本发明涉及一种被芯机用切刀组件,所述固定支架上设有竖向设置的下压气缸;所述下压气缸的活塞杆下端连接有可上下移动的移动板;所述移动板的下端设有下压块;所述下压块上设有相对设置的两组铜套组件,且铜套组件穿出下压块,上述铜套组件由两个相对设置的铜套构成;所述铜套外套设有弹簧;所述弹簧下端设有压紧块,且压紧块上设有用于穿过铜套的通孔;所述两组铜套组件之间还设有切刀。本发明的被芯机用切刀组件,其结构简单,操作方便,只需一个下压气缸的开启动作就能实现对布料的压紧以及剪线的功能,避免了在剪线时缝合线的跑线,剪线效率高,同时切刀的生产成本低,并且便于更换,满足了企业实际的生产加工需求。

本发明涉及一种切刀组件,尤其涉及一种被芯机用切刀组件。
背景技术
被芯机是用来加工被芯的一种自动化设备,当被芯加工完成后,需要将加工好的被芯上对应的缝合线剪断,现有的加工模式大多采用人工利用剪刀进行剪断,但是利用剪刀将缝合线剪断存在着一些缺点,剪的时候缝合线容易跑掉,导致剪线的效率低下,影响了整个被芯的生产加工效率。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种结构简单,能快速有效的将缝合线剪断的被芯机用切刀组件。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种被芯机用切刀组件,包括固定支架、下压气缸、移动板、下压块、铜套组件、弹簧、压紧块和切刀;所述固定支架上设有竖向设置的下压气缸;所述下压气缸的活塞杆下端连接有可上下移动的移动板;所述移动板的下端设有下压块;所述下压块上设有相对设置的两组铜套组件,且铜套组件穿出下压块,上述铜套组件由两个相对设置的铜套构成;所述铜套外套设有弹簧;所述弹簧下端设有压紧块,且压紧块上设有用于穿过铜套的通孔;所述两组铜套组件之间还设有切刀。
优选的,所述下压气缸的数量为两个;两个上述下压气缸的活塞杆通过移动板相连。
优选的,所述切刀与下压块之间为可拆卸相连。
优选的,所述压紧块下端还设有压紧层,上述压紧层的材质为塑胶。

如附图1-2所示的本发明所述的一种被芯机用切刀组件,包括固定支架1、下压气缸2、移动板3、下压块4、铜套组件、弹簧6、压紧块7和切刀8;所述固定支架1上设有竖向设置的下压气缸2;所述下压气缸2的活塞杆下端连接有可上下移动的移动板3;所述移动板3的下端设有下压块4;所述下压块4上设有相对设置的两组铜套组件,且铜套组件穿出下压块4,上述铜套组件由两个相对设置的铜套5构成;所述铜套5外套设有弹簧6;所述弹簧6下端设有压紧块7,且压紧块7上设有用于穿过铜套5的通孔;所述两组铜套组件之间还设有切刀8。
进一步的,所述下压气缸2的数量为两个;两个上述下压气缸2的活塞杆通过移动板3相连。
其中,所述切刀8与下压块4之间为可拆卸相连,这样当切刀损坏后,可以方便对其进行更换。
其中,所述压紧块7下端还设有压紧层,上述压紧层的材质为塑胶,这样可以避免在压紧时对布料造成损坏。
进一步的,所述切刀为倾斜设置,切刀采用的是缝纫机自带的刀,价格便宜而且锋利。
当毛毯加工完成后需要将缝合线剪断时,下压气缸开始工作,下压气缸驱动下压块往下运动,下压块驱动切刀和压紧块同步往下移动;在切刀和压紧块往下移动的过程中,压紧块将布料压紧住,并且由于弹簧的存在,压紧块利用弹簧的伸缩力自动沿着铜套往上移动;同时切刀直接对缝合线进行剪线,这样能保证切刀在剪线时,缝合线不会跑掉;在剪线的同时,压紧块将布料压紧,进一步确保剪线的效率和质量高;压紧块还起到了一定的缓冲作用。
本发明的被芯机用切刀组件,其结构简单,操作方便,只需一个下压气缸的开启动作就能实现对布料的压紧以及剪线的功能,避免了在剪线时缝合线的跑线,剪线效率高,同时切刀的生产成本低,并且便于更换,满足了企业实际的生产加工需求。

1.一种被芯机用切刀组件,其特征在于:包括固定支架、下压气缸、移动板、下压块、铜套组件、弹簧、压紧块和切刀;所述固定支架上设有竖向设置的下压气缸;所述下压气缸的活塞杆下端连接有可上下移动的移动板;所述移动板的下端设有下压块;所述下压块上设有相对设置的两组铜套组件,且铜套组件穿出下压块,上述铜套组件由两个相对设置的铜套构成;所述铜套外套设有弹簧;所述弹簧下端设有压紧块,且压紧块上设有用于穿过铜套的通孔;所述两组铜套组件之间还设有切刀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的被芯机用切刀组件,其特征在于:所述下压气缸的数量为两个;两个上述下压气缸的活塞杆通过移动板相连。
