Abstract

本发明公开了一种双层卸灰阀,下侧的阀杆的前端连接有另一端向左且中部向上凸出的凸轮面二,且两个阀杆均连接有在半球打开后能快速回位封堵的配重机构,两个阀体的连接处安装有能依次滚压凸轮面一和凸轮面二以实现间断打开上下两个半球的滚压机构。凸轮面一带动阀杆和右侧的配重拉杆转动,这样上侧的阀杆带动上侧的半球打开,从而促使铁矿灰落下,落到两个半球之间的腔室,在重力的作用下,右侧的配重砣下移,带动配重拉杆和上侧的阀杆转动,半球紧贴阀座,上阀流道孔被封死。滚轮组件继续转动开始滚压凸轮面二,凸轮面二带动阀杆和右侧的配重拉杆转动,这样下侧的阀杆带动下侧的半球打开,从而促使铁矿灰落下排出阀门外。

技术领域
本发明涉及双层卸灰阀排灰、防漏风领域,具体为一种双层卸灰阀。
背景技术
卸灰阀,是炼钢厂烧结机上将矿渣灰卸出用的,目前使用的卸灰阀都是插板阀和翻板阀,在使用过程中插板阀存在着矿灰卡在插板槽内,增加磨损,产生漏风。翻板阀的翻板上装有密封垫,在翻板关闭时,密封垫上结有部分矿渣,在翻板贴紧阀座时产生磨损,并且贴合不严,造成漏风、漏料,此二种阀的都有共同的缺点漏风,产生冷风进入,热风外溢,造成热能损失,能耗增加,因此,需要一种降低能耗耐磨可靠的双层卸灰阀。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种双层卸灰阀,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种双层卸灰阀,包括上下流道贯通的阀体以及安装在阀体内腔上侧的半球壳状的半球,所述半球连接有向前穿过阀体的阀杆,且阀体设为上、下密封连接的两个;
上侧的阀杆的前端连接有另一端向下的且中部向左凸出的凸轮面一,下侧的阀杆的前端连接有另一端向左且中部向上凸出的凸轮面二,且两个阀杆均连接有在半球打开后能快速回位封堵的配重机构,两个阀体的连接处安装有能依次滚压凸轮面一和凸轮面二以实现间断打开上下两个半球的滚压机构。
优选的,所述配重机构包括与阀杆前端固定的向右下方倾斜的配重拉杆,且配重拉杆的末端固定有配重砣。
优选的,所述滚压机构包括固定在两个阀体连接处的机架,且机架上安装有电机,所述电机向前的电机轴连接有电机摆臂,且电机摆臂的末端抵紧凸轮面一的左端上侧。
优选的,所述电机摆臂的末端安装有减小滚压摩擦的装有轴承的滚轮组件。
优选的,所述凸轮面一和凸轮面二内均固定有增加强度的加强筋板。
优选的,所述电机为摆线针轮减速电机。
优选的,所述配重砣呈与配重拉杆垂直的圆柱形。
优选的,两个阀体的前端位于配重拉杆的上侧位置安装有接近开关,且接近开关连线控制室监控台。
优选的,所述半球的内腔顶部固定有前后设置的加强筋板。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、电机转动,带动电机摆臂逆时针转动,从而促使滚轮组件滚压凸轮面一,凸轮面一带动阀杆和上侧的配重拉杆转动,这样上侧的阀杆带动上侧的半球打开,从而促使灰落下,落到两个半球之间的腔室;
2、凸轮面一继续被推动,接着滚轮组件滚出凸轮面一,在重力的作用下,上侧的配重砣下移,带动配重拉杆和上侧的阀杆转动,这样上侧的半球回位到阀座上,对上侧的阀体的上端封闭,阻断上腔矿灰下落,断绝冷空气回流。接着滚轮组件继续转动,滚压下侧的凸轮面二,同理,下侧的配重砣在重力作用下,打开下侧的半球,将存储在两半球之间的矿灰落下,当滚轮组件从凸轮面二上滚动至脱离时,则对下侧的阀体的上端封闭,阻断中腔矿灰下落,断绝冷空气回流。这样的一个由上阀开启、关闭到下阀开启、关闭过程完成一个卸灰阀完整排放、关闭、阻漏的周期过程,这样就可以避免外界的冷空气回流,避免内部热量散失,更节能。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1至3,本发明提供一种双层卸灰阀技术方案:一种双层卸灰阀,包括上下流道贯通的阀体1以及安装在阀体1内腔上侧的半球壳状的半球11,半球11连接有向前穿过阀体1的阀杆12,且阀体1设为上、下密封连接的两个半球11的内腔顶部固定有前后设置的加强板13,增加强度,两个阀体1之间通过密封垫片、法兰和螺栓连接,当然了,阀体1内还包括压板,填料压盖等,均为现有技术,不再详述。
上侧的阀杆12的前端连接有另一端向下的且中部向左凸出的凸轮面一2,下侧的阀杆12的前端连接有另一端向左且中部向上凸出的凸轮面二21,且两个阀杆12均连接有在半球11打开后能快速回位封堵的配重机构,配重机构包括与阀杆12前端固定的向右下方倾斜的配重拉杆3,且配重拉杆3的末端固定有配重砣31,在配重砣31的作用下,通过配重拉杆3带动阀杆12转动,这样在半球11打开时,配重砣31上移,当回位时,在重力作用下,快速回位,两个阀体1的连接处安装有能依次滚压凸轮面一2和凸轮面二21以实现间断打开上下两个半球11的滚压机构,滚压机构包括固定在两个阀体1连接处的机架22,且机架22上安装有电机23,电机23向前的电机轴连接有电机摆臂24,且电机摆臂24的末端抵紧凸轮面一2的左端上侧,通过电机23带动电机摆臂24,滚压凸轮面一2和凸轮面二21,从而打开半球11,电机摆臂24的末端安装有减小滚压摩擦的装有轴承的滚轮组件25,轴承为向心轴承,减小了摩擦阻力。
凸轮面一2和凸轮面二21内均固定有增加强度的加强筋板26,增加支撑强度,相对于实心,即保证了强度,也减轻了重量,电机23为摆线针轮减速电机,降低速度,传动力矩更大,更好的带动电机摆臂24配重砣31呈与配重拉杆3垂直的圆柱形,减小运动时的阻力,关闭时反应速度更快,两个阀体1的前端位于配重拉杆3的上侧位置安装有接近开关4,且接近开关4连接到控制室的监控台,使室内生产指挥人员随时监控阀门现场实际工作状况。
工作原理:电机23转动,带动电机摆臂24逆时针转动(选择逆时针转动是考虑由小到大的过渡),从而促使滚轮组件25滚压凸轮面一2,凸轮面一2带动阀杆12和上侧的配重拉杆3转动,这样上侧的阀杆12带动上侧的半球11打开,从而促使矿灰落下,落到两个半球11之间的腔室,凸轮面一2继续被推动,接着滚轮组件25滚出凸轮面一2,在重力的作用下,上侧的配重砣31下移,带动配重拉杆3和上侧的阀杆12转动,这样上侧的半球11回位,对上侧的阀体1的上端封闭,避免矿灰进入,接着滚轮组件25继续转动,滚压下侧的凸轮面二21,同理打开下侧的半球11,将存储的矿灰落下,当滚轮组件25从凸轮面二21上滚脱时,同理,下侧的配重砣31在重力作用下,带动下侧的半球11关闭下侧的阀体1,接着滚轮组件25回到初始位置,继续下一轮存灰和排灰。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (9)

1.一种双层卸灰阀,包括上下流道贯通的阀体(1)以及安装在阀体(1)内腔上侧的半球(11),所述半球(11)连接有向前穿过阀体(1)的阀杆(12),且阀体(1)设为上、下密封连接的两个;
其特征在于:上端阀杆(12)的侧面连接有另一端向下的且中部向左凸出的凸轮一(26),下端的阀杆(12)的侧面连接有另一端向左且中部向上凸出的凸轮二(21),且两个阀杆(12)均连接有在半球(11)打开后能快速回位封堵的配重机构,两个阀体(1)的连接处的侧面安装有能依次滚压凸轮面一(2)和凸轮面二(21)以实现间断打开上下两个半球(11)的滚压机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双层卸灰阀,其特征在于:所述配重机构包括与阀杆(12)前端固定的向右下方倾斜的配重拉杆(3),且配重拉杆(3)的末端固定有配重砣(31)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种双层卸灰阀,其特征在于:所述滚压机构包括固定在两个阀体(1)连接处的机架(22),且机架(22)上安装有电机(23),所述电机(23)向前的电机轴连接有电机摆臂(24),且电机摆臂(24)的末端抵紧凸轮面一(2)的左端上侧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种双层卸灰阀,其特征在于:所述电机摆臂(24)的末端安装有减小滚压摩擦的装有轴承的滚轮组件(25)。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种双层卸灰阀,其特征在于:所述凸轮面一(2)和凸轮面二(21)内均固定有增加强度的加强筋板(26)。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种双层卸灰阀,其特征在于:所述电机(23)为摆线针轮减速电机。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种双层卸灰阀,其特征在于:所述配重砣(31)呈与配重拉杆(3)垂直的圆柱形。
8.根据权利要求3所述的一种双层卸灰阀,其特征在于:两个阀体(1)的前端位于配重拉杆(3)的上侧位置安装有接近开关(4),且接近开关(4)连线监控室控制台。
9.根据权利要求1至8任意一项所述的一种双层卸灰阀,其特征在于:所述半球(11)的内腔顶部固定有前后设置的加强板(13)。
