本发明涉及装饰材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种装饰膜材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着科技的进步及生活水平、审美情趣的提高,人们对改善生活品质的需求越来越迫切,对装饰材料的要求也越来越高,对产品外观个性化品质追求日益多样化。作为一种应用相当广泛的装饰材料的装饰膜材料正是在这种情况下应运而生的,这种材料主要起到装饰保护作用,除了美观作用外,还有一些其他性能,如:隔热、保暖、隔紫外线、安全防爆防盗防弹和私密性等。发展性能优异的装饰膜材料能有效改善产品外观,给人以美感,提高人们的审美舒适度,满足人们对装饰材料的个性化需求。
目前,常见的装饰膜是PVC装饰膜,这种装饰膜可以使被装饰物表面获得较高的硬度,防止表面人为地划伤、擦伤或磕碰,从而更好的保护被装饰物,增加其使用寿命;但这种装饰膜仅可起到美观装饰作用,没有附加功能,且其耐候性和耐高温性能有待进一步提高,表面平整度以及光泽不足,膜表面手感粗糙,另外,其对印刷层的粘附作用弱,图文清晰度和油墨牢固度有待进一步改善;除此之外,由于其内部含有氯元素,具有较好的阻燃效果,但其环保性较差。
中国发明专利CN 109280289 A公开了一种零收缩装饰膜,按照重量比,其原料组成为:PVC胶料100份,锌粉6-12份、环氧大豆油2-3份、纳米碳酸钙2-6份、钛白粉5-10份、色料2-6份、增塑剂20-40份、镉钡锌复合稳定剂2-4份,加工助剂20-40份,其通过配方,尤其是加工助剂的加入,使装饰膜零收缩,延长装饰膜的使用寿命,但这种材料成份较复杂,助剂添加量较多,在长期使用过程中,这些助剂易从基材中渗出,从而影响材料的使用寿命,且其也不具有吸墨的作用,没有改善印刷层图文的清晰度和牢固度。
因此,开发一种综合性能佳,性能稳定性好,耐候性、机械力学性能和阻燃性优异,表面平整度高、手感细腻的装饰膜材料符合市场需求,具有广泛的市场价值和应用前景,对促进装饰材料的发展具有非常重要的意义。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中的缺陷,本发明提供一种装饰膜材料及其制备方法,该制备方法简单易行,原料来源丰富,价格低廉,反应条件温和,适合规模化生产,推广应用价值高;制备得到的装饰膜材料装饰效果显著,耐划伤、耐热、耐老化和抗压性能好,综合性能和性能稳定性佳,耐候性、机械力学性能和阻燃性优异,平整度高、手感细腻,对油墨的吸附力更强,图文清晰度和牢固度更高,使用更加安全环保。
为达到上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种装饰膜材料,其特征在于,它自上而下依次包括耐候保护层、印刷层和基材层;所述印刷层是通过印刷机在基材层上印刷一层油彩图而成;所述耐候保护层、印刷层之间通过胶粘剂层状贴合;所述耐候保护层是由如下重量份的各原料制成:二[(S)-[(5S)-5-乙烯基-1-氮杂双环[2.2.2]辛烷-7-基]-(6-甲氧基喹啉-4-基)甲基]碳酸酯20-30份、苯基乙烯基砜10-20份、烯丙基琥珀酰亚胺基碳酸酯10-15份、1-烯丙基-2-三氟甲基苯并咪唑10-20份、茴香烯5-10份、1-氰基-2-丙烯基乙酸酯10-15份、3,3,7,7,10,10-六苯基-2,4,6,8,9,11-六氧杂-1,5-二砷杂-3,7,10-三硅杂双环[3.3.3]十一烷1-3份、光引发剂0.01-0.03份、有机溶剂30-40份。
进一步地,所述胶粘剂为聚丙烯酸胶粘剂、聚氨酯胶粘剂、热熔胶粘剂、环氧树脂胶粘剂、有机硅胶胶粘剂中的至少一种。
优选地,所述耐候保护层所用材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将二[(S)-[(5S)-5-乙烯基-1-氮杂双环[2.2.2]辛烷-7-基]-(6-甲氧基喹啉-4-基)甲基]碳酸酯、苯基乙烯基砜、烯丙基琥珀酰亚胺基碳酸酯、1-烯丙基-2-三氟甲基苯并咪唑、茴香烯、1-氰基-2-丙烯基乙酸酯、3,3,7,7,10,10-六苯基-2,4,6,8,9,11-六氧杂-1,5-二砷杂-3,7,10-三硅杂双环[3.3.3]十一烷和光引发剂加入到有机溶剂中,超声10-15分钟,后置于透明模具中,再将模具置于波长为210-260nm的紫外光下照射30-40分钟,后在70-80℃下干燥至恒重,得到耐候保护层所用材料;所述耐候保护层所用材料通过压延、干燥制成耐候保护层。

采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于:
(1)本发明提供的一种装饰膜材料,制备方法简单易行,原料来源丰富,价格低廉,反应条件温和,适合规模化生产,推广应用价值高。
(2)本发明提供的一种装饰膜材料,克服了传统PVC装饰膜仅可起到美观装饰作用,没有附加功能,且其耐候性和耐高温性能有待进一步提高,表面平整度以及光泽不足,膜表面手感粗糙,对印刷层的粘附作用弱,图文清晰度和油墨牢固度有待进一步改善,由于其内部含有氯元素,具有较好的阻燃效果,但其环保性较差的缺陷,具有装饰效果显著,耐划伤、耐热、耐老化和抗压性能好,综合性能和性能稳定性佳,耐候性、机械力学性能和阻燃性优异,平整度高、手感细腻,对油墨的吸附力更强,图文清晰度和牢固度更高,使用更加安全环保的优点。
(3)本发明提供的一种装饰膜材料,耐候保护层通过二[(S)-[(5S)-5-乙烯基-1-氮杂双环[2.2.2]辛烷-7-基]-(6-甲氧基喹啉-4-基)甲基]碳酸酯、苯基乙烯基砜、烯丙基琥珀酰亚胺基碳酸酯、1-烯丙基-2-三氟甲基苯并咪唑、茴香烯、1-氰基-2-丙烯基乙酸酯、3,3,7,7,10,10-六苯基-2,4,6,8,9,11-六氧杂-1,5-二砷杂-3,7,10-三硅杂双环[3.3.3]共聚而成,3,3,7,7,10,10-六苯基-2,4,6,8,9,11-六氧杂-1,5-二砷杂-3,7,10-三硅杂双环[3.3.3]的掺入,提高了材料的机械力学性能,改善了传统通过添加无机填料的方式来增强时引起的相分离,形容性,分散性等问题,且其中含有苯环、硅、砷结构,有利于提高材料的阻燃性和耐候性;各单体可以根据需要调整比例,制成性能优异的耐候保护层,单体茴烯的加入能改善抗氧化性,防止材料发生黄变,进而避免影响装饰效果;1-烯丙基-2-三氟甲基苯并咪唑引入苯并咪唑结构,能有效提高材料的抗紫外老化性能,含氟结构的引入,使得材料成为氟硅系材料,具有氟硅系材料的优异性能;二[(S)-[(5S)-5-乙烯基-1-氮杂双环[2.2.2]辛烷-7-基]-(6-甲氧基喹啉-4-基)甲基]碳酸酯引入碳酸酯结构,提高材料的装饰效果和光泽,其分子链上含有的不饱和键成为交联位点,在成型时形成三维网络结构,提高材料的综合性能;引入的苯基乙烯基砜、烯丙基琥珀酰亚胺基碳酸酯不仅保留了碳酸酯和砜类材料的优异性能,而且协同作用,使得透明度更佳,综合性能更优异;1-氰基-2-丙烯基乙酸酯的引入能提高材料耐候性。
(4)本发明提供的一种装饰膜材料,基材层通过聚氯乙烯、[5-(2-氨基-6-氧代-3H-嘌呤-9-基)-3,4-二羟基四氢呋喃-2-基]甲基[5-(6-氨基嘌呤-9-基)-4-羟基-2-(羟基甲基)四氢呋喃-3-基]磷酸氢酯、丙烯酸改性聚乙烯醇、硅铝酸改性而成,首先聚氯乙烯和丙烯酸改性聚乙烯醇在引发剂是作用下发生熔融聚合反应,将聚乙烯醇结构引入聚氯乙烯中,可以有效提高材料的吸墨能力,进而改善图文清晰度和牢固度;其次,聚氯乙烯中的氯与[5-(2-氨基-6-氧代-3H-嘌呤-9-基)-3,4-二羟基四氢呋喃-2-基]甲基[5-(6-氨基嘌呤-9-基)-4-羟基-2-(羟基甲基)四氢呋喃-3-基]磷酸氢酯上的氨基反生离子化反应,形成荷正电的聚合物,再与硅铝酸发生离子交换,通过挥发除去部分氯化氢,使得使用更加安全环保;硅铝酸根的引入能进一步提高吸墨能力;[5-(2-氨基-6-氧代-3H-嘌呤-9-基)-3,4-二羟基四氢呋喃-2-基]甲基[5-(6-氨基嘌呤-9-基)-4-羟基-2-(羟基甲基)四氢呋喃-3-基]磷酸氢酯结构的引入能有效改善阻燃性、耐候性和其他综合性能,其还起到交联剂的作用,能进一步改善材料的综合性能。

实施例1
一种装饰膜材料,其特征在于,它自上而下依次包括耐候保护层、印刷层和基材层;所述印刷层是通过印刷机在基材层上印刷一层油彩图而成;所述耐候保护层、印刷层之间通过胶粘剂层状贴合;所述耐候保护层是由如下重量份的各原料制成:二[(S)-[(5S)-5-乙烯基-1-氮杂双环[2.2.2]辛烷-7-基]-(6-甲氧基喹啉-4-基)甲基]碳酸酯20份、苯基乙烯基砜10份、烯丙基琥珀酰亚胺基碳酸酯10份、1-烯丙基-2-三氟甲基苯并咪唑10份、茴香烯5份、1-氰基-2-丙烯基乙酸酯10份、3,3,7,7,10,10-六苯基-2,4,6,8,9,11-六氧杂-1,5-二砷杂-3,7,10-三硅杂双环[3.3.3]十一烷1份、安息香0.01份、二氯甲烷30份;所述胶粘剂为聚丙烯酸胶粘剂。

1.一种装饰膜材料,其特征在于,它自上而下依次包括耐候保护层、印刷层和基材层;所述印刷层是通过印刷机在基材层上印刷一层油彩图而成;所述耐候保护层、印刷层之间通过胶粘剂层状贴合;所述耐候保护层是由如下重量份的各原料制成:二[(S)-[(5S)-5-乙烯基-1-氮杂双环[2.2.2]辛烷-7-基]-(6-甲氧基喹啉-4-基)甲基]碳酸酯20-30份、苯基乙烯基砜10-20份、烯丙基琥珀酰亚胺基碳酸酯10-15份、1-烯丙基-2-三氟甲基苯并咪唑10-20份、茴香烯5-10份、1-氰基-2-丙烯基乙酸酯10-15份、3,3,7,7,10,10-六苯基-2,4,6,8,9,11-六氧杂-1,5-二砷杂-3,7,10-三硅杂双环[3.3.3]十一烷1-3份、光引发剂0.01-0.03份、有机溶剂30-40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种装饰膜材料,其特征在于,所述胶粘剂为聚丙烯酸胶粘剂、聚氨酯胶粘剂、热熔胶粘剂、环氧树脂胶粘剂、有机硅胶胶粘剂中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种装饰膜材料,其特征在于,所述耐候保护层所用材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将二[(S)-[(5S)-5-乙烯基-1-氮杂双环[2.2.2]辛烷-7-基]-(6-甲氧基喹啉-4-基)甲基]碳酸酯、苯基乙烯基砜、烯丙基琥珀酰亚胺基碳酸酯、1-烯丙基-2-三氟甲基苯并咪唑、茴香烯、1-氰基-2-丙烯基乙酸酯、3,3,7,7,10,10-六苯基-2,4,6,8,9,11-六氧杂-1,5-二砷杂-3,7,10-三硅杂双环[3.3.3]十一烷和光引发剂加入到有机溶剂中,超声10-15分钟,后置于透明模具中,再将模具置于波长为210-260nm的紫外光下照射30-40分钟,后在70-80℃下干燥至恒重,得到耐候保护层所用材料;所述耐候保护层所用材料通过压延、干燥制成耐候保护层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种装饰膜材料,其特征在于,所述光引发剂选自安息香、安息香乙醚、2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基丙酮、异丙基硫杂蒽酮中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种装饰膜材料,其特征在于,所述有机溶剂选自二氯甲烷、四氢呋喃、丙酮中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种装饰膜材料,其特征在于,所述基材层是由如下重量份的各原料制成:聚氯乙烯60-80份、[5-(2-氨基-6-氧代-3H-嘌呤-9-基)-3,4-二羟基四氢呋喃-2-基]甲基[5-(6-氨基嘌呤-9-基)-4-羟基-2-(羟基甲基)四氢呋喃-3-基]磷酸氢酯5-10份、丙烯酸改性聚乙烯醇5-10份、硅铝酸3-6份、引发剂0.01-0.03份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种装饰膜材料,其特征在于,所述基材层的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将聚氯乙烯、[5-(2-氨基-6-氧代-3H-嘌呤-9-基)-3,4-二羟基四氢呋喃-2-基]甲基[5-(6-氨基嘌呤-9-基)-4-羟基-2-(羟基甲基)四氢呋喃-3-基]磷酸氢酯、丙烯酸改性聚乙烯醇、硅铝酸、引发剂加入到双螺杆挤出机中熔融挤出,并经过衣架型T-模、镀铬的压延辊、干燥辊得到基材层。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种装饰膜材料,其特征在于,所述引发剂选自偶氮二异丁腈、偶氮二异庚腈中的至少一种。
9.一种如权利要求1-8任一项所述的装饰膜材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:通过印刷机在基材层上印刷一层油彩图,形成印刷层;再在印刷层上涂覆胶黏剂,然后通过贴合机将耐候保护层和印刷层贴合在一起,制得装饰膜材料。
