Wherein, the step 1: and (3) performing registration management and automatic configuration consistency test on registration messages and configuration files when the equipment is accessed to the master station:
(1) The main station manufacturer submits a system specification, a power distribution automation system is provided, and a tester configures a test environment.
(2) The standardized power distribution terminal initiates a correct registration request to a power distribution automatic testing main station, a tester checks whether the main station judges whether the terminal is in first or non-first network access, whether the first network access correctly generates a terminal registration management table, whether non-first network access increases a terminal registration record, and whether the registration management table at least comprises version number information of terminal IP, ID, ICD and CID files. And checking whether the master station supports historical registration record inquiry according to three independent or combined conditions of terminal ID inquiry, time period inquiry and IP inquiry.
(3) Checking whether the power distribution automation master station has authority configuration management and supports the setting of authority or not on a test master station main interface; the point table template management function supports template retrieval and query, the point table self-definition function supports data point addition, deletion and storage as a new template, and the automatic configuration file updating function supports automatic CID file updating according to a configuration updating table provided by a main station configurator. Selecting a first network access condition of the terminal, starting an automatic configuration service, checking whether a master station actively calls an ICD file after receiving a registration request, whether the ICD file is correctly analyzed, whether the ICD is verified, whether CRC (cyclic redundancy check) verification of the CID file is carried out, whether the version verification of the ICD and the CID file is carried out, whether the CID file is correctly generated, and whether the CID configuration file conforms to a configuration updating list.
And 2, step: simulating the registration management and automatic configuration abnormal conditions when the equipment is accessed to the master station, and carrying out consistency test on a processing mechanism of the abnormal conditions:

(4) And the terminal is electrified and restarted under the condition that the terminal is not registered for the first time and accesses the network, registration information is automatically sent to the master station, and the master station analyzes the registration message, compares the registration message with the latest registration record information of the master station and finds abnormality. And the master station judges whether the version number of the ICD file is inconsistent with the registration information or not and alarms or not, checks whether the version number of the ICD file is consistent with the version number of the ICD file at the master station side or not and generates an error log when the version number of the ICD file is inconsistent with the registration information. And if the master station detects that the CID file version number is inconsistent with the CID file version number of the master station side, the configuration service is terminated and an error log is generated.
(5) The power distribution terminal continuously registers, the master station replies negative response, the power distribution terminal repeatedly initiates a registration request, the request frequency is more than 10 times/minute, and the master station alarms and remotely resets the terminal.
