亚克力也叫PMMA,也就是有机玻璃,化学名称为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,是一种重要的热塑性塑料,具有较好的透明性、化学稳定性和耐候性,易染色,易加工,外观优美,在建筑业中有着广泛的应用,有机玻璃产品通常可以分为浇注板、挤出板和模塑料。随着人们生活水平的逐步提高,各种各样的装饰材料出现在各大公共场所、豪华酒店、商场家庭等地方。亚克力板材作为一种新型的有机装饰材料逐渐在人们的日常生活中扮演重要的角色,市场上,一般的亚克力板材色单一、装饰效果不强,且这些亚克力板材为易燃产品,使用在建筑物上具有一定的不安全性。

一种阻燃性能好的亚克力板,包括有基板,及设置于基板上部的面板,及设置于基板周侧的防护板,及设置于基板下部的底板,及涂覆于面板上部和防护板外部的隔热涂料层,所述基板横截面的上表面呈锯齿形,一个锯齿状凸起由两个斜面组成,且其中一个斜面上设置有丝印层,所述基板和面板之间设置有真空层,所述基板和底板之间设置有夜光层,所述底板的下部设置有镀银层;所述基板、面板、底板以及防护板皆由阻燃亚克力板制成。
作为优选,所述基板的四周设置有卡持沿,所述卡持沿与基板一体成型,使其结构更加牢固。
作为优选,所述防护板的内侧设置有卡持槽,所述卡持槽与卡持沿配合设置,使防护板可以固定基板,结构更稳定。
作为优选,所述基板和防护板卡持连接,所述防护板和面板、防护板和底板皆通过强力粘合剂粘接。
作为优选,所述基板和防护板、底板和防护板以及面板和防护板的连接处皆有密封胶密封。
一种阻燃亚克力板,由以下重量份的原料制成:有机硅树脂80‐100份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯65‐75份、氢氧化镁10‐20份、硼酸锌8‐16份、脲醛树脂8‐16份、丙烯酸乙二醇酯3‐10份、氯化钙5‐12份、硬脂酸钙3‐6份、三甲氧基硅烷3‐6份、二甲基硅油3‐8份、六氟丙烯1‐5份、无机抗菌剂5‐10份、抗静电剂1‐3份。
作为优选,所述无机抗菌剂为硅酸锌、氧化铜、氧化锌、磷酸二氢铵、碳酸锂中的一种或者几种的混合物。
作为优选,所述抗静电剂为烷基磺酸钠、磷酸钠、二硫代氨基甲酸钙、钛酸镁中的一种或者几种的混合物。
一种阻燃亚克力板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)取有机硅树脂80‐100份和甲基丙烯酸甲酯65‐75份、脲醛树脂8‐16份、丙烯酸乙二醇酯3‐10份,在室温下将有机硅树脂溶解在甲基丙烯酸甲酯中,搅拌均匀,然后升温至45‐55℃,再加入脲醛树脂和丙烯酸乙二醇酯,搅拌均匀,制成有机玻璃溶液,备用;
2)取氢氧化镁10‐20份、硼酸锌8‐16份、氯化钙5‐12份、硬脂酸钙3‐6份、无机抗菌剂5‐10份、抗静电剂1‐3份,通过球磨机研磨、过50‐100目筛后,将未达标的颗粒继续研磨,直至所有颗粒都能达到50‐100目的标准,得到粉末混合物,备用;
3)将三甲氧基硅烷3‐6份、二甲基硅油3‐8份、步骤2)制得的粉末混合物溶解入步骤1)制得的有机玻璃溶液中,再将六氟丙烯1‐5份通入有机玻璃溶液中,得到混合浆料,备用;
4)将步骤3)制得的混合浆料灌入模具中,通过空气浴加热至92‐98℃并保持1‐1.5h,使混合浆料聚合,备用;
5)将步骤4)制得的聚合物冷却至室温、脱模,即可。
本发明的有益效果为:由于基板的表面设置成锯齿状且一侧斜面有丝印层、另一侧设置呈透明面,并在基板和底板之间涂有夜光层、在底板的下部涂有镀银层,使该亚克力板的装饰性能更强;由于镀银层具有很好的反光作用,且基板和面板之间设置有真空层,使该亚克力板的隔热、隔音效果好,更适合作为建筑装饰材料;由于基板、面板底板和防护板皆由阻燃亚克力板制成,使该亚克力板具有了阻燃的效果,作为建筑装饰材料更加安全;由于在阻燃亚克力板的原料中加入有氢氧化镁,配合硼酸锌和抗静电剂使其阻燃效果更好。

具体实施方式
实施例一:
如图1‐2所示,一种阻燃性能好的亚克力板,包括有基板1,及设置于基板1上部的面板2,及设置于基板1周侧的防护板5,及设置于基板1下部的底板6,及涂覆于面板2上部和防护板5外部的隔热涂料层3,所述基板1的四周设置有卡持沿13,所述卡持沿13与基板1一体成型,使其结构更加牢固,所述防护板5的内侧设置有卡持槽,所述卡持槽与卡持沿13配合设置,使防护板5可以固定基板1,结构更稳定,所述基板1横截面的上表面呈锯齿形,一个锯齿状凸起由两个斜面11组成,且其中一个斜面11上设置有丝印层12,白天时,从亚克力板的一侧看能够看到丝印层12,从另一侧看能够看到透明的亚克力面,且晚上能够透过亚克力面看到一条条荧光,装饰效果好;亚克力板也可以横向放置在高处,从下面可以看到丝印层12,晚上荧光从上面的透明的斜面射出,装饰效果更好。所述防护板5的厚度大于基板1的最高厚度,所述基板1和面板2之间设置有真空层8,使该亚克力板的隔热隔音效果更好,所述基板1和底板6之间设置有夜光层4,所述底板6的下部设置有镀银层7;所述基板1、面板2、底板6以及防护板5皆由阻燃亚克力板制成,所述基板1和防护板5卡持连接,并由密封胶密封,所述防护板5和面板2、防护板5和底板6皆通过强力粘合剂粘接、且有密封胶密封,结构更牢固、密封效果更好。
本发明要解决的另一技术问题为一种阻燃亚克力板的制备方法。
一种阻燃亚克力板,由以下重量份的原料制成:有机硅树脂100份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯75份、氢氧化镁20份、硼酸锌16份、脲醛树脂16份、丙烯酸乙二醇酯10份、氯化钙12份、硬脂酸钙6份、三甲氧基硅烷6份、二甲基硅油8份、六氟丙烯5份、无机抗菌剂10份、抗静电剂3份,其中所述无机抗菌剂为氧化铜;所述抗静电剂为磷酸钠。
一种阻燃亚克力板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)取有机硅树脂100份和甲基丙烯酸甲酯75份、脲醛树脂16份、丙烯酸乙二醇酯10份,在室温下将有机硅树脂溶解在甲基丙烯酸甲酯中,搅拌均匀,然后升温至55℃,再加入脲醛树脂和丙烯酸乙二醇酯,搅拌均匀,制成有机玻璃溶液,备用;
2)取氢氧化镁20份、硼酸锌16份、氯化钙12份、硬脂酸钙6份、氧化铜10份、磷酸钠3份,通过球磨机研磨、过100目筛后,将未达标的颗粒继续研磨,直至所有颗粒都能达到100目的标准,得到粉末混合物,备用;
3)将三甲氧基硅烷6份、二甲基硅油8份、步骤2)制得的粉末混合物溶解入步骤1)制得的有机玻璃溶液中,再将六氟丙烯5份通入有机玻璃溶液中,得到混合浆料,备用;
4)将步骤3)制得的混合浆料灌入模具中,通过空气浴加热至98℃并保持1.5h,使混合浆料聚合,备用;
5)将步骤4)制得的聚合物冷却至室温、脱模,即可。
实施例二:
一种阻燃性能好的亚克力板,包括有基板1,及设置于基板1上部的面板2,及设置于基板1周侧的防护板5,及设置于基板1下部的底板6,及涂覆于面板2上部和防护板5外部的隔热涂料层3,所述基板1的四周设置有卡持沿13,所述卡持沿13与基板1一体成型,使其结构更加牢固,所述防护板5的内侧设置有卡持槽,所述卡持槽与卡持沿13配合设置,使防护板5可以固定基板1,结构更稳定,所述基板1横截面的上表面呈锯齿形,一个锯齿状凸起由两个斜面11组成,且其中一个斜面11上设置有丝印层12,白天时,从亚克力板的一侧看能够看到丝印层12,从另一侧看能够看到透明的亚克力面,且晚上能够透过亚克力面看到一条条荧光,装饰效果好;亚克力板也可以横向放置在高处,从下面可以看到丝印层12,晚上荧光从上面的透明的斜面射出,装饰效果更好。所述防护板5的厚度大于基板1的最高厚度,所述基板1和面板2之间设置有真空层8,使该亚克力板的隔热隔音效果更好,所述基板1和底板6之间设置有夜光层4,所述底板6的下部设置有镀银层7;所述基板1、面板2、底板6以及防护板5皆由阻燃亚克力板制成,所述基板1和防护板5卡持连接,并由密封胶密封,所述防护板5和面板2、防护板5和底板6皆通过强力粘合剂粘接、且有密封胶密封,结构更牢固、密封效果更好。
本发明要解决的另一技术问题为一种阻燃亚克力板的制备方法。
一种阻燃亚克力板,由以下重量份的原料制成:有机硅树脂80份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯65份、氢氧化镁10份、硼酸锌8份、脲醛树脂8份、丙烯酸乙二醇酯3份、氯化钙5份、硬脂酸钙3份、三甲氧基硅烷3份、二甲基硅油3份、六氟丙烯1份、无机抗菌剂5份、抗静电剂1份;其中所述无机抗菌剂为硅酸锌和氧化锌任意比例的混合物;所述抗静电剂为烷基磺酸钠。
一种阻燃亚克力板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)取有机硅树脂80份和甲基丙烯酸甲酯65份、脲醛树脂8份、丙烯酸乙二醇酯3份,在室温下将有机硅树脂溶解在甲基丙烯酸甲酯中,搅拌均匀,然后升温至45℃,再加入脲醛树脂和丙烯酸乙二醇酯,搅拌均匀,制成有机玻璃溶液,备用;
2)取氢氧化镁10份、硼酸锌8份、氯化钙5份、硬脂酸钙3份、硅酸锌和氧化锌任意比例的混合物5份、烷基磺酸钠1份,通过球磨机研磨、过50目筛后,将未达标的颗粒继续研磨,直至所有颗粒都能达到50目的标准,得到粉末混合物,备用;
3)将三甲氧基硅烷3份、二甲基硅油3份、步骤2)制得的粉末混合物溶解入步骤1)制得的有机玻璃溶液中,再将六氟丙烯1份通入有机玻璃溶液中,得到混合浆料,备用;
4)将步骤3)制得的混合浆料灌入模具中,通过空气浴加热至92℃并保持1h,使混合浆料聚合,备用;
5)将步骤4)制得的聚合物冷却至室温、脱模,即可。
实施例三:
一种阻燃性能好的亚克力板,包括有基板1,及设置于基板1上部的面板2,及设置于基板1周侧的防护板5,及设置于基板1下部的底板6,及涂覆于面板2上部和防护板5外部的隔热涂料层3,所述基板1的四周设置有卡持沿13,所述卡持沿13与基板1一体成型,使其结构更加牢固,所述防护板5的内侧设置有卡持槽,所述卡持槽与卡持沿13配合设置,使防护板5可以固定基板1,结构更稳定,所述基板1横截面的上表面呈锯齿形,一个锯齿状凸起由两个斜面11组成,且其中一个斜面11上设置有丝印层12,白天时,从亚克力板的一侧看能够看到丝印层12,从另一侧看能够看到透明的亚克力面,且晚上能够透过亚克力面看到一条条荧光,装饰效果好;亚克力板也可以横向放置在高处,从下面可以看到丝印层12,晚上荧光从上面的透明的斜面射出,装饰效果更好。所述防护板5的厚度大于基板1的最高厚度,所述基板1和面板2之间设置有真空层8,使该亚克力板的隔热隔音效果更好,所述基板1和底板6之间设置有夜光层4,所述底板6的下部设置有镀银层7;所述基板1、面板2、底板6以及防护板5皆由阻燃亚克力板制成,所述基板1和防护板5卡持连接,并由密封胶密封,所述防护板5和面板2、防护板5和底板6皆通过强力粘合剂粘接、且有密封胶密封,结构更牢固、密封效果更好。
本发明要解决的另一技术问题为一种阻燃亚克力板的制备方法。
一种阻燃亚克力板,由以下重量份的原料制成:有机硅树脂90份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯70份、氢氧化镁15份、硼酸锌12份、脲醛树脂12份、丙烯酸乙二醇酯7份、氯化钙8份、硬脂酸钙5份、三甲氧基硅烷4份、二甲基硅油6份、六氟丙烯3份、无机抗菌剂8份、抗静电剂2份;其中所述无机抗菌剂为碳酸锂;所述抗静电剂为钛酸镁。
一种阻燃亚克力板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)取有机硅树脂90份和甲基丙烯酸甲酯70份、脲醛树脂12份、丙烯酸乙二醇酯7份,在室温下将有机硅树脂溶解在甲基丙烯酸甲酯中,搅拌均匀,然后升温至50℃,再加入脲醛树脂和丙烯酸乙二醇酯,搅拌均匀,制成有机玻璃溶液,备用;
2)取氢氧化镁150份、硼酸锌12份、氯化钙8份、硬脂酸钙5份、碳酸锂8份、钛酸镁2份,通过球磨机研磨、过75目筛后,将未达标的颗粒继续研磨,直至所有颗粒都能达到75目的标准,得到粉末混合物,备用;
3)将三甲氧基硅烷4份、二甲基硅油6份、步骤2)制得的粉末混合物溶解入步骤1)制得的有机玻璃溶液中,再将六氟丙烯3份通入有机玻璃溶液中,得到混合浆料,备用;
4)将步骤3)制得的混合浆料灌入模具中,通过空气浴加热至95℃并保持75min,使混合浆料聚合,备用;
5)将步骤4)制得的聚合物冷却至室温、脱模,即可。
实验例
实验对象:采用本申请的阻燃亚克力板作为实验组,普通的亚克力板作为对照组一,市面上普通的亚克力防火板作为对照组二,三组产品的厚度皆为10mm。
实验方法:测试出三组亚克力板的总透光率,用硬度试验机测试三组产品的洛氏硬度,并对三组产品进行两次10秒的燃烧测试后,计算其燃烧速度、火焰熄灭的时间,并观察是否有是否有燃烧物落下。实验结果:经过实验得出的数据如下表
由上表可知,本申请的阻燃亚克力板物料使透光率、硬度还是防火性能都优于对照组一和对照组二。
本发明的有益效果为:由于基板的表面设置成锯齿状且一侧斜面有丝印层、另一侧设置呈透明面,并在基板和底板之间涂有夜光层、在底板的下部涂有镀银层,使该亚克力板的装饰性能更强;由于镀银层具有很好的反光作用,且基板和面板之间设置有真空层,使该亚克力板的隔热、隔音效果好,更适合作为建筑装饰材料;由于基板、面板底板和防护板皆由阻燃亚克力板制成,使该亚克力板具有了阻燃的效果,作为建筑装饰材料更加安全;由于在阻燃亚克力板的原料中加入有氢氧化镁,配合硼酸锌和抗静电剂使其阻燃效果更好。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (5)
1.一种阻燃性能好的亚克力板,包括有基板,及设置于基板上部的面板,及设置于基板周侧的防护板,及设置于基板下部的底板,及涂覆于面板上部和防护板外部的隔热涂料层,其特征在于:所述基板横截面的上表面呈锯齿形,一个锯齿状凸起由两个斜面组成,且其中一个斜面上设置有丝印层,所述基板和面板之间设置有真空层,所述基板和底板之间设置有夜光层,所述底板的下部设置有镀银层;所述基板、面板、底板以及防护板皆由阻燃亚克力板制成;阻燃亚克力板由以下重量份的原料制成:有机硅树脂80份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯65份、氢氧化镁10份、硼酸锌8份、脲醛树脂8份、丙烯酸乙二醇酯3份、氯化钙5份、硬脂酸钙3份、三甲氧基硅烷3份、二甲基硅油3份、六氟丙烯1份、无机抗菌剂5份、抗静电剂1份;其中所述无机抗菌剂为硅酸锌和氧化锌任意比例的混合物;所述抗静电剂为烷基磺酸钠;阻燃亚克力板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)取有机硅树脂80份和甲基丙烯酸甲酯65份、脲醛树脂8份、丙烯酸乙二醇酯3份,在室温下将有机硅树脂溶解在甲基丙烯酸甲酯中,搅拌均匀,然后升温至45℃,再加入脲醛树脂和丙烯酸乙二醇酯,搅拌均匀,制成有机玻璃溶液,备用;
2)取氢氧化镁10份、硼酸锌8份、氯化钙5份、硬脂酸钙3份、硅酸锌和氧化锌任意比例的混合物5份、烷基磺酸钠1份,通过球磨机研磨、过50目筛后,将未达标的颗粒继续研磨,直至所有颗粒都能达到50目的标准,得到粉末混合物,备用;
3)将三甲氧基硅烷3份、二甲基硅油3份、步骤2)制得的粉末混合物溶解入步骤1)制得的有机玻璃溶液中,再将六氟丙烯1份通入有机玻璃溶液中,得到混合浆料,备用;
4)将步骤3)制得的混合浆料灌入模具中,通过空气浴加热至92℃并保持1h,使混合浆料聚合,备用;
5)将步骤4)制得的聚合物冷却至室温、脱模,即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃性能好的亚克力板,其特征在于:所述基板的四周设置有卡持沿,所述卡持沿与基板一体成型。
3.根据权利要求2所述的阻燃性能好的亚克力板,其特征在于:所述防护板的内侧设置有卡持槽,所述卡持槽与卡持沿配合设置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的阻燃性能好的亚克力板,其特征在于:所述基板和防护板卡持连接,所述防护板和面板、防护板和底板皆通过强力粘合剂粘接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的阻燃性能好的亚克力板,其特征在于:所述基板和防护板、底板和防护板以及面板和防护板的连接处皆有密封胶密封。
