成型PP蜂窝板,包括成型PP蜂窝板地图袋,所述成型PP蜂窝板地图袋外观面为成型PP蜂窝板地图袋无纺布层,内表面为成型PP蜂窝板地图袋结构层。
本发明的一种应用于汽车内饰门板的成型PP蜂窝板,所述成型PP蜂窝板地图袋与门板通过超声波焊接方式进行紧固。
本发明的一种应用于汽车内饰门板的成型PP蜂窝板,所述成型PP蜂窝板地图袋结构层厚度设计为3.5-5.5mm。
本发明的一种应用于汽车内饰门板的成型PP蜂窝板,所述成型PP蜂窝板地图袋无纺布层克重≥180g/m2。
与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果为:成型PP蜂窝板地图袋外观面为成型PP蜂窝板地图袋无纺布层,内表面为成型PP蜂窝板地图袋结构层,成型PP蜂窝板地图袋生产时先将整个PP蜂窝板与无纺布板材(提前将PP蜂窝板与无纺布热合在一起)在热压成型模具中,通过一定温度与时间、压力,冷却后成型,并裁剪成设计要求的边界形状,从而既可以大幅度降低模具费用,也能提升整车装饰效果,降低整车气味以及VOC挥发量。

下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
如图1至图4所示,本发明的一种应用于汽车内饰门板的成型PP蜂窝板,包括成型PP蜂窝板地图袋2,成型PP蜂窝板地图袋2外观面为成型PP蜂窝板地图袋无纺布层3,内表面为成型PP蜂窝板地图袋结构层4;成型PP蜂窝板地图袋外观面为成型PP蜂窝板地图袋无纺布层,内表面为成型PP蜂窝板地图袋结构层,成型PP蜂窝板地图袋生产时先将整个PP蜂窝板与无纺布板材(提前将PP蜂窝板与无纺布热合在一起)在热压成型模具中,通过一定温度与时间、压力,冷却后成型,并裁剪成设计要求的边界形状,从而既可以大幅度降低模具费用,也能提升整车装饰效果,降低整车气味以及VOC挥发量。

本发明的一种应用于汽车内饰门板的成型PP蜂窝板,以上所述所有部件的安装方式、连接方式或设置方式均为焊接、铆接或其他常见机械方式,其中可滑动/转动固定即为滑动/转动状态下不脱落,密封连通即两连接件连通的同时进行密封,并且其所有部件的具体结构、型号和系数指标均为其自带技术,只要能够达成其有益效果的均可进行实施,上述所有用电模块及用电器均为市面常见电器件,买回使用时仅需按照一同购回的使用说明书相互电连接即可进行使用,且控制模块为其常见自带模块,故均在此不再赘述。
本发明的一种应用于汽车内饰门板的成型PP蜂窝板,在未作相反说明的情况下,“上下左右、前后内外以及垂直水平”等包含在术语中的方位词仅代表该术语在常规使用状态下的方位,或为本领域技术人员理解的俗称,而不应视为对该术语的限制,与此同时,“第一”、“第二”和“第三”等数列名词不代表具体的数量及顺序,仅仅是用于名称的区分,而且,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者设备不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者设备所固有的要素。

1.一种应用于汽车内饰门板的成型PP蜂窝板,其特征在于,包括成型PP蜂窝板地图袋(2),所述成型PP蜂窝板地图袋(2)外观面为成型PP蜂窝板地图袋无纺布层(3),内表面为成型PP蜂窝板地图袋结构层(4)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种应用于汽车内饰门板的成型PP蜂窝板,其特征在于,所述成型PP蜂窝板地图袋(2)与门板(1)通过超声波焊接方式进行紧固。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种应用于汽车内饰门板的成型PP蜂窝板,其特征在于,所述成型PP蜂窝板地图袋(2)结构层厚度设计为3.5-5.5mm。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种应用于汽车内饰门板的成型PP蜂窝板,其特征在于,所述成型PP蜂窝板地图袋无纺布层(3)克重≥180g/m2。
